We've all heard the expression "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is." Well my experience…read morewith Western Appliance Warehouse proves that expression is false. We were surprised when our nearly new refrigerator abruptly failed! We watched several YouTube videos on point and found the right refrigerator for us. Then we Googled info at Costco, Home Depot, Sam's Club, Lowe's , and Best Buy. Every one of those sellers was problematic. Refrigerator price, installation price, delivery schedule, delivery price, and removal fee were all at issue with one or more of all of the sellers! Then the stars aligned, and we found Western Appliance Warehouse. Factotum, Keimora, puts a lovely face and caring way on the Company and the owner, Eric, is totally knowledgeable and understanding. Together they are a team you will have on YOUR side--working to solve your issues. There is NO sales pressure. They worked to provide the refrigerator we wanted even though the did not normally stock either that Brand or Model. They resolved all of our problems presented by the big box stores! As a matter of facr, we we so pleased with their refrigerator solutions, we simultaneously purchased a new dish washer to replace ours which was functional but ineffective. I doubt we will ever shop for any appliance anywhere else! Sincerely, Kenneth Cassell

This guy Tom was paid almost $200 dollars to come out and repair our GE microwave some years ago…read more He said, "he had to take the microwave with him and bring it back to diagnose it properly". Now, at the time we didn't know anything about microwave diagnostics. The only thing that was not working was the heat and it made a loud buzzing sound. The lights, fan, clock, etc., worked just fine. Since we purchased this as part of our remodel and got all products GE for the kitchen, we left it there. However, Tom brought it back (more than just a couple of days) and said, "it is probably the capacitor or the magnetron - which is too expensive to fix, and you might as well purchase a new one". Well, we purchased another one and put that one in a different room to use and just used this other for the fan, clock and light. Forward, I learned how to diagnose these things and found out right away that he stole our working GE magnetron (which has been replace by a Samsung one) with a NON-working LG one. No one else has ever worked on this microwave. Contacted Tom and he gave really immature responses, which were not ever real responses. He argued and basically texted me a flip off finger and told me in words to "F- off!". I would not recommend him for anything. He may have done right with another man or a head of household, but if you are single and or elderly - don't even bother with this guy. The positive comments on him are probably his relatives. Do you see he doesn't supply a license number on the cards/stickers he leaves you with? He is a scammer! He installed an LG and that part number shows non-compatible with any other brand besides LG! This has been verified by both companies.

I had an outstanding experience with this business during every part of the process!…read more Last week, my one year old very expensive Speed Queen (SQ) dryer, which apparently even the guys at the firehouse can't kill, stopped heating. With a mystery on my hands and rage in my heart, I had multiple interactions with SQ. They initiated a ticket with a local service provider, whom I immediately yelped and learned were widely despised! No way! When I found that Coast Appliance Services, with their incredible reviews, were an alternate option for Speed Queen servicing, I jumped at the chance to work with these folks. My initial phone call was quick, easy, and friendly. I received the confirmation call I expected the day before my appointment and was thrilled that they had noted and were trying to accommodate my work schedule. The day of, I received a 20-30 minutes to arrival text and found Edgar in my driveway exactly within that window. Edgar was super professional, efficient, and effective, and the work area was so clean that even my pack of pit bulls, who needed to do a full investigation of Edgar's work after he left, couldn't find anything weird to snack on or track around the house. Amazing! I really appreciated that in a stressful situation, Edgar and this team were so on the ball and keen to explain what they found, what would happen, and that I could call them directly for any future issues. An added bonus? Our dryer dries again! Life is way easier when your dryer just, you know, dries. For those annoying times when it doesn't, I recommend contacting these folks immediately. I've already shared their info and my experience with them with friends and family, and if any of my appliances misbehave in the future, this number will be the one I call! I hope you'll do the same!

This review will tell you everything you need to know about Coast Appliance Services…read more My refrigerator was making a very loud noise. I called another repair company who came to my home, and quoted me over $700 to replace my battery and battery encasement. The man was very young, and I suspected he had no clue what was wrong. I paid the mandatory $100 service fee and said no thank you. (See my other review) Then I called Coast Appliance! They came over right away (father and son, nice family business) and had a look. Within 10 minutes- he tells me I had a loose fan that was knocking around!! He tightened some screws, and VOILA my noise is gone!!! He didn't charge me anything besides the service fee!! This level of honesty and integrity is worth more to me than anything. More than just the $700 that he saved me, it made my heart burst just knowing good people still exist. You can call this company and KNOW that you will be treated fairly and be told the TRUTH about what your appliance needs. I will be calling this company from now on for all my appliance service needs. Thank you so much!! You made my day sir!!!

The massage chair has always been covered with protective fabric. Recently we begin to use it, we notice the leather has already disintegrated at several spots. We called Teletron for service since we bought insurance for extra warranty. They didn't respond to our call and not honoring the extra warranty we have purchased. We reached out the original manufacturer Inada with both international calls and emails. No response. We bought Inada massage for total of $10k. Obviously we have been scammed for defective product and deceived by Teletron for extra warranty. Please be warned by deceptive sale tactics of Teletron, based on our horrible experience with Teletron. Do not buy anything in Teletron!!!

Everything went extremely well! I'm a returning customer and very happy with Tim's customer…read moreservice, knowledge, and technical skills. I initially called on AT Appliance in 2020 to service my refrigerator motor. When my refrigerator was leaking water this time (6 years later) I found my previous receipt of service and called AT Appliance again. They were very responsive and scheduled me for next day service. Tim called me before his arrival and was able to repair the leak and also returned today to replace the water dispenser part that I requested. Looking at my previous receipt from 2020 it turned out Tim was the same technician that helped me back in 2020. I was pleased to realize this and also to experience the same quality work that was done back then. Tim really went above and beyond to deliver reliable quality service. His work is honest with transparency, clean and organized. I appreciate reading reviews of other customer's true experiences and wanted to make sure to write this review to share with others that are looking for a creditable appliance service. I highly recommend Tim's service.

They were polite, professional, reasonably priced, and very patient for payment (our fault hehe). The -1 star is only for the fact that the correct diagnosis was one that chatGPT suggested (a faulty coil) as opposed to their more expensive original diagnosis of a faulty valve. Thanks AI! This is the second time we've used their services and will continue to do so, as alas these older but more reliable machines of ours are starting to show their age.

This company was the third-party company contracted by Pacific Sales in Brea to deliver my…read moreridiculously heavy fridge about a month ago. The two delivery guys were great! Professional, respectful of my home, and paid excellent attention to ensure the fridge was brought into my home carefully and set up perfectly. Five stars for the delivery guys. Pacific Sales explained I would pay the $400 fee directly to the delivery company upon delivery. They accept credit cards. The transaction went through as expected. The one star is because West Coast Appliance just charged my credit card AGAIN for $400, a month later. There are really only two reasons for this. Either this was an intentional, dishonest action, in the hopes the customer wouldn't catch it. Or it was an unintentional, innocent mistake, because the company has inept people/processes where charging a customer twice - a month apart - is possible. In either case, would you trust this company?
