    These guys are great very helpful with anything you need for a restaurant. Sometimes things are on back order though so be prepared

My experience with Cesars Appliance has been an absolute nightmare, filled with incompetence, miscommunication, and complete disregard for customer service. I reached out to Cesars Appliance, assuming they could handle a basic warranty repair for a washer pump on my Speed Queen TC5 (brand new). Instead, what followed was weeks of frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and outright negligence. Timeline of Their Utter Failure: * 1/6: Washer pump failed. Called Cesars to schedule a service visit. * 1/8: Vitaly came out, confirmed it was the washer pump, and told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. No problem, right? * 1/9: Fred (a clueless call center rep) tells me my warranty has been voided because Cesars submitted a claim stating I had tampered with the unit--which was completely false. I had to escalate to the owner, John, who was almost impossible to reach because they use a call center filled with people who don't understand warranty policies. Weeks of Radio Silence & Lies: For two weeks, I heard nothing. I repeatedly called Cesars, only to get the runaround. John admitted he had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, my brand-new washer sat broken. I finally contacted Speed Queen directly and found out that Cesars basically tattle-tailed on me, submitting a claim that voided my warranty. I had to beg Speed Queen to escalate the decision and get my warranty reinstated, delaying the process even further. * 1/30: Vitaly finally returned with the parts-- weeks later. Final Thoughts: Cesars Appliance is an unprofessional, disorganized mess that doesn't care about customers. They voided my warranty based on false claims, caused unnecessary delays, and forced me to do their job by fighting to get my warranty approved. Their call center is useless, Fred is incompetent, and the owner, John, is impossible to reach. If you value your sanity, avoid Cesars Appliance at all costs. They have no idea what they're doing, and dealing with them is a massive waste of time.

    We visited around noon on Saturday and were disappointed with the customer service experience here…read more We were walk-ins, so I understand consultants may have scheduled appointments and limited availability. However, for a high-end appliance store, I expected a much more professional and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The receptionist appeared far more interested in scrolling through social media on her phone than acknowledging or assisting customers. Even a simple greeting or explanation about wait times would have gone a long way. First impressions matter, especially in a luxury retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. I would highly recommend additional training for front desk staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and customer interaction. Edit to add response to the business: To clarify, this visit did take place at the Costa Mesa showroom on Saturday around noon. We were walk-ins and completely understand that scheduled appointments may take priority. My concern was less about availability and more about the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I appreciate you taking the time to reply publicly, but I was surprised by the comment regarding not having record of our visit, especially since we were not checking in for an appointment, nor were we asked to leave any information as we were barely acknowledged by your receptionist. My review was simply intended to provide honest feedback about the customer experience we encountered.

    We purchased a bosch refrigerator 7 years ago for $2,600.00. Recently we started having issues with…read morefood freezing in the friut and vegetable drawers. We contacted the store where we purchased the refrigerator and they diagnosed that we needed a part that was discontinued by bosch. Therefore the refrigerator couldn't be repaired. We were told to contact bosch directly for a discount on a new refrigerator. We were offered a decent discount from bosch, BUT they would only deliver to our driveway, would not install or remove our broken refrigerator. Therefore the discount was no longer a discount since we would have to pay someone to install and remove the broken reftigerator which most stores include when you purchase an appliance. Also the model we had was discontinued and there were only 2 refrigerators we could choose that would fit our space. The discount could only be applied to a new bosch refrigerator. It came with a one year warranty and it stopped making ice in September, 2025. We contacted Bosch Home Appliance and were given a 6 week appointment time. Not wanting to purchase ice for 6 weeks we asked if there could be an appointment sooner than that. The woman we spoke to said they did have third party appliance repair services that could possibly complete the repair sooner and she made an appointment for two weeks (still inadequate, but better). The person they sent knew little to nothing about refrigerators. He tinkered for awhile then said he needed a part and he would come back. He came back four times and was never able to fix the problem. He said that was all he could do. That wasted four more weeks and I have no idea what he did if anything. His English was so bad that communication wasn't possible. We notified Bosch Home Appliance that the problem still wasn't resolved and the woman we spoke to advised that since we used a third party supplier the warranty was no longer valid. After some wrangling I was able to speak to someone who agreed to have a Bosch repairman respond in three weeks. He responded and reiterated that he could fix the problem but it was no longer under warranty since we had a third party repairman look at it (remember that they were the people who recommended the third party and made the appointment themselves). We were not satisfied and I called Bosch Home Appliance before their guy left. I'm not pleading guilty to false imprisonment, but the guy really didn't want to stay. I spoke to two different people and the second asked to speak to the Bosch repairman. After a short conversation he told us that he had been authorized to make the repair as a 'one time courtesy' and the warranty was still void. After he left we made several more calls to Bosch Home Appliance during which we provided purchase dates etc and finally were assured that it was a misunderstanding and the refrigerator would be repaired by Bosch and the warranty was still valid. Two visits and about six weeks later the ice maker was finally working. This is a very unorganized and possibly dishonest company. It is very unlikely that I'll buy another Bosch appliance.
