Pacific Sales explained I would pay the $400 fee directly to the delivery company upon delivery. They accept credit cards. The transaction went through as expected. The one star is because West Coast Appliance just charged my credit card AGAIN for $400, a month later. There are really only two reasons for this. Either this was an intentional, dishonest action, in the hopes the customer wouldn't catch it. Or it was an unintentional, innocent mistake, because the company has inept people/processes where charging a customer twice - a month apart - is possible. In either case, would you trust this company?
