I recently purchased a kitchen sink/faucet from Monica at Kohler Costa Mesa. After 3 months, the faucet began leaking. Monica worked with Customer Service to send out a cartridge to fix the faucet. When the plumber installed the cartridge and it didn't resolve the issue, she offered to call Customer Service to expedite the Letter of Replacement needed for Kohler Costa Mesa to replace the faucet. She then had the faucet delivered by courier in a little over an hour, rather than me do without a kitchen faucet over the weekend. My plumber returned the same afternoon, and I had a new faucet installed by 3 pm. Monica's initiative/coordination of all parties involved was truly an example of an employee going above and beyond to bring satisfaction to a customer. I would give them a zero star if I could on their return policy. We ordered about $10,000 worth of bathroom shower handle, mirrors, lighting and only had one item which was a hook that we didn't need. Tried to return it in the original box which came with a cut on the box. They said because the box is cut they would need to request manager approval. I find this ridiculous that I now have to wait to see if a manager will approve the return because of a cut on the box which was there when we got the item. We've been working with Dominik for some time now and we've had a good experience! He's helped us narrow down our product selection, and also helped us determine what colors were available in-stock for the products we were interested in so we could ensure we could color-coordinate all of the items. Amazing in-person experience! If you are looking for a place to re-imagine your bathroom/kitchen/shower - this is the place to go. The store is extremely well organized with brilliant design approach to highlight products in various areas of you home interior. I worked with their sales and design consultant Corey and was amazed how well he knows Kohler's product line - from the thermostatic valves, all the way to various trims and color finishes. After going to a big box store for some bathroom fixtures and accessories and getting very frustrated at the lack of inventory (everything we picked from the displays was N/A) we went to the Kohler store in Crystal Court. The guys there greeted us as soon as we walked in and helped us through the whole process. We saw the positive ratings for the Kohler Costa Mesa store so we decided to purchase our sink through them. We ordered a special color and we paid for expediated shipping so that the sink would be there in time for our contractor. The sink arrived cracked and without adqueate shipping padding. I called Kohler to let them know and tell them that we wanted a new sink ordered again with expediated shipping so that it would arrive in time for the contractor. I have spent eight days trying to get Kohler to send the sink expediated. I was told by both the assistant manager and the manager and the warehouse that "they were doing everything they could to get it shipped in time". Four days after receiving the damaged sink I received tracking from Estes Express shipping the company that Kohler uses. It said the sink would not arrive for another week to week and a half making us miss the date for construction. I called the shipping company directly only to find out that the sink had not been sent using Estes expediated service and that it was sitting in a warehouse. I also found out that the shipping company has a special Time Critical Shipping department and that Kohler could make the arrangements so that sink would arrive in time to make the new new construction date so that there would not be a second delay for the contractor. Kohler is now refusing to pay the shipping expedited fee. The manager's customer service has definitely not been exemplary. I never write reviews but this Kohler store customer service has been so time consuming and frustrating that I felt it was important for consumers to be aware of this very negative Kohler Flagship store experience. read more

Rather than trying to shop online for our kitchen remodel, we stopped in to the Kohler Showroom in Costa Mesa. That was an excellent option because we were hands-on with working fixtures. We were fortunate to have Rafael assist us selecting our primary sink & faucet plus an island prep sink & faucet. Rafael patiently considered our layout ideas and samples of countertop and backsplash material. With his design expertise he gave us valuable input and we love our finished kitchen. He was able to give us a discount from the price list and made sure our delivery went smoothly. We selected Neoroc composite sinks in dark brown -- they really make a statement. Our plumbers and other contractors commented how classy they are. For faucets, we chose Graze in Brushed Moderne Brass. Judi and I wish to compliment Corey Garrett (our salesperson) and Tina Treglia (store manager) for taking such great care of our plumbing needs (new toilets) during a time following several unfortunate events we have faced since Nov. 1st. A fire, a leaking roof, a freezer melt-down, plumbing issues, and worsening of Judi's health, and rainy weather were added to the immediate need to replace our toilets in the master bath and guest bathroom of our home. Not only was Corey able to find the toilets we needed to replace the original Kohler toilets, but he arranged next-day delivery resulting in prompt installation of new toilets. Unfortunately, one of the toilets arrived missing parts. Corey and Tina got on the matter immediately following my call to the store. They were able to secure a new set of parts the same day before my plumber needed to leave for the day. The plumber installed the second toilet only to find the tank of the second toilet had a major chip in the drain hole and was causing a leak between the tank and bowl. Once again, I called the Kohler store. Tina jumped into action and secured a new tank which was delivered early the very next morning. My plumber re installed the new tank and all is well. It is without hesitance that I would strongly recommend these Kohler representatives to anyone looking for a highly reliable crew of Kohler employees. I would hope you would pass our compliments to these individuals who so caringly worked with us during a crisis. We are building/designing a new master bedroom suite so we stopped by Kohler to do a little window shopping. I was happy to find a local storefront where I can touch and feel the products. This location is right next to the Starbucks. I called and spoke with Corey asking a few questions and when we showed up in the store he was happy to assist us! He was great with suggestions, mindful of our budget and style. He helped us consider options we didn't know existed and was really patient with us when we were being indecisive. On the spot he created a spreadsheet for us and helped us price out the fixtures we chose. When we went over budget, he helped us make adjustments. We were able to take that spreadsheet and share it with our contractor to make sure we are able to get the proper settings for everything we want. Corey was even so kind to send us another copy that included all the specs for each item so the contractor knew exactly what we needed for plumbing and electrical.
