First Todd was great in helping us purchase fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We needed faucets for tub, shower and sinks and let me tell you the California Faucets with the Bella finish were outstanding. Folks who worry about the price, which I did a little, can find comfort in the quality of the product. When you turn the faucets and hold the shower wand you know you are handling high quality products. My plumber said when installing these are VERY nice and you can tell they are high quality. Bought a Santac Ava faucet from them in 2017, the hot water handle rusted off and broke. John Moreno was able to talk to Santac and get them to re-issue me a new handle free of charge even though the manufacturer thought it was not covered under "normal use wear and tear". We had to go through about 15 catalogs to find a sink that fit an existing hole in our master bathroom and they were very patient and helpful. John is the man, he spent about an hour with me to ensure I got what I needed, and it was not an easy find. I'd strongly suggest buying from this place. My wife and I have been long time customers of Faucets N' Fixtures. We recently bought Emtek door fixtures for our french doors and our bathroom door. We have a baby shower at our house and my wife wanted new handles and fixtures. When we installed the bathroom door fixture, the locksmith noticed that strike plate for the door was missing. My wife called to get a strike plate but Faucets N' Fixtures didn't have one in stock so they ordered a new one. Joel, the owner, actually got involved to get the plate expedited. Joel was pulling as many strings as he could to get the plate but Emtek still hasn't been able to get it. Long story short, with our shower 24 hours away, Joel TOOK THE PLATE OF HIS OFFICE DOOR so the door would look nice for the shower! That folks, is customer service!! Its clear that each employee takes ownership when working with you so here's the shout out for John Moreno who could see I was waffling and continued saying "we'll take care of you" and he did. I needed some items quick turn and he found a way by going the extra mile. I obsoletely love this store sooo many items on display makes the buying process less stressful since you can see and touch the products. They offer products that are above big box store and Amazon quality so you know they will last. There are options from standard homes to high end luxury and their prices are very completive. Make sure you go in to the "shower" room and the kitchen faucet area they have multiple samples hooked up to water so you can see what would work for you. My review is based on my customer service experience with this company as we did not end up purchasing any product. My husband and I came here because we wanted to find something a little nicer than the selection at Home Depot without breaking the bank. The faucets, valves, fixtures and other items they sell here are all top of the line. So for the price you really can get some nice stuff, unfortunately being that we are in a condo with shared plumbing and walls and don't plan on being here forever this place is our of our price range. For restroom vanity faucets the pricing starts out around the $300 mark. Home Depot faucets start out at around $89 and go up to about $179 and we were kind of looking for something in between those two price points. We did have a good customer service experience here. A blonde lady who was finishing her lunch greeted us, provided us with pricing and other information, and answered all the questions we had. I wish I remembered her name as she truly was very patient and helpful. When we move to "our forever home" we will likely come here for our faucets and fixtures because they are extremely nice and there is plenty of variety to choose from. read more

Horrible customer service. I totally understand items may be delayed due to everything going on with covid. Just communicate with your costomer. . I had to call them days after item was promised asking if it's there since no one called me to pick it up. I was told No, another week. Then item still isn't there that following week and the price is higher after I already paid in full? (refused to pay more, that's ridiculous) Before I bought it they should have made sure what they needed to charge me. You can only blame so much on covid. Not calling the customer isn't covids fault. Neither is blaming the warehouse for not having the right email address for their store. What does that have to do with me? Maybe they need to call the warehouse and get things figured out and not blame covid. Horrible communication and customer service at this location. My project is now delayed a month due to this. In the end, I have my item and manager tried to make it better. He also used the covid excuse for his associate not being able to communicate with me and the warehouse. Makes no sense. read more

My husband and I walked in to the store. Nice display, beautiful store. From six employees at the counter no one greeted us or said welcome. Only one of the employees was busy with another customer. One of them could have at least acknowledge us. I approached one of the employees, she didn't stop what she was doing, kept looking down at a book or something, barely acknowledged what I asked her. I approached the counter she tried to help but didn't seem to really care seemed like she was being bothered. My husband and I were dressed very casual. We are middle class family live in the area. Not poor not rich. I felt like I needed to look the part look like a was rich to get some of their attention. I am a nurse practitioner my husband a police officer we are paying customers make a good living and would have spent a good amount of money at their store. They must not need the business. A little smile and a greeting goes a long way. The place felt unwelcoming and stuffy. Hadn't had that happen to me in a long long time. I felt so uncomfortable. They only drawback for me was that when I shop; I like to take my time and soak up all options including appearance, quality and price. None of the prices are posted...so while I may like some designs, others may be close. I don't want to be asking for pricing on all selections I may like. This past summer we embarked on a major remodel of our new (to us) home in Dana Point. This included a complete gut of the kitchen, laundry, powder room, master bath, and guest bath. We needed everything: faucets, sinks, tub, shower fixtures, water filtration system, door and cabinet knobs and pulls, toilets and mirrors. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Faucets N' Fixtures and made an appointment with Joel Warners the owner. ( I only made an appointment as I knew I would need quite a bit of time for my first meeting with Joel.) I was initially impressed with his patience and calm demeanor (we know re-models can be stressful), his expansive product knowledge, his knowledge of California building codes including the ever changing water saving codes for faucets and shower fixtures, and suggestions for how to best to save money. Further, the selection of merchandise in a variety of price ranges is the best I've seen. Beautiful displays and vignettes truly show off the products and the buyer has a beautiful visual of their selection. As I have worked with Joel and his staff, I am further impressed with their service and follow-up. Their primary concern is to make sure you are happy with the product received. As you can imagine, with such a large project some changes on my end were made. Also, a few minor installation issues occurred as well. Joel was always available to either come by the house or speak over the phone with my plumber to solve whatever challenge or puzzle we faced. The few installation issues we had were solved quickly and painlessly. As I mentioned, Joel has detailed product knowledge and, as well, the plumbing trade. His relationship with vendors appears excellent and maintains current on new products and pending offerings. Faucets N' Fixtures has another store in Encinitas in San Diego, The Faucet Factory. Joel, as the owner of both, divides his time between the two stores, and I have worked with both he and his staff at the Encinitas store as well. My comments and praise for the staff at the Orange store also extends to the staff at the Encinitas store. I have recommended Faucets N' Fixtures and The Faucet Factory to many friends and, as well, strangers I meet at other remodeling venues, such as tile stores and slab yards! Even though my project will be completed shortly, I know Joel and his staff will remain available for anything I may need relative to my current project and any further endeavors. read more

We have gone here many times during the last year as we were adding an addition to our house. Everyone there has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They tell us the why we should select one product over another for example. We had an unfortunate situation (very rare) with our kitchen sink (obviously not their fault) and they helped get us through the whole process of dealing with the kitchen sink company. I was very excited when I found this place. I met the nicest sales person Elly I genuinely thought we got it off. I felt we were on the same page, she was incredibly knowledgeable. We then emailed back and forth getting different quotes and me asking questions. I don't live close to this location so it was hard for me to get there before closing. In the end she stopped emailing me and replying back to me. I think she forgot about us or thought we were dumb asking so many questions: in the end we bought everything from another retailer.
