That said, the experience in the cooler section was frustrating. We needed help identifying a cut of meat because the pricing area had multiple different labels and prices, but one of the employees basically refused to help and just told us to "look over there." Because of the confusion, we accidentally picked up two different cuts thinking they were the same and only realized it later at checkout. Overall, decent selection and useful if you're cooking for a group, but customer service could definitely be better. 3/5.

Prices are so reasonable and with the increased tariffs, alot of the price tags are crossed out, but the final price is still great, especially for the quality. I tried to use it at their sister company but they said credit is non transferable. My suggestion is shop there but their office systems are terrible, so be careful. I will give them four stars because their office cannot be trusted. But, the store service is always great, selection is great, prices are good. Yes, I will continue to shop there.
