However, after contacting the store a few times, the store itself (Tyler) ultimately replaced our dryer to resolve the issue. This is exemplary of excellent service. The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! Original review: Great place to get your appliances! We have purchased a stove and dryer from this store. Also, they have another location in Fountain Valley that has more selections. They're able to arrange delivery from both locations for one all inclusive $65.

He is super helpful, very knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. He is also very honest and respectful. He even remembered us from 10 years ago. We looked at a couple of options just to be certain and got pricing for the options. Made our final decision and fortunately Scott had it in stock and for a very competitive price. Set up for delivery the following week. The refrigerator was delivered as promised and the delivery/ install guys were very respectful and efficient. They were in and out in maybe a half hourish. All in all very impressed and pleased about the whole process. Everyone could not have been more accommodating. I wish all purchases were this simple. Thank you very much Scott for a great job well done at a fair price.

My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.

One of the Best Customer Service Experiences I've Had in Years…read more Every once in a while, you meet someone who reminds you that genuine kindness and honesty still exist. That's exactly what happened to me at Pro Appliance in Buena Park. I was simply driving by when I noticed the store and decided to walk in. I had no expectations at all. Within minutes, I realized I had found something special. The store was spotless, organized, and full of quality appliances, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was Christina. From the very first moment, she welcomed me with a smile and treated me with so much kindness and respect that I honestly felt like I was visiting family instead of shopping in a store. She took the time to answer all of my questions, never rushed me, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Thanks to her, I purchased a beautiful 10-cubic-foot refrigerator in excellent, like-new condition for only $150. I returned today to pick it up, and everything was exactly as promised. In today's world, it's becoming harder to find businesses that genuinely care about people instead of just making a sale. Christina reminded me that exceptional customer service, honesty, and integrity are still alive. That meant more to me than she probably realizes. This is a genuine review from my heart. No one asked me to write it. I simply believe that wonderful people and honest businesses deserve to be recognized and supported. Thank you, Christina, for your kindness, your professionalism, and for treating me like family. Experiences like this are never forgotten. I recommend Pro Appliance in Buena Park with complete confidence. If you're looking for quality appliances, fair prices, and customer service that comes from the heart, this is the place to go. I wish I could give more than five stars because they truly deserve it.

Literally the worst customer service experience I've had…read more I went in to return a few items. I didn't have my card with me, but I did have my receipt. I requested cash back for the return, and the cashier told me they couldn't do it because they didn't have cash in the register and would have to get it from the back. I asked if they could get it, and instead I was told to go to a different store. I asked to speak with a manager, and as the manager was coming over, the cashier suddenly started processing my cash refund. I didn't come in upset, but that situation was frustrating because they lied, instead of simply trying to help. When I spoke with the manager, Jason, he was being dismissive instead of trying to understand the situation. He kept repeating, "Well, you have your money, right?" rather than addressing the service. I asked for a business card or contact information for someone above the store level, and I was told they didn't have anything available. One that's unprofessional. Two I don't know if that was true. My issue wasn't the return itself. I got my money back. My issue was the lack of professionalism and the way the situation was handled. Good customer service means communicating honestly and treating customers with respect. I understand retail can be stressful, but being rude or dismissive only makes a simple situation worse. They were being rude and egging me on of course I'm gonna be upset.
