Their new location is even nicer, with high-end kitchen appliances, as well. We were only there to purchase a ceiling light. And, even though, they were about to close, Jordan was very patient and showed us a variety of light fixtures and answered all of our questions - he even answered some questions we had about our kitchen appliances that we purchased elsewhere! We ended up getting a light fixture that day but it had issues after it was delivered. Jordan worked with us to get the issue resolved and we're very happy with his level of service. However, for a high-end appliance store, I expected a much more professional and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The receptionist appeared far more interested in scrolling through social media on her phone than acknowledging or assisting customers. Even a simple greeting or explanation about wait times would have gone a long way. First impressions matter, especially in a luxury retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. I would highly recommend additional training for front desk staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and customer interaction. Edit to add response to the business: To clarify, this visit did take place at the Costa Mesa showroom on Saturday around noon. We were walk-ins and completely understand that scheduled appointments may take priority. My concern was less about availability and more about the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I appreciate you taking the time to reply publicly, but I was surprised by the comment regarding not having record of our visit, especially since we were not checking in for an appointment, nor were we asked to leave any information as we were barely acknowledged by your receptionist.
