It was marked down because of a few cosmetic flaws, but honestly nothing major. I just covered it with a magnetic pad and it looks totally fine. I looked Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, Sams, online but if the price was right the delivery could take till May. So by luck I tried a smaller independent place and came in again the right time! They had a decent selection for a small business. What I wanted was waiting for me. Still in the box brand new. Delivered in a hour! Set up and had it running in maybe 30 mins. I couldn't be mire pleased. The value was incredible, delivery and installation perfection. I don't know if you'll be as lucky as I was to find the exact model I was hoping to purchase considering they carry appliances with small dings or scratches for extremely discounted prices but I was extremely pleased with their customer service. I met with Luna and she gave me a great price for a washing machine. The washer had a small dent on the side and was practically brand new. Last year we bought our washer here and it was such a great experience that when our old dryer broke last week (bought from a different place) I came straight back. I recommend stopping by in-person, as it looks like they get new inventory all the time and you'll see things in-person that may not be listed on their website, yet. Far and away the biggest benefit of buying from here is the service. Both times I've bought from here the staff made sure I had the best experience possible. This past trip Noona helped me out (I hope I got your name correct!) and she really went out of her way for me, including bringing over some water while I was looking around. I ended up purchasing a dryer, delivery/installation, and haul away of our old dryer, and she knocked a few extra bucks off of what was already a very low price of what I would've paid anywhere else. They delivered and installed the dryer 24 hours later, which really helped us out. Alan came by and was also so kind, professional, and fast swapping everything out and verifying the unit we bought was in great working condition. We've already used it twice and I trust we'll get plenty more use out of it for a long time. I can't say enough positive things about both experiences I've had buying from here. Great selection of scratch and dent brand new appliances! We found a brand new washer and dryer for about $500 less than retail price. Nuna wrapped and help us load our washer and dryer into our truck and wrapped it up securely to ensure no additional damage. One of our appliances also was unbalanced so she put a new foot on the bottom so that it wouldn't wobble. We were able to get my mom the fridge she was looking for. These are open box fridges so some have dents but we found a 2024 in amazing shape. She hates the drawer fridges and she found the one that opens side by side.
