Because we bought 3 appliances the discount was even greater. Delivery was $150 to Long Beach. The delivery guys Luis and Alex were so careful and gave me time to clean up behind the old washer and dryer before bringing in the new ones. They had to take a door off to get them in the laundry room but put it all back together. They moved the old refrigerator into the garage for us and took the old junk washer and dryer as well as an old dishwasher with them. Satisfied customers!

My husband usually took care of these things, but sadly, he passed away earlier this year. Feeling a little lost and unsure of what to do, I decided to call Pacific Sales to see if someone could help me. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dennis Vargas, who was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to look up our purchase history and was able to find our original purchase from 2019. His willingness to help made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I eventually came into the store, where Larrell Dore assisted me. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and guided me through the process of choosing the right replacement. I truly appreciated his patience, knowledge, and kindness in helping me make the right purchase. During a time when I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do, both Dennis and Larrell made me feel comfortable and supported. I purchased a washer/ dryer, and I had previously purchased 4 other appliances from them. The delivery and installation, though was a big disappointment. The guys were rude and lazy and obviously wanted to leave before they even started the project. When we unhooked the water from the old washer, there was a very slow drip from the hot water faucet. The installers then refused to do any work, including final assembly of the washer and dryer parts, and just left the stacked units in the middle of my garage saying I would get a refund. My contract shows a ~$50 "value" of installation, but that it is included for free. In this case, that only means there is nothing to refund and so after contacting Sean at the store, I found myself stuck assembling and installing them by myself with no compensation. These things are extremely heavy once stacked, and so moving them into place by myself was very difficult and, frankly, dangerous. It is unfortunate that bad field representation can ruin an otherwise very positive experience, but the people that actually come into my private home are really the most crucial in the process. Being insulted in my own home ruined an otherwise fine in-store experience, and so I will be more selective in the future with a retailer that sees the customer service process through to the end.

My late father was a Veteran, so I enjoy supporting Veteran owned businesses. Neil was super helpful, and they delivered the washer in a week. Secondarily, the same washer cost $200 less vs Howards. Contrast the foregoing with Howards who didn't deliver the same washer in 6 weeks, and didn't communicate via email or phone. In addition, CTS doesn't nickel & dime you like the other appliance stores. They don't try and sell you an extended warranty, nor charge you for delivery, haul away or for new hoses. The installation guys were on time, polite and efficient. All of the foregoing was a nice surprise. Doing biz w/ CTS was easy and pleasurable. When my other appliances need replacing, I'll be sure to come to CTS first.

The store took accountability for the problem and took measures to resolve it in a fashion that was acceptable. While it would have been great not to have had the headaches from the machine and the long process to get the problems resolved in the first place, it was very appreciated that ultimately the store did do right by the customer, which inspires even greater confidence in purchasing their appliances in the future! Within minutes, I realized I had found something special. The store was spotless, organized, and full of quality appliances, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was Christina. From the very first moment, she welcomed me with a smile and treated me with so much kindness and respect that I honestly felt like I was visiting family instead of shopping in a store. Just bought the house don't want to tear apart the hardwood floor of my recently purchased house, because this guy can't wait or give me a proper estimate of the space he needs to get my old dishwasher out. Your guy think I can snap my fingers and make it happen. The entire time standing in front of the washer. How can I make a cut with you standing there? Then, "I'm not paid to wait, you'll have to reschedule." And leaves. He couldn't bring in the new washer? By that time is have been done. It took me 2 mins to cut my floor, 5 mins to remove the washer. And about 10 to move the new into my house. Lazy and disrespectful of my time and the money I've already paid. Highly wouldn't recommend. Gonna bash your company every where I can, make sure to warm anyone that will listen, just the type of people this company employees. Already been to many platforms and now here. Hire people with integrity, and a desire to actually do the job. If I ever see your company as part of the delivery again, I'll decline it. On top of that, she took the time to help us choose the right grout and rebar color to match everything. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful she was throughout the process. I have never experienced that level of customer service at Floor and Decor before. She truly made a difference in our visit.

However, when…read moremy contractor went to get the tile and grout that we ordered, they gave them the wrong grout color. I was so upset. My contractor's people already laid down the grout and Floor and Decor wouldn't pay for the labor to redo the grout. Instead they gave us a seal with the correct color to try to make it right. However when my contractor's people put it down, it just didn't have the same effect as grout. Because we couldn't afford the labor for them to redo the grout, we just have to live with the discoloration of the grout. On top of that, the tile that we chose had odd pieces to them that looked stained. You really don't know what things would look like until you purchase it. And of course I wasn't home to supervise their work, because I had a job to go to pay for all the work that didn't turn out the way I expected. Needless to say, I suggest you go to Lowe's or Home Depot for tiles because they actually are a little bit more affordable. Floor and Decor as actually expensive.
