We bought a beautiful Frigidaire refrigerator that has a couple dents in the side for a deep discount and then found a used Kenmore front load washer and dryer set. Because we bought 3 appliances the discount was even greater. Delivery was $150 to Long Beach. The delivery guys Luis and Alex were so careful and gave me time to clean up behind the old washer and dryer before bringing in the new ones. They had to take a door off to get them in the laundry room but put it all back together. Went in to Dave's Appliance, Anaheim location on 01-05-2026. Needed to install a wall mounted microwave for the in-laws; theirs had burned out. I can confirm that their prices are legitimately at least 60% off Best Buy, Lowe's, Home depot for the exact same models. They had about 100 in stock, mostly stainless steel. Some had minor dents on the front, some had no dents but a scuffed microwave handle, etc. You can pick your poison, but their most dented units are still nice - B+ at worst. There were around 10 units under $150, and we walked out with a nice wall mounted stainless steel microwave for under $110. read more

Absolutely love this place! The staff are super helpful, and I appreciated that they were willing to haggle a little bit. The stock is constantly revolving, so if you don't find something you like, you can honestly check back even a week later and there will be more. We got a fridge, and a washer and dryer, for our new house. The fridge had very light cosmetic scratches, and the washer and dryer looked brand new. All three were over 50% off, and indistinguishable from the exact in models at Home Depot, Costco, Lowe's, etc. The delivery crew was great, and got everything installed without a problem. Just basically stole a brand new out of the box as is ruby red Samsung dryer from Dave's Appliances today. We weren't sure what we would find when we can here, and happened to find them on Yelp. We then browsed through some of their products on IG since they sell mostly in store. We noticed a price discrepancy on two alike Samsung HE gas dryers. Neither of them would scan to show us the 30-40% off retail price. Because if the discrepancy, the owner honored the lower price and we walked away with this dryer for $519! I mean come on!! You can't buy it off of eBay or offer up at that price! We are super thrilled and will be back for more appliances in the future. We saw a beautiful champagne washer... why do washers and dryers have to match! Also, excellent customer service provided by a woman with a Xmas mask today. So sweet and funny! $85 for delivery. This is a really good option to come check out before buying other appliances. What we did is see if they had a washer we wanted and compared it to the price on Best Buy, so the washer we'd get is $100 cheaper with the open box deal which is a good deal. I had a flip house project and was looking for inexpensive appliances that still looked nice. They have a huge selection of appliances, but honestly not that inexpensive. You can buy new for the same price. The way the store is set up they have insanely high prices marked down to the normal price that you could get it anywhere else. Scammers in our opinion ! Be careful ! Selling beat up and damaged appliances for new prices. The unit they tried to sell us looked like it had been hit with a sledge hammer. When we told them Best Buy had the same/similar model brand new and I damaged for the same price, that's when the got cold and backed off from assisting us. When I commented on how bad and deep the dents were, they commented "ohhhh they're not that bad". We walked out, drove across the street, received wonderful service from Best Buy associates. I went to buy a dishwasher. They had a decent selection, but nothing has a price tag on it. You have to ask the salesperson to look up a price for each individual item, which is incredibly annoying! They told me that everything was 40% off. I looked up the model number for the dishwasher that I wanted and it is available at Best Buy for $719.00 retail, and $579 as an open box item. At Dave's, the retail price of that same unit is $958.99 and they take 40% off of that. Which is $575. The price is not unfair in comparison to the open box item at Best Buy, but it IS misleading to say that these units are 40% off, because the MSRP that they use is highly inflated from what you, as a consumer, can readily find out there on the internet. I don't like their tactics and won't be shopping here in the future. read more

Love Dave's! We have now gotten a washer and dryer set and just this month a dishwasher from Dave's. The dishwasher was exactly than half the retail at Lowe's for exactly the same model. We hired a private installer who charged $150 including hauling away the old one, and Lowe' woukd have charged at leadt $180, so we saved ourselves A minimum of $530 on a $1000 dishwasher. We got the washer and dryer set last August. The guys who delivered it were amazing. They manage to fit it into the the small space where smaller machines had been, and took extra care to make sure it was hooked up properly. read more

All over excellent experience. Stephanie, Sales greeted me and reviewed options with me considering sizes available for a refrigerator purchase. Stephanie measured one's that were within my size for a framed cabinet and showed me the measurements. I selected the LG 26 French Door with CRAFT Ice cubes (along with the regular option). They do have a great selection of all appliances. The savings for my refrigerator was substantial with just a few dings that are barely noticeable. I also registered for the manufacturers warranty. I get huge anxiety when replacing appliances because of ensuring fit and after purchasing I called and spoke to John (Stephanie was off) who relieved my second doubts on size. My previous Kitchen Aid was 20 CU. The delivery was prompt and professional. Highly recommend. It was the one of the best no stress experiences I've had. read more

Dave's Appliance is truly focused on customer satisfaction. We had a Thermador fridge that was malfunctioning (over icing) and had a complicated warranty dynamic with Thermador / the home warranty. Dave's Appliance continually worked with us to find ways to fix the fridge and ultimately concluding the fridge was defective, they agreed to swap it out with an equivalent unit. The entire team was a pleasure to work with: Dixie was always helpful/responsive, John was great to work with to escalate the situation and Cory ultimately collaborated with us to resolve the situation with a replacement. Their installer/technician team (led by Abraham) is also top-notch (always on time, respectful of personal property, clean, and efficient). Hopefully, this next Thermador works well, but regardless, I know Daves will make it right. read more

This is my follow-up to my review. Dave's appliance had Whirlpool send me a technician from some appliance company, to What I thought was look at my washing machine and determine what's wrong with it. Instead, I get a service man who calls me to explain to me that he is going to charge me $125. just to tell me how am I supposed to wash clothes. Obviously, he is already planning on not fixing what's wrong with the washing machine . I told that technician not to bother coming to my house. I did call a Five star appliance repair company to come take a look at the washing machine. After looking at the way this Whirlpool washer was built, the good repair man said, "That is a very cheap washer, and nothing can be done." If I know this, then Dave's appliance knows this. I can't in good Conscience even give it away to anyone for free. Dave needs to take that washing machine back and give me back my money. read more

While gnashing my teeth at Best Buy's sparse selection of refrigerators and then bracing myself for a trip to Home Depot, I happened upon Dave's Appliance Warehouse in Westminster, CA. I found the perfect fridge for my small galley style apartment kitchen for a couple hundred dollars less than I would have paid elsewhere. Alex promptly assisted me and got my delivery date set up. A week later, the refrigerator arrived at my new apartment without incident. Well, I would be remiss to not mention that I asked three separate times to have the fridge doors reversed. I was assured it would be done before leaving the warehouse. When the appliance arrived, the doors still were hinged on right side. However, the delivery guys proactively noticed and asked me if I'd like them to reverse the doors. I agreed and they had them flipped in 10 minutes. Bought a new house and thought we had a 220v outlet so we went for an all electric washer and dryer. Isabel quickly helped us find the right one and we signed the paperwork. We then got home and found out we didn't have a 220v outlet and needed to pump the breaks and swap it out for a gas dryer with washer combo. Was a little skeptical about buying open box items but John ensured that it comes with a year warranty so why not. Decided to purchase an item at Dave's due to the unbeatable price that was offered, a week later an issue started with the product. I called the store back and explained the situation, John asked to send a video of it not working. Right away they sent techs out to fix ...Jesus and Valentino. Was told that if they couldn't fix it they will replace or refund. Luckily Valentino was able to fix it within 5 seconds because I really love my purchase and wouldn't want a refund. Overall, I am completely satisfied and happy with Dave's team from sales to servicing. We usually don't know a company's moral until we placed that service phone call. We purchased a Samsung dryer and was told we can add warranty. So I called to add warranty and was told that I could NOT add warranty because it's been passed 14 months of manufacture date. Why tell people you can add warranty when you can't. It's so upsetting. All that money gone to waste. I was in contact with Samsung for 4 days back and forth. Until today march 20,2023 I was on the phone with the care+ people for over an hour and I was on the phone with them for over an hour on Friday too. All a waste of time and money.
