    Been here a few times and always pretty disappointed. I only go here because they carry the filament I need for the 3D printer and occasionally they have some parts for it too. But I will 100% say they are not disabled person friendly. If you have seen my other reviews then you know I'm disabled and use forearm crutches to walk. While this store does have an electric shopping cart. Or EcV with basket. It is usually not charged and it is falling apart. The store has ONE. Only one and it is completely falling apart. Some of the aisles are not accessible in the cart either. Now let's move on to the staff. While the manager will tell you they have 5 people in the 3D printing area I can rarely seem to find 1. When I do happen to run into somone they will tell me they are way too busy to help me out or be downright rude when asking them about inventory of an item. They have told me to just scan the sample color strip and wait for it to open on the machine. They have this machine on the wall that stores most of the filament and will retrieve the color and type you want. Well that's all great in theory. If the machine was loaded properly with the colors and type of filament in the right location. That doesn't seem to happen often. Now there is some good stuff. They have a nice supply of other items. Similar to maybe what Fry's electronics use to be but on a much smaller scale. You are definitely going to pay a high price here. Most things have been marked up incredibly high. But I mean you're paying to get it then and there. They have some things with decent prices. So make sure you are checking the prices at other places before you commit to spending $25 for a pair of pliers that can be purchased elsewhere for $4.99. Exact same product and packaging. All in all go here if you MUST. Otherwise avoid at all costs. The staff is minimal, untrained and rude. The disabled access is not the greatest. The best thing about this place. They had a restroom and it was clean.

    Micro Center is my go-to spot whenever I need video or audio equipment. Their customer service is consistently excellent--knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They usually have very good sales, and even their regular prices are competitive. The product selection is massive. You'll find everything from 3D printers and PC components to immersive gaming systems and professional audio/video gear. Honestly, it's hard to walk in here and not leave with something. Whether I go in with a specific need or just to browse, I almost always find something worth buying. Highly recommended if you're into tech, gaming, or content creation.

    I give it 5 stars because there are sooooooo many electronic things here! Tons of different Phone cases, 3D Printers, Laptops, Keyboards and Headphones etc. So many brands here!! Full disclosure I am not tech savvy and I came here with my hubby...he's the tech savvy one. :) Price wise I can't tell you if they are more expensive or not. But I can say is...if you need something for your computer, this place should hopefully have it. This place reminds me of Fry's Electronics but 2.0...without those themed design in store. Like seriously there were tons to look at! No worries...there are workers here to help you if you have questions. They were very nice.

    I make the trip to Micro Center once in a blue moon, and recently came here with my husband because he needed some thermal paste ASAP. We were hoping for more variety and higher quality options, but did manage to find an acceptable MX-4 one in a box of a bunch of random ones stored all together above the shelves where most of them were displayer. I think they have pretty decent pricing, came here once to take advantage of a really good deal for a 3D printer for like $100 and have gotten some decently priced filament here. Parking gets kind of tight on the weekends.

    Lucas literally saved my life! Honestly, I was looking for labels everywhere all around Orange County. All I had to do was come to Micro Center and Lucas helped me out and found the labels all for me! Thank you, Lucas!!

    Cilantro key switches from akko!

    Went in with my boyfriend for the second time looking for creamy switches for my keyboard and a gift for his friend. We were looking around for switches and keyboards when Caleb asked us if we had any questions, it was perfect timing! He quickly got to advising us on what switches make certain sounds and feels, and how many we needed:) He got the boxes for the proper amount like he read our minds! We ended up getting headphones as well, he told us which ones were wireless and wired, what we'd use them for, and different brands to choose from. It's almost like he knew exactly what we needed, both switches and headphones are perfect! Caleb if you're seeing this, you're great! Thank you for all your help.Keep it up:)

    Located on Edinger and Del Amo Avenues with plenty of parking. This is the only full-on computer store that I know of, and I love having Micro Center around. Big selection of all computer parts, software, gaming supplies, electronics, printer ink, etc. My husband is a DIY computer enthusiast, so this is his go-to store. We've also ordered online and simply picked up at the store. They have a 'Build-Your-Own' area and a 'Tech-Bar' for computer support. Shout out to Baldwin, who assisted us on the floor. He was very attentive and helped us find the right computer parts with such a great attitude. Excellent customer service! It has always been a great experience here and will definitely return.

    No. They don't have electronic recycle unlike Best Buy or Apple. No trade in. That way, they can promote sales and force you to buy new parts.

    Why is there no direct number to your Tustin store?

    No, there is no direct number because the store employees work off of commission. Also, the managers want to drive foot traffic to the store for sales.

    The only form of payment they accept is cash, credit cards, and Tap to Pay.

    Do you guys offer military discount?

    They do not offer any military discount. The only discount they offer is for the Micro Center Insider Card and price match with competitors (has to be shipped and sold).

    What days so they receive gpu shipments?

    GPU shipments are random one of the managers decides on when to raffle them off. They are on a first-come, first serve basis via raffle system.

    Are they open on Easter?

    Micro Center is closed on Easter Sunday.

    The store is walk-in only and is on a first-come-first-serve basis for the tech bar. This is how they drive sales and foot traffic into the store.

    Never, especially since Fry's is dead and they're the only source for pc components and micro parts outside of online.

But I have big dreams so... I thought well... I don't know anyone, but maybe someone can help me fix it. I found George here on YELP and he is so personable and easy to relate to. Busy SoCal life for all, so we arranged a time that worked best for me. He had me bring it to him and within an hour he had it fixed in a jiffy like nothing was wrong with it! Also, it was nice working with someone who is HUMAN, a normal person with great consideration for others and a genuine authenticity of care for me, the customer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome off the cuff in need. I pretty much got an amazing find that needed Georges expertise and special touch. Now I have an awesome printer to do the things I feel called to do. He was gracious enough to sit with me for a few minutes too and make sure I knew how to operate it before taking it home.     I needed my laptop computer fixed this week. It was running very slowly and would not let me open…read morefiles anymore. Turns out that Office365 was no longer activated, and my Adobe Acrobat was defective. George and his team of computer pros came over and fixed everything. Now my computer is fast again and Outlook works again and Adobe has the secret sauce to open every again. Thanks George!

From consultation they heard my needs and then brought their professional insights as well. We did Ethernet runs to multiple rooms of a two story home for data ports, APs, cameras, doorbell, and home network server. They have experience with all platforms especially the ubiquiti system i chose. They were willing to educate me and walk me through exactly how everything would be done. And like any project they were able to trouble shoot and find successful solutions. I am very happy with the service and expertise. We are already making plans for future projects.     I called last Friday to get a technician to come out today, Monday, to activate my ethernet port…read morehere at home. I had a 1:30 pm appointment. I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.
