There was one other woman checking someone else out for the entire 20 minutes and couldn't get anyone else to check us out. We eventually put the items back and left the store. While it doesn't have those items it is a beautiful high end store carrying the best products for the finishing touches to your commercial or residential projects. Specifically for door hands, knobs with top of the line security locking mechanisms, ambient lighting and for beautiful cabinetry hardware. They are not just retailers but also do the installation of the projects you need done commercial or residential. If I had a nice office to fix up or a very nice new building where luxury and security need to be priority I would come to Moultrup Hardware.

I have bought many keys like this one before and never had a problem. He then took me and showed me the different door handles and locks. All he did was not call me "stupid," but his actions and words toward me were so mean spirited and aggressive. I told the very nice lady who checked me out about it. He almost made me cry, made me feel dumb and wrecked my evening by being so short tempered. I've never been spoken to like that before and seriously hope management will talk to him or put someone else in charge of the key department. Someone who's understanding, patient and does make the customer fee terrible. Other than this man everyone has been nothing but kind and helpful. I will never go here if I need a key unless there is someone else to help. Plus I spent $28 something. Just not acceptable.

Instead, Gio immediately stepped away from the group and personally helped us find the electrical items we needed. What stood out most was that she did it with a great attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help -- even though she was clearly in the middle of something important. That kind of customer service is rare. She represented Home Depot incredibly well, not just as an employee, but as someone who clearly understands the value of taking care of customers in the moment. However, I requested a simple cut of a triangular prism, which they could not fulfill. Therefore, their possibilities are not endless, they don't provide a complete range of millwork services, they cannot work with just any dimensions you need, and they cannot cut any profile. I had high hopes. I left the store disappointed. I already knew Lowe's and HomeDepot couldn't do it. Now I know Ganahl Lumber doesn't provide a robust wood-cutting service either.
