This time it was for our garage fridge, which was making a crazy loud noise. Alex came out (same day) and said it was the fan that needed replacing. He needed to order it and would come back the next day. He showed up right on time and replaced the fan in about 5 minutes. This is our go to place when we need appliance repair, we will definitely call them again if something should happen in the future.

Therefore the discount was no longer a discount since we would have to pay someone to install and remove the broken reftigerator which most stores include when you purchase an appliance. Also the model we had was discontinued and there were only 2 refrigerators we could choose that would fit our space. The discount could only be applied to a new bosch refrigerator. After multiple contacts, I was informed that another technician visit would be required, even though the issue has already been documented. As a customer, I expected a timely repair, replacement, or refund. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays, inconsistent communication, and no satisfactory resolution. I purchased Bosch expecting premium quality and customer support, but this experience has not met those expectations. I hope Bosch addresses this matter promptly and improves its customer service so other customers do not have the same experience.
