Refrigerator price, installation price, delivery schedule, delivery price, and removal fee were all at issue with one or more of all of the sellers! Then the stars aligned, and we found Western Appliance Warehouse. Factotum, Keimora,puts a lovely face and caring way on the Company and the owner, Eric, is totally knowledgeable and understanding. Together they are a team you will have on YOUR side--working to solve your issues. There is NO sales pressure. They worked to provide the refrigerator we wanted even though the did not normally stock either that Brand or Model. They resolved all of our problems presented by the big box stores! As a matter of facr, we we so pleased with their refrigerator solutions, we simultaneously purchased a new dish washer to replace ours which was functional but ineffective. However, Tom brought it back (more than just a couple of days) and said, "it is probably the capacitor or the magnetron - which is too expensive to fix, and you might as well purchase a new one". Well, we purchased another one and put that one in a different room to use and just used this other for the fan, clock and light. Forward, I learned how to diagnose these things and found out right away that he stole our working GE magnetron (which has been replace by a Samsung one) with a NON-working LG one. No one else has ever worked on this microwave. Contacted Tom and he gave really immature responses, which were not ever real responses. He argued and basically texted me a flip off finger and told me in words to "F- off!". I would not recommend him for anything. He may have done right with another man or a head of household, but if you are single and or elderly - don't even bother with this guy. The positive comments on him are probably his relatives. Do you see he doesn't supply a license number on the cards/stickers he leaves you with? He is a scammer! He installed an LG and that part number shows non-compatible with any other brand besides LG! This has been verified by both companies.

With a mystery on my hands and rage in my heart, I had multiple interactions with SQ. They initiated a ticket with a local service provider, whom I immediately yelped and learned were widely despised! No way! When I found that Coast Appliance Services, with their incredible reviews, were an alternate option for Speed Queen servicing, I jumped at the chance to work with these folks. My initial phone call was quick, easy, and friendly. I received the confirmation call I expected the day before my appointment and was thrilled that they had noted and were trying to accommodate my work schedule. The day of, I received a 20-30 minutes to arrival text and found Edgar in my driveway exactly within that window. Edgar was super professional, efficient, and effective, and the work area was so clean that even my pack of pit bulls, who needed to do a full investigation of Edgar's work after he left, couldn't find anything weird to snack on or track around the house. Amazing! I really appreciated that in a stressful situation, Edgar and this team were so on the ball and keen to explain what they found, what would happen, and that I could call them directly for any future issues. Within 10 minutes- he tells me I had a loose fan that was knocking around!! He tightened some screws, and VOILA my noise is gone!!! He didn't charge me anything besides the service fee!! This level of honesty and integrity is worth more to me than anything. More than just the $700 that he saved me, it made my heart burst just knowing good people still exist. Professional, respectful of my home, and paid excellent attention to ensure the fridge was brought into my home carefully and set up perfectly. Five stars for the delivery guys. Pacific Sales explained I would pay the $400 fee directly to the delivery company upon delivery. They accept credit cards. The transaction went through as expected. The one star is because West Coast Appliance just charged my credit card AGAIN for $400, a month later. There are really only two reasons for this. Either this was an intentional, dishonest action, in the hopes the customer wouldn't catch it. Or it was an unintentional, innocent mistake, because the company has inept people/processes where charging a customer twice - a month apart - is possible. In either case, would you trust this company?
