I said "no way" and called up a friend to borrow a few bucks cause these people deserve every penny and then some. I'll be coming here any time I need anything hardware related. Greeted at the door at Woodward's, quickly directed to the key counter where help was waiting. Clean, well stocked, air conditioned and lighted, easy in/out parking too. SAH felt dusty, hot and dark inside. Waited at the front counter for a bit til an employee greeted me. Nice and knowledgeable but SAH did not have the key blank either. Ended up at A-Abbott Locksmith in Orange who was able to cut me a new key.

Woodward's Ace on Tustin Ave has always been one of our go to hardware stores for a loooong time. They are well stocked, clean. organized, have fresh free popcorn, great knowledgeable staff, and a parrot even oh my! On Saturdays and Sundays, they make fresh popcorn and hand it out to customers. And if you accidentally knock a kernel of popcorn on the floor, a kind employee will sweep it up faster than you can pick it up. Customer service rivals Disneyland. Employees are easy to locate and ask questions to and items are easy to locate with how organized the shelves are. Found everything I needed in one trip. Between this location and the Orange location I've spent a good $700 the last few weeks buying everything needed for a recent woodworking project, camping trip, and all the random HF deals that you end up buying for no reason. I went back because I forgot one item at 8 pm and he wouldn't let me in after I just spent $180 this trip. Yes I understand you close at 8 but 1 extra minute of me being in there goes a long way for customer appreciation, especially with 2 people still checking out. Before that he was helping me with a roof rack and couldn't be more rude, rather pissed off because my elbows are messed up and going in for surgery soon and he had to help me carry out the roof rack, which is maybe 40-50 lbs. he doesn't care about customer appreciation and not sure what his title is, but if anything above entry level, should start from the bottom again and understand how to be a good person. He has the attitude that he's "The Man" and better than you. honestly just sad to witness considering. I will only be going to the Orange location moving forward. One last thing, the other workers were kind and very helpful. This guy takes a 5 star review to negative 300. Please fire him and I'll be sure to edit my rating

The workers here works super hard and definitely serve the community of Tustin. This is by far the best Lowe's I have ever been to. Definitely would recommend and come back. LEVOLOR found our original purchase order and replaced our blinds. LAKEESHA, our representative at Lowe's Tustin, then SUMMER, the manager and JEREMIAH Bischof, the Lowe's installer did a fabulous job making sure our product arrived safely and completely, then coordinated the installation on a date that was perfect for us. Mr. Bischof did not leave until our blinds were perfectly installed in our windows and worked perfectly.
