He is super helpful, very knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. He is also very honest and respectful. He even remembered us from 10 years ago. We looked at a couple of options just to be certain and got pricing for the options. Made our final decision and fortunately Scott had it in stock and for a very competitive price. Set up for delivery the following week. The refrigerator was delivered as promised and the delivery/ install guys were very respectful and efficient. They were in and out in maybe a half hourish. All in all very impressed and pleased about the whole process. Everyone could not have been more accommodating. I wish all purchases were this simple. My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.

However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! The delivery guys Luis and Alex were so careful and gave me time to clean up behind the old washer and dryer before bringing in the new ones. They had to take a door off to get them in the laundry room but put it all back together. They moved the old refrigerator into the garage for us and took the old junk washer and dryer as well as an old dishwasher with them. Satisfied customers!

I purchased a washer/ dryer, and I had previously purchased 4 other appliances from them. The delivery and installation, though was a big disappointment. The guys were rude and lazy and obviously wanted to leave before they even started the project. When we unhooked the water from the old washer, there was a very slow drip from the hot water faucet. The installers then refused to do any work, including final assembly of the washer and dryer parts, and just left the stacked units in the middle of my garage saying I would get a refund. My contract shows a ~$50 "value" of installation, but that it is included for free. In this case, that only means there is nothing to refund and so after contacting Sean at the store, I found myself stuck assembling and installing them by myself with no compensation. These things are extremely heavy once stacked, and so moving them into place by myself was very difficult and, frankly, dangerous. It is unfortunate that bad field representation can ruin an otherwise very positive experience, but the people that actually come into my private home are really the most crucial in the process. Being insulted in my own home ruined an otherwise fine in-store experience, and so I will be more selective in the future with a retailer that sees the customer service process through to the end.

I try to work with people who are a small business and thought Marcello sounded like a good gamble. I contacted Marcello in the late afternoon of Wednesday and he came later that same day to diagnose the problem. Showed up on time, figured out the issue, and told me he would order the part in the morning and come back the next day to fix it. Literally exactly what happened. No fluffs, no upselling, cleaned up after himself, was professional on the phone and in person, and just told me what to expect and that's how he delivered. Service call was $75 and it would be applied towards the repair. I knew that was fair based on cost of gas, travel time, his knowledge of appliance repair, and the time to diagnose and repair the problem. My parts cost was roughly $200 and since I paid in cash I received a little discount as well. I would absolutely recommend Marcello to my family, neighbors and friends. PDQ was quick to respond and provided a quote over the phone for the install. We scheduled it for the following day. (Lowe's took 2 weeks before their specialists arrived, only to tell me they couldn't install) Roy arrived the next day, very professional and courteous. ( he wouldn't park in our driveway as he thought he was leaking oil, so he parked his truck down the street. This small gesture was not lost on me at all, it really shows respect for the customer) He prepped the area and covered everything to minimize dirt, dust and debris. He was very detail oriented and made sure our new microwave was installed perfectly, he even went so far as to run the vent and seal every last possible vent leak to minimize noise. I would recommend PDQ to anyone for appliance installs. They were only slightly more expensive than Lowe's, but they can actually perform the work.
