We got six to eight quotes to get our master bathroom completely redone and ended up going with EKB due to Tim's attention to detail during the initial meeting, patience, consistent (but not too much) following up, and professionalism. We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone. read more

We recently completed our kitchen renovation and had a wonderful experience with the entire team. This is actually our second time hiring Elegant Kitchens & Bath, so we already know the work is going to be excellent! A special thank you to Tim for creating such a beautiful and functional kitchen design that truly brought our vision to life. Walter did an amazing job with the cabinet installation -- everything was installed with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Silas handled the countertop installation flawlessly, and the island waterfall looks incredible. Finally, thank you to Sam for completing the final installation touches and making sure everything came together perfectly. It was a pleasure to get to know all of them. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well-coordinated from start to finish. We are so happy with our new kitchen and truly appreciate everyone's hard work. Highly recommend! read more

I honestly couldn't be happier with how my bathroom turned out. After dealing with some previous contractors I had to terminate who left behind a lot of mistakes, Hanna and Wes completely turned things around and delivered something even better than I expected. From the start, Hanna really stood out. He's not just a contractor--he genuinely knows what he's doing. He walked me through everything, explained the process, and caught multiple issues from the previous work that I didn't even realize were problems. Instead of cutting corners, he fixed everything the right way. They handled new framing, opening up walls, plumbing corrections, and a full rebuild of the space. The craftsmanship really shows, especially in the details. The shower tile work is flawless, and the shampoo niche came out super clean and well-designed. The new tile flooring ties everything together perfectly, and the paint finish gives the whole bathroom a fresh, modern coastal feel. Wes was also great to work with--professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell these guys care about doing things properly, not just getting the job done. What I appreciated most was the honesty and attention to detail. Hanna is just a great guy overall--easy to talk to, reliable, and someone you can trust to make the right decisions on your project. Bathroom passed inspection, and Hanna, and Wes handled the inspection process professionally. If you're thinking about remodeling and want it done right, I highly recommend Hanna and Wes. They completely transformed my bathroom and fixed what others messed up. Couldn't ask for a better experience. I will use them for future projects in the future. read more

Gilbert's team remodeled our shower, converting it from a walk-in into a tub-and-shower combo with new tile and updated plumbing. Sal and Nacho did amazing tile work--the craftsmanship really shows. The project was completed in just over a week, and everything was handled professionally with no shortcuts. Sal clearly knows his stuff, and it gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. We love our new shower, and our daughter especially loves the tub. Gilbert's team also remodeled my in-laws' entire bathroom, and it turned out beautifully as well. read more

Returning customer here. Extremely satisfied with the second job I have had them do on our house. This time was to remove a set of old cabinets and modernize it to match with our kitchen, in addition to adding more recessed lighting. Work was completed swiftly and with clear communication. And the best part was that they always clean up and kept our house clean and tidy despite the demolition work that had to be done. We previously worked with Elegant Kitchens & Bath (EKB) for a bathroom remodel and kitchen remodel, so we definitely thought of them when we were considering a Living Room remodel. We met with Gilbert and Emmy who scheduled Wes to meet with us for an initial consult to review the existing living space and discuss our design ideas, wants and needs. Wes worked with us on our tight timeframe and made adjustments to fit our schedule. Hanna and his crew were dispatched promptly. They installed new porcelain tile flooring, recessed lighting, demoed the old fireplace (including hearth and mantel) and installed new stack stone and mantle. New paint was applied in the Living Room, Entryway and Hallway. Hanna did a great job customizing/fitting acoustic panels behind the TV (he installed supports to mount the TV as well). Hanna was professional and courteous and always made sure to protect areas (floors and walls) while working and touching up areas, as necessary. Hanna was amazing to work with. We were extremely happy with the work EKB provided and would not hesitate to contact them for future projects! read more

I had three bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and fireplace done by Elegant Kitchens and Bath and I am so glad I had Hanna and Wes in charge. Wes gave me plenty of time and options to explore materials and offered his helpful expert opinions that I appreciated. Hanna is a really sweet superman who gets the job done - he made sure that I understood why he is getting things done in certain ways and always asked if I had any questions for him. All the jobs done by the crew were satisfactory. I love how my bathroom tiles, kitchen cabinets, flooring and fireplace got done. All the crew did their job well and Hanna put it all together and made it look so nice. This was my first time remodelling and everyone was so patient and kind with so many of my questions. I only have pictures mid-project, but I think it still looks nice. Thank you Wes, Hanna, Memo, Walter, Silas, Pablo, and Emmy! read more

Elegant has done a few projects for our parents, and were recommended when it was time for us to do a remodel at our house. We have a 1950s home that was very segmented and wanted to move to an open concept as our family has grown. This included knocking out a wall, adding a reinforced header, and complete makeover of the kitchen, dining, and living areas. We reached out to Gilbert who was very responsive, and he brought his team of Tim and Hanna to our house to review that same week. Within a week from there we had a working quote and scope. We started pretty quickly after that. The negotiation/contracting process was smooth. They're very accommodating and definitely know what they're doing. We had a couple wish list items we couldn't quite afford, and they came up with some great and more cost effective solutions to get the end result we wanted without breaking the bank. The main points you should take away from our experience: - They are incredibly responsive. Text, Call, doesn't matter. They always got back to us within an hour and often times instantly. With a big project like this they always gave us peace of mind. - They move quick. If you get them what they need and stay out of their way, these guys fly. They quoted us 8 weeks and were done in about 4.5 weeks. This was incredible as we had to move out for the remodel, so us and our 3 kids (all under 5) were ready to be home! - They came in right on budget. The estimate was solid from the jump. In comparison to other options their pricing is slightly higher but certainly fair. I'd rather have that than an underquoted project with a ton of change orders. - The whole team is incredibly nice, great customer service. Shoutout to Hanna in particular who went out of his way to fix little odds and ends and make recommendations about things we should fix in our ageing home while we were doing the remodel. Some, he took the liberty of fixing himself and they didn't nickel and dime us on small things. Hanna truly cares about making things safe and long lasting, we felt he treated our home as his own. - We had a couple minor things to clean up after the fact. A lot of companies will simply move on once they've been paid. Elegant came back right away and fixed the minor stuff no questions asked. The house turned out beautiful and our family couldn't be happier. Elegant did an amazing job and we've referred them to other family members looking to get some work done already. read more

I am so happy with the work that Elegant did for me. Tim came out to my house to give me a quote for two bathroom floors that I wanted replaced. I am so pleased with the results and the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Elegant to anyone in need of a bathroom refresh. read more

We worked with Tim and Anwar with Elegant K&B on our kitchen "facelift" and have been extremely pleased with the whole process. The work progressed smoothly, communication was clear and consistent, and all the trades who worked on the project did great work (and cleaned up after their portion was done each day too). We're thrilled with our new kitchen! The job included: painted cabinets with new hardware, new ceiling lights, adding pendants and under-cabinet lighting, new countertops and a whole new wet bar. read more

Elegant Kitchen and Bath--led by Tim--did an exceptional job bringing our vision to life. They designed and built a stunning custom bar and a statement wood accent wall that instantly elevated the look and feel of our home. The attention to detail in both the vertical slat paneling and the seamless lighting integration at the bar is top-notch. The wall design is bold, clean, and expertly executed. What really made the experience stand out was how reliable, punctual, and professional Tim and the team were. They listened carefully, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and--unlike many contractors--delivered exactly when they said they would. We couldn't be happier. 10 out of 10. Fantastic Experience. Reached out online quote from several different places. I heard back quickly from Wes. He came out on a weekend when most wouldnt. (I have a tough schedule) Was very friendly with my wife and son during the estimate. Received the quote within a few days. Hammered away at some details before signing the contract. Wes then met with my wife and I on a weekend at their show room to go over some materials. They were able to start within a week. Thats when I met Hanna who is very skilled and a very nice guy. Once he got all the rough in done and plumbing he scheduled the hot mop. The tile guy did a killer job very detailed and clean work. Very Pleased with the results and the quick timeframe in which they got it all done. read more

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled with EK&B and could not be more pleased with the results. Hanna, our leader on the project, was nothing short of amazing and he masterfully and expediently orchestrated our entire renovation! Everyone who worked on the job was professional, patient, punctual, friendly, clean, and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. Each member of the project team, including Angel, Mimo, Silas and Walter, did an outstanding job! Everything, from my first introduction to the owner of EK&B, Gilbert, to the estimate and design consultation with Tim to the interaction with project manager, Emmy and finally the finishing touches on the project, was efficient and professional. At each step of the way, EK&B ensured every aspect of the work was executed to our satisfaction. Our renovation arose out of necessity from a pretty damaging shower pan leak but resulted in a lovely new modern coastal master bath! The new shower, tub, toilet, tile, vanity, flooring, fixtures, and lighting have completely transformed the space, making it both beautiful and functional. We cannot recommend EK&B's services highly enough to anyone looking to do any type of home remodel. read more

Gilbert and his team installed a nice floor about 2 years ago. Recently there was a small warranty issue with the floor. EKAB did a great job on our small bathroom remodel. They replaced the cabinet, the countertop, the sink, the faucet, and the mirror and medicine cabinet above it.The only issue we had was during the final step, installation of the vanity mirror over the new cabinet/counter. The first install was perfect except the glass had a small imperfection in it that could not be repaired. So completion of the job took another, unplanned day. Removal of the first mirror left pretty significant damage to the wall behind it but it was covered by the new mirror, which was slightly non-flush with the edge of the counter. However I don't think anyone will ever notice that but me. read more

Great job. EK&B helped me with a bathtub-to-shower conversion. They set realistic expectations for the closing time of 12 business days and finished it in 9. Tim helped me with material selection and scope, Anwar was great with coordination, and payments to Emmy were nice and simple over Zelle. After meeting with 5 different contractors, I knew I needed to go with Tim and his team for my bathroom remodel. I received a very detailed contract so i knew exactly what I needed to buy prior to the start date... tub, faucets, etc. Tim was always in contact with me throughout the process. Anwar and Moises were always professional and did an amazing job. I have 2 cats that I had to catch and close off in one room, and they always gave me some notice before they arrived so i could handle that. I was so happy with how the bathroom turned out that I decided to do my primary bath as well. With a week break in between, it took about 6 weeks to complete both bathrooms. Was it easy? NO :). But was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!! It puts a smile on my face everytime I walk into my bathroom. And a big thank you to Emmy in the showroom for helping us pick out all of our materials...we could not have done it without you!! read more

We had a wonderful experience with Elegant Kitchens and Bath! We now have a beautiful bathroom thanks to Tim and Hanna! Tim and his foreman, Hanna, came to our home, and we walked through what we wanted for our bathroom. We needed to gut our bathroom as it was well over 30 years old without any updates. It turned out we needed a re-pipe, so it was necessary to coordinate with Elegant and then our re-pipe person - it worked out very well. Tim was very easy to work with and once we got the contract signed, Hanna was our man! Hanna is very skilled and wasn't afraid to share his opinions. He's done many bathrooms, so his suggestions were very helpful. He is an exceptionally hard worker and cleaned up when he was done for the day. Elegant works with great subs, such as their tile person and the shower door guy. It was all very well coordinated and I am so pleased with the outcome. I recommend that you contact Tim and Hanna if you are thinking of a bathroom remodel; you won't regret it. read more

My family and I are very happy with the job Wes and Hanna did remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. We had special requests for a unique shower with a bench. Right off the bat, I felt good about Wes. He was not pushy but professional and detail oriented during the bidding stage. He really listened to what we wanted, and engaged fully in ever detail of our wishes. Many other companies just presented this is what we do, etc. Wes clearly communicated the statistics and time frame of our project. He wrote up a complete contract with every little wish of ours in every corner of our project. His attention to specific details and clearly writing everything down with specific dates, times, and costs, in all, earned them our job. Day one they showed up, and we met the gentle giant "Hannah" our contractor. He started his daily routine by laying down sheets of canvas, paper, and tape to protect our floors. Our first impression of Hannah was amazing. He is super clean, quiet, kind and will do anything within reason to please you. Where did they find this guy? He is really a special guy. We met with several contractors for estimates, but Tim stood out right away. After discussing the scope of work, he spent nearly an hour carefully taking measurements to ensure everything was accurate. He was patient throughout the process and offered assistance when it came to selecting materials that aligned with our design preferences. Communication was another strong point. Tim was easy to reach and consistently available whenever questions or concerns arose. William and his crew were equally impressive on-site. They were polite, respectful of our home, and maintained a professional work environment from start to finish. The team handled both the demolition and tile installation with skill, and our foreman kept the project running efficiently. Thanks to their pace, the entire remodel--including our kitchen and three bathrooms--was completed in just six weeks. Because the work progressed so quickly, a few details were initially overlooked, but they were promptly addressed afterward. Overall, we're very happy with how everything turned out. I hired Elegant Kitchens & Bath for a full bathroom remodel in my condo, and it turned out really well! The workmanship was detailed and professional, and the contractors got everything done in a much quicker time frame than they originally estimated. Tim is very transparent and clear with pricing, scope of the project, what is needed for the job, and will provide good suggestions that you might not have thought of. They also helped with picking out material for the project and answered all questions I had to my satisfaction. Bashir led the project on my remodel, and he was very up front and communicative, which I believe is a very important aspect for any contractor. He always answered calls and returned them very quickly and I was never left in the dark about anything. The same goes for Tim. They were both easy to reach and communicate with whenever I needed. Bashir and his team always arrived on the days they said they would and wasted no time getting the project done in a timely manner without compromising quality of work. We had a flawless experience with Elegant Kitchens & Bath. We have a beautiful kitchen which came out exactly as we had envisioned. The remodeling process was actually enjoyable and stress-free. Wes did a great job of scoping out the project and providing us with a cost estimate, which did not change through the project. He communicated well so we knew exactly what would be done and when, and the work was done on time! Gilbert, the owner, personally came to do all of the final measurements and order the cabinets which fit perfectly. We ordered beautiful real wood veneer cabinets which have the natural variance of wood so there were a couple of cabinet doors and some trim that were off a slightly different pattern or color. Gilbert corrected these areas without hesitation, even ordering a couple of new cabinet doors. Hanna, the lead contractor was amazing. He is very skilled and precise in his work, and was very courteous and respectful. He helped me look at several different options for placement of lighting and other elements and patiently waited for me to make decisions. Every craftsman that did the work - countertops, tile, flooring - was equally skilled and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly each day and made it possible to comfortably live in our house while the work went on.
