That's exactly what happened to me at Pro Appliance in Buena Park. I was simply driving by when I noticed the store and decided to walk in. I had no expectations at all. Within minutes, I realized I had found something special. The store was spotless, organized, and full of quality appliances, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was Christina. From the very first moment, she welcomed me with a smile and treated me with so much kindness and respect that I honestly felt like I was visiting family instead of shopping in a store. She took the time to answer all of my questions, never rushed me, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Thanks to her, I purchased a beautiful 10-cubic-foot refrigerator in excellent, like-new condition for only $150. I returned today to pick it up, and everything was exactly as promised. In today's world, it's becoming harder to find businesses that genuinely care about people instead of just making a sale. Christina reminded me that exceptional customer service, honesty, and integrity are still alive. That meant more to me than she probably realizes. This is a genuine review from my heart. No one asked me to write it. I simply believe that wonderful people and honest businesses deserve to be recognized and supported. I've been trying to reach you guys for several months now regarding a $1200 stove oven i bought from you guys. We started good and had me write a review when I bought it back then and noted that my purchase is under warranty as what the receipt says too but Ive been ghosted and have not gotten a reply on a faulty oven that was sold. The oven has been making squeaking sounds and has a faulty fan from the inside making the oven not suitable for use due to the sound it makes and feels like exploding. This guy didn't answer all day when I wanted to buy a washer, then he got snarky and rude. when we started texting I saw the reviews and decided against buying- thank god. This store has no morals. Never would believe they put a non working washer inside a box and delivered to me. Same model in Pacific Sales is $508. They increased to $699. I think he made his Arabic friends to write a good reviews. Don't believe the BS reviews, they are all fake. As far as the sales associate, Christina is very rude, stole my money and called me disrespecting to their staff. She yelled at me and hung up on me. They never make any attempt to resolve the issue. What a great experience with Pro Appliances! I brought my mom to check out fridges and we found a large selection at unbeatable prices. They're all brand new which could have some dents that anyone will overlook for the price cut you get compared to buying it from Home Depot or Lowe's. They also offer extended warranty that we hope to not use, but we got it anyway because it's priced fairly in case we need to use it. Mike helped us out and he was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He answered all of my mom's questions which made her feel confident about the purchase since she's super picky. read more

Horrible customer service! I have been messaging them for over a week to see if there was an update on when my washer and dryer would be delivered and they have completely ignored all of my messages. They never sent me a follow up, then they stopped responding to my messages but I can see that they read them. I asked for a refund since I did not receive the washer and dryer or any updates and they also ignored that message. read more

Don't bother buying from this place. We bought both washer and dryer and when it was delivered the dryer never worked. We have been more than patient and giving them a chance to fix it. As I review other reviews it seems these issues are common. We also had a technician come over once to "fix it" and "parts are needed". Now we are getting the runaround. I have a dryer that we paid $$ for and it doesnt work and we've had to go pay at the laundromat to dry. Unacceptable ! We don't want to escalate it and at this point we want our money back or a replacement dryer that works! I will post again to update everyone. I'm very disappointed with my experience at this business. I purchased a Dyson vacuum here, and from the start it has not worked. They packaged it in a nice box with all the accessories that are dirty and used and told me everything works perfect and they lied. For the price, I expected a reliable product, but instead I got something that doesn't function as advertised. When I reached out about the issue, I did not receive any real help or resolution. Spending this much money on what should be a quality vacuum only to have it fail right away is frustrating, and I would not recommend buying from this store. My husband and I went in on Sunday looking for a new washing machine, We just left Home Depot and were on our way to Lowes, when my husband said he read the reviews on Pro Appliances and the reviews were pretty good. We went in decided to buy a Samsung washer, the price was good. We wanted the washer to be delivered Monday, at 1st the office girl was not sure they could deliver that quick, since we were in need of a washing machine fast, my husband said he would just go to Lowes for a faster delivery. The office girl changed her mind and said they could deliver it on Monday- paper work done and we paid in cash. When we were outside getting ready to leave, the owner Mike came outside with us and we started talking, nice guy. He said he himself would be delivering the machine around 1pm Monday and would call when he was on his way. On Monday we have not heard from anyone by 2pm so my husband called Mike, it went to voicemail, he then called the office, the line just clicked and he was disconnected. Minutes later Mike called and apologized to my husband for not making it, he said he had a death in the family and had to go to the funeral. Mike said the machine would still be delivered today( Monday). Hours later, its now going on 6pm, my husband called Mike again and no answer, he calls the store and speaks to a woman, she explains the machine would be delivered Tuesday after 3pm- she explained Mikes uncle had passed away "yesterday" ? and had to go the the funeral today (Monday) my husband was not buying that and said the machine better be delivered Tuesday morning or he wanted his money back or he wanted the delivery fee back for the delivery now being on on Tuesday., she said she couldn't refund the delivery fee but they would be there Tuesday morning to deliver. Our machine was delivered at 11:20am. I am not a happy customer- the machine came dented and scuffed (see pictures) We are guessing the dents on top of the machine are from the store due to them stacking the machines on top of each other- the machine we bought had a dyer stacked on top of it in the store. The 1st picture of the large, long dent is pretty bad and I am sure the scuffs are from the moving process from the store onto their truck. I understand life happens, but for starters if you or your employees cannot make a scheduled delivery its good business to call your customers and let them know that the delivery is going to be late or rescheduled, not wait for the customer to call you, I don't believe that on Sunday Mike didn't know he had a funeral to attend on Monday, if we were informed of that ahead of time we would of understood. When we were outside with Mike, we told him we did read his reviews and because they were good is the reason we came into his store. He asked us to please give him a good review as well. Mike here is your review, its not good but its the truth. Again I am not happy that my brand new washing machine came with dents- I hope as a business owner you would make this right to make a customer happy. I would suggest giving us the delivery fee back. Mike also told us the few one star reviews he has are from his competitors, well I am not a competitor and I am a unhappy customer. I went to this place to purchase my stove, refigerator, microwave, and hood glass. Really bad and unprofessional service they change my delivery 4 times!! On top of that they almost charged me $500 for delivery and installation, when they delivered my items nothing was installed which they supposed to install my hood glass and water filter on the fridge! These guys are SCAM artists. They claim they can get you anything but never deliver. They refused to deliver my appliances on time. Christina called saying my appliances were ready. I pay in full and never hear from them until I go face to face and ask. I get more lies from Mike who I'm assuming is the owner saying he will deliver my appliances following week which needless to say never happened. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot and not these shady individuals. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could and will be reporting them to the BBB. If you bought anything from these guys recently and they haven't delivered yet, cancel the transaction or refuse delivery if they try to give something. My guess it will be a POS. read more

Drove 50 minutes after calling FIRST to ask if they had 28depth 4 door fridge was told yes, we have over 200. Asked if they were refurbished or dinged was told no. Drive all the way there to walk n to a room that had maybe 40 fridge all were dinged up and NONE were 4 door size I was told on phone! U suck read more
