This will be a different kind of review for me, as I have run the gamut of emotions about Pacific Sales from the start of our experience with them in July 2024 until just yesterday. It's important to me to tell the whole story, as succinctly as I can, so that the correct people get the credit that they are due. We purchased an entirely remodeled kitchen worth of Viking appliances in July 2024. We enjoyed our salesperson at the time, trusted her judgment, and believed that we had made good choices and had received good value for our money. Our whole house remodel took almost 9 months, so the appliances we had been sold in July were not installed until February 2025. In the interest of succinctness, I will just say that 5 of the 6 (not inexpensive...) appliances had "issues" - over the course of the past 2 1/2 months, 3 have had to be replaced. The reason I wanted to write this review is to praise the individuals responsible for getting us through the troubleshooting/replacement of our Viking appliances, and with whom I credit getting us - sometimes pulling me kicking and screaming - through the 2-1/2 month nightmare. Our Pacific Sales Project Manager, Hector Mora, was attentive and personally involved throughout our ordeal. He intervened and interceded among us and Viking, Pacific Sales/Best Buy management, installers, and even consulted competitors to get us the resolutions we needed. Hector effectively and professionally handled an extremely difficult and frustrating situation caused by the failings of unfathomably - and, we're told, uncharacteristically - faulty Viking products. He made several trips to our home to see for himself what the issues were, and how they were being handled by the repair/install companies (more about them later). Hector was accessible and responsive, and appropriately apologetic when sometimes that's all he could do. Yesterday, on what I hope is the next-to-the-last of innumerable visits over 75 days to repair existing or install new appliances, Hector accompanied the installer to make sure all was well in my kitchen and review each appliance with me. A word about SunCoast Appliance Installation - specifically, Jesus and Jose and their teams. Their obviously good relationship with Hector was a huge bonus for us, as they made themselves available it seemed largely due to their respect for Hector. They got to know me - and my dogs, to the point where they didn't bark at them! - very well over the course of 2-1/2 months. The installers were all professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, they worked well together, cleaned up well after themselves, and always left me happier than when they found me - under the circumstances that's saying a lot! Thank you Hector, and the guys at SunCoast, for leaving me happy with my beautiful and well-functioning appliances - you turned around a disastrous experience, and I'm grateful! read more

I recently needed to replace failing parts in my kitchen and bathroom bathroom fixtures. A plumber had advised me that the replacement parts were not available, and I would need to purchase whole new faucet and shower assemblies to solve the problems.
