I can confirm that their prices are legitimately at least 60% off Best Buy, Lowe's, Home depot for the exact same models. They had about 100 in stock, mostly stainless steel. Some had minor dents on the front, some had no dents but a scuffed microwave handle, etc. You can pick your poison, but their most dented units are still nice - B+ at worst. There were around 10 units under $150, and we walked out with a nice wall mounted stainless steel microwave for under $110.

Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable.
