Correct part number, opposite internal plug, causes the "OFF" on the blue knob to be set at 300 degrees. DEFECTIVE

We purchased an entire kitchen of Thermador appliances a couple years ago. We recently ordered the blue knob set from Thermador online directly. The item was fulfilled/shipped by BSH Home Appliance. Unfortunately, one of the knobs was incorrectly manufactured. Basically, poor workmanship as the internal plug works if the off position is at 300 degrees-- as opposed to it fitting correctly on off position. This renders the entire $450+ set unusable as one knob remains silver. The picture shows correct knob part number opposite internal plug placement. Neither Thermador or BSH actually picks up the phone. Just a thank you for holding ...annoying music recording. I hung up after 31 minutes. No hold time given. Shameful, I will NEVER buy Thermador or any associated appliance again. No way to contact outside of calling per the email, invoice, and website. NO WAY to correct this issue much less return the order. No email to write them. Neither company actually picks up the phone- its shocking.

Freezer door isn't closing all the way, worse then when serviceman Mike showed up.

If I could give them zero I would. I purchased all Bosch appliances from Pacific Sales in Brea, spent several thousand dollars for what I thought was superior products. The first disappointing thing was when they were delivered, they had "made in China" stamped all over the box, the salesman said they were German. They are in fact a German company with product coming from China. I didn't want to buy Samson or LG due to the horrible reviews. It's been two years and the microwave has gone out and now the ice maker in the refrigerator isn't working. Paid $3K for extended warranty with a $75 deductible, they gave me my $1500 back for the micro but had to stick to Bosch because the opening in the cabinet didn't work for other brands. On to their service. When you call for service, the call center is in the Philippines, hard to understand. They take your request and takes about two weeks before you get the call from the local Bosch center, their service guy is horrible. He shows up and does a quick fix and leaves. Later I notice his work on the refrigerator is worse than what it was before he showed up. I text him pictures and of course he doesn't answer. Meanwhile the freezer isn't making ice and the door doesn't shut all the way. You call their Irvine office- forget it. This company is absolutely garbage! Stay away from the overpriced Chinese junk! Their service guy Mike is horrible, follow up is terrible!

NIGHTMARE - Avoid Cesars Appliance at All Costs…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Cesars Appliance has been an absolute nightmare, filled with incompetence, miscommunication, and complete disregard for customer service. I reached out to Cesars Appliance, assuming they could handle a basic warranty repair for a washer pump on my Speed Queen TC5 (brand new). Instead, what followed was weeks of frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and outright negligence. Timeline of Their Utter Failure: * 1/6: Washer pump failed. Called Cesars to schedule a service visit. * 1/8: Vitaly came out, confirmed it was the washer pump, and told me it would take 3-5 days to get the part. No problem, right? * 1/9: Fred (a clueless call center rep) tells me my warranty has been voided because Cesars submitted a claim stating I had tampered with the unit--which was completely false. I had to escalate to the owner, John, who was almost impossible to reach because they use a call center filled with people who don't understand warranty policies. Weeks of Radio Silence & Lies: For two weeks, I heard nothing. I repeatedly called Cesars, only to get the runaround. John admitted he had no idea what was going on. Meanwhile, my brand-new washer sat broken. I finally contacted Speed Queen directly and found out that Cesars basically tattle-tailed on me, submitting a claim that voided my warranty. I had to beg Speed Queen to escalate the decision and get my warranty reinstated, delaying the process even further. * 1/30: Vitaly finally returned with the parts-- weeks later. Final Thoughts: Cesars Appliance is an unprofessional, disorganized mess that doesn't care about customers. They voided my warranty based on false claims, caused unnecessary delays, and forced me to do their job by fighting to get my warranty approved. Their call center is useless, Fred is incompetent, and the owner, John, is impossible to reach. If you value your sanity, avoid Cesars Appliance at all costs. They have no idea what they're doing, and dealing with them is a massive waste of time.

We visited around noon on Saturday and were disappointed with the customer service experience here…read more We were walk-ins, so I understand consultants may have scheduled appointments and limited availability. However, for a high-end appliance store, I expected a much more professional and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The receptionist appeared far more interested in scrolling through social media on her phone than acknowledging or assisting customers. Even a simple greeting or explanation about wait times would have gone a long way. First impressions matter, especially in a luxury retail environment where customer service should be a top priority. I would highly recommend additional training for front desk staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and customer interaction. Edit to add response to the business: To clarify, this visit did take place at the Costa Mesa showroom on Saturday around noon. We were walk-ins and completely understand that scheduled appointments may take priority. My concern was less about availability and more about the lack of acknowledgment and professionalism. I appreciate you taking the time to reply publicly, but I was surprised by the comment regarding not having record of our visit, especially since we were not checking in for an appointment, nor were we asked to leave any information as we were barely acknowledged by your receptionist. My review was simply intended to provide honest feedback about the customer experience we encountered.
