We purchased Thermador range, hood, microwave and dishwasher from Universal in February of this year. It took over 4 months to finally get our dishwasher as they kept telling us they are out of dishwashers. Finally in June the dishwasher arrived, we got very excited but the installer noticed that the dish rack was from their sister lower quality brand and carried the name of Bosh. Now it's almost November and we still don't have the correct dish rack

Refrigerator damaged

The worst experience ever Vince was my sales guy during the perches after that never followed up every time called him keep pushing month after month with rude attitude when you try to get an update, my purchase was 7 month ago I didn't get my refrigerator !! Unprofessional customer service Update on the experience with universal appliances 1/13/2025: After waiting one year, delivered my fridge damage and after back-and-forth emails, phone call to exchange it . The solution they came with exchange the fridge, but I have to pay for installation in order to exchange !What kind of service is it? really disappointed I will never deal with this kind of company anymore .

Remodeled kitchen with Thermador appliances. We installed the wood range hood over the vent.

George T has been very helpful throughout the process of selecting new appliances for our remodel. We ended up going with the Thermador kitchen package since it was such a great deal. We also purchased the LG wash tower and the zephyr under cabinet fridge. We made sure to get the extra warranty for each of our appliances. Overall, George has been very helpful, answering my phone calls and emails ASAP. I really appreciate his time and effort to keep his customers happy. One hiccup from Thermador was that they delivered the wrong grills for the range, however, he quickly responded and said that they will be replacing them as soon as they are out of back order.

I provided the sales clerk two quotes both them showing a refrigerator not a wine cooler. She ordered the wrong item.

With given the sales clerk two quotes showing the model number we wanted one was actually emailed at the same day it's time stamped. She ordered the wrong one. She made a mistake. We didn't catch it so therefore we have to pay. There's no honor amongst these people.. do not trust them with other people you can do business. They refused to rectify the issue issue they caused. There's one difference in the model number And R, and W they are the experts they made the mistake.

I recently purchased a kitchen sink/faucet from Monica at Kohler Costa Mesa. After 3 months, the…read morefaucet began leaking. Monica worked with Customer Service to send out a cartridge to fix the faucet. When the plumber installed the cartridge and it didn't resolve the issue, she offered to call Customer Service to expedite the Letter of Replacement needed for Kohler Costa Mesa to replace the faucet. She then had the faucet delivered by courier in a little over an hour, rather than me do without a kitchen faucet over the weekend. My plumber returned the same afternoon, and I had a new faucet installed by 3 pm. Monica's initiative/coordination of all parties involved was truly an example of an employee going above and beyond to bring satisfaction to a customer. Kudos to Kohler Costa Mesa - Monica is an asset to your business!

Dear Sur La Table Management, I am writing to share my…read moredisappointment regarding a cooking class I attended on 1-24-26 at 4:00 pm at the South Coast Plaza location in CA. I have attended several classes at your establishment and have always had a welcoming, positive experience. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was the opposite of what I have come to expect. Our chef appeared ill-prepared for the class, which led to a disorganized environment. Furthermore, the chef was unnecessarily aggressive and yelled at participants when they were ahead of his instructions or, in my case, when I misunderstood a direction. This created a stressful, uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a fun, educational experience, which is not what we paid for. Additionally, due to the poor flow of the class, our food was cold by the time it was served to eat. I also observed that the support staff working with him appeared miserable, likely due to the stressful environment created by the chef. I believe this is important feedback for your team to address to maintain your usual high standards of service. I hope you will take steps to better prepare your instructors regarding both their preparation and their customer service skills. They were really helpful in helping us choose what we needed. We were going to be re-flooring our entire house so the fact they took time with us so we were comfortable with our choice was great. The problem came when we were done putting the flooring in our house. Our contractor was very efficient and we had 15 boxes of planks left, which was essentially the 10% buffer that they order. When we inquired about returning the unopened boxes, we were told that the only option was a store credit less a restocking fee. We were OK paying the restocking fee. They knew that we had redone our entire house so a store credit was not a value to us at all. We asked them for a cash reimbursement of the balance less the stocking fee and they refused. We now have 15 boxes of flooring valued at approximately $1500 that we can do nothing with. This was very disappointing based on the good experience we had in making the purchase. I would recommend anyone ensuring that they understand the refund policy for unused flooring.
