Update 9/20/26: After purchase, we actually had trouble with the dryer and was unsuccessful in resolving the matter through the warranty company to which we were referred, as the defect was a dent causing the drum to rub against the side wall of the dryer, which was considered cosmetic by the warranty company and excluded from coverage. However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! Unbeatable price and fantastic service! The store clerk Luna was very friendly, helpful while not being pushy. They have a decent selection of home appliances. Most of their items are open box with very minimal cosmetic damages. Most, if not all, of their items are 50%+ off of original retail price. Everything is tested and functioned perfectly once installed! 100% recommend coming here if you don't mind the tiny cosmetic dings. Why haven't I shopped here sooner! I was able to get a $2800 fridge for $1800! There was a slight dent on the bottom corner that unless I showed you, you would not even notice! It's a gorgeous refrigerator that is one of the top models at big retail stores. And a 6 Year warranty to boot! Delivery, installation, and haul away of old unit was prompt and professional. Good selection, very knowledgeable staff (Luna is awesome), great prices and a level of service that can't be found at the major stores. We purchased an LG washer/dryer set at a fraction of the cost at 1:00. They were delivered by 4:30 the same day. The dryer was not igniting so I called in for service. I spent most of the afternoon driving around trying to find a fridge that would actually fit in my small apartment, and everywhere I went only had huge ones meant for full-size homes. Then I stumbled across Appliance 4 Less and finally found exactly what I was looking for. They had a fridge in really good shape that fit my space perfectly. It was marked down because of a few cosmetic flaws, but honestly nothing major. I just covered it with a magnetic pad and it looks totally fine. So by luck I tried a smaller independent place and came in again the right time! They had a decent selection for a small business. What I wanted was waiting for me. Still in the box brand new. Delivered in a hour! Set up and had it running in maybe 30 mins. I couldn't be mire pleased. The value was incredible, delivery and installation perfection. I don't know if you'll be as lucky as I was to find the exact model I was hoping to purchase considering they carry appliances with small dings or scratches for extremely discounted prices but I was extremely pleased with their customer service. Last year we bought our washer here and it was such a great experience that when our old dryer broke last week (bought from a different place) I came straight back. I recommend stopping by in-person, as it looks like they get new inventory all the time and you'll see things in-person that may not be listed on their website, yet. Far and away the biggest benefit of buying from here is the service. Both times I've bought from here the staff made sure I had the best experience possible. This past trip Noona helped me out (I hope I got your name correct!) and she really went out of her way for me, including bringing over some water while I was looking around. I ended up purchasing a dryer, delivery/installation, and haul away of our old dryer, and she knocked a few extra bucks off of what was already a very low price of what I would've paid anywhere else. They delivered and installed the dryer 24 hours later, which really helped us out. Alan came by and was also so kind, professional, and fast swapping everything out and verifying the unit we bought was in great working condition. Great selection of scratch and dent brand new appliances! We found a brand new washer and dryer for about $500 less than retail price. Nuna wrapped and help us load our washer and dryer into our truck and wrapped it up securely to ensure no additional damage. One of our appliances also was unbalanced so she put a new foot on the bottom so that it wouldn't wobble.
