They ended up sending a repairman to take a look and see what the problem was..he told us the circuit board would need to be replaced and that we should look online for one so they can come back and fix it..my father said we wouldn't need to since it was covered under our warranty... So later that night my father was in the middle of taking out the part but noticed the part looked a lot different from before and since the repairman was the only other person to touch the dryer, he realized he must've swapped it and left an older looking one in its place. So now we have to get a new dryer because having a different part voids the warranty..So don't even bother calling these guys, they'll just end up stealing from you like they did with us.

The range had some special considerations involving gas and electrical supply locations. Max suggested their pre-installation inspection service. That service was well worth the money. I met with the concierge, Michael, and the installers, Dan and Jeremy. The inspection and later installation was conducted by the same team. The listing is: $489 - Whirlpool 24" stackable washer/dryer. The profile picture shows the stacked unit in a warehouse full of appliances. HOW THE CONVERSATION STARTED - 9:37 AM: I sent the first message very politely: "Hello, is this still available? Is 24 in width and dryer gas?" Jose replied: "yes" "where do you live" "we can deliver and install" Then I asked about warranty and if he would take my old GE washer in exchange. My GE washer was bought brand new a few years ago but it doesn't drain properly. He said he would give me $50 off if I give him my old washer. So the math was: $489 - $50 = $439 for the machine + $80 for delivery and installation = $519 total, and he said he can deliver today. I tried to negotiate like any normal customer. I started searching local stores and when I called Best Vacuum, they said they carried Eureka parts and I should bring my machine down to see if they had the right part. I was very skeptical, but I went to the store. Within 2 minutes of looking at my part, the sales associate (owner?) handed me the exact part I needed! He was also able to scavenge another (incorrect) brush assembly that I had purchased online and was able to swap out the ball bearings and endcap. That also only took a couple minutes. This store solved all of my problems (I walked away with two working brush assemblies) and I was in-and-out within 5 minutes! The machine works great with the new part and I will always come here first whenever I have a vacuum issue!
