They are PRICE GOUGING for Nintendo Switch units! They are charging $499 when the retail price is $300 from any other retailer. I spoke with someone on their facebook ad and they straight up told me they are charging more due to "supply and demand" which is complete B.S, they are taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 epidemic. Their $499 price is if you finance $50 and take home OR if you pay them cash. I'm going to be reporting the business to the city for price gouging as well. Shame on you! read more

They're putting ads up on Facebook marketplace advertising PS5 at low prices, but it's just click bait for an ad for the store, which is not actually selling anywhere near that price. False advertising. Wasting Time. Unprofessional. read more

We were told that we would be paying 1000 for an Xbox serious x ...turns out it's actually almost 3000 dollars with lease to own ..the guy said " just sign the contract and you're good". This is what they do to scam people into believing you'll be ok and can take it home with no problem....they know people get desperate and they just sign without reading or getting informed. They get rich off of dumb people .. I read that contract and didn't sign..dont Get scammed ...read the contract before signing it . Better to wait for what you need then to have to pay almost 3xs the price for a product that is not worth that much . read more

Been here twice to finance phones. It's a good way to get the phone you want without paying it all upfront. You apply for a credit line (progressive or snap) and see how much you are approved for and within that range you're able to purchase whatever item you need. Go in and ask questions! 90 days same as cash. They sell iPhones, Androids, laptops, MacBooks, phone cases, etc... anything electronic they sell and they do computer/phone repairs. Ask for Eriton, he is thee BEST! read more

So I purchased a laptop about two months ago. Somehow the power supply cord got all effed up and the wires became exposed so it stopped working. So first, I called the place I bought it, Best Buy. They told me it was a manufacturer's warranty issue and to call Dell. So I called Dell. Dell said Best Buy was in their "retail family" and should be able to give me a new one. So basically it turned into a he-said, she-said thing. My laptop is basically the center of my universe (work, play, etc) and I was not going to go a day without it. How much is a new universal power supply at Best Buy? ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. You've got to be shitting me. So anyway. I found E-World on Craigslist. I called them up. On a Sunday. And they were open til 8:30! They carry both refurbished and new cords (as well as laptops, flat screens tvs, stereo equipment, desktops, computer hardware, etc) and they are much cheaper than Best Buy. I was planning to buy a used one since I'm broke. I had already paid for the one I needed when I realized it had a three-pronged plug and I needed a two-pronged one for my extension cord. The super nice guy at E-World went back to look for one and could only find a brand new one and gave it to me for the same price! I offered to pay extra but he said it was okay. Wow! I haven't had such good service in so long. I almost fell over. Anyway, you should check them out if you need replacement parts for your computer. Also, they offer in-home computer repair. read more

Bought a iPad mini here a few months ago, the microphone wasnt working so I brought it in for repair. Mohammed told me it would take 1-2 days to have it fixed and most likely they would have to replace the screen as well. Okay no problem, I went back after 2 days and it was still not ready. Not even started on, the older "tech" repair guy they have fails at his job. When I got my iPad mini back I started to notice stains within inside the screen. And being non responsive most of the time, total waste of $$$ and time. If you are going to fix it, Do it right! Not make it worse, I was better off having it without a microphone. Find a new repair guy and maybe this won't happen again. Will update review with pics, stay tune. read more

I went here looking to buy an electric bike. Prior to arriving, I had a conversation with a lady named "Noir". We agreed to meet at this place so I could test ride some bikes. After a little discussion, I proceeded to test drive a "hey bike" . I gave her my drivers license and proceeded to take off. This place is located in a large plaza where there are many businesses and cars flowing throughout. I left the plaza to hit the sidewalks so that I can attempt to see the bike's max speed (supposedly max speed 28 mph) on a straight away surface. Upon leaving the plaza, a man abruptly cuts me off and starts yelling at me through his closed car window. He jumps out and accuses me of trying to steal the bike. First off, I left my drivers license with his wife. Secondly, my brother was still at the store waiting for my return so he could also test ride a bike. The assumptions and accusations made by this man were so disrespectful. I returned the bike and get the hell out of there. read more

Went to take an HP computer to fix the screen because it was cracked. And they ended taking a week and a half to get it fixed. So when it was actually ready for me to pick up, I noticed a small bubble in the middle of the screen. Now mind you, they wanted to charge me $140 for the original issue. After seeing the bubble, I told them that they need to fix this or only charge me $40. Shoot, wasting over a week, gas, and time arguing with the people because they said they couldn't do anything other than send it back to the people they had originally sent it to. So here I am thinking THEY are the ones fixing it but nope! And not only that, but how is it so easy for them to take off a whole $100 ? Making it seem like the job didn't really cost all that much to begin with?! Listen to the other reviews about them overcharging and don't go here! read more

I had a great experience when I went into Eworld. I came to them because I saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace, it stated $50 down and take a new Mac Laptop. Too good to be true? Thought so too, but I indeed left with a brand new Mac Laptop for only $50 and my payments would start in about two weeks. The catch? There is no catch, really. They are pretty upfront about everything. Yes, you are paying high price than if you were to walk into any other store and pay cash upfront. They make it possible for someone that doesn't have $1,000 to drop on a new MacBook. My scenario was computer cost $1,200 normally in store it goes for about $1,000. Then you add tax so it got close to $1,400. You job is your credit, so for someone that doesn't have the best credit due to student loans they made it super easy. Now you apply through a company, that has really good reviews and you fill out the application in store or you can do it from the comfort of you home. Yeah you pay a higher price, but it's either that or wait to save up to buy a laptop. In my case I needed it as an emergency so I had to do it this way. Paying it off in 90 is true, I contacted the company myself and was told the same thing, you have until the last day to make the full payment and you will not incur interest. Everyone there was super friendly :) Thank you so much, this process was easy and painless. read more

So after dropping my old laptop, I decided that I need to get a new one. After getting scammed by some a-hole on craigslist (i swear if i ever see that guy in public, I'm going to beat his a**) I checked Yelp (of course) and E-World came up. I figured I would at least check it out to see what they were about. and boy, was I surprised. I walked in about a hour before closing time and there were a couple of people inside. The main guy (I swear his name is Mohammad) was super friendly and attentive. Not only did he help me, but the other customers as well. He showed me around 8-10 laptops before I decided on one. Gave me a pretty sweet deal and the customer service was superb. If I ever have any computer problems, I definitely know where I am going. I even recommend a friend and he got hooked up on a laptop as well. I honestly was surprised by the excellent customer service I received. If I could give it more stars, I would. read more

Went in here looking to get two apple watches. Both retailed for 399, I got approved to get 950 dollars and because of all the upcharge I couldn't get what I wanted. They add 100 dollars to retail right off the bat. Even though they claim you can pay it off in 90 days no interest, you still pay way more than retail. Do you're homework before going in. Because they will take advantage of you if you seem like you don't know about tech. read more

Called in to ask a simple question of how much it would cost to replace a IPhone 6s Plus screen? After putting me on hold, the gentleman came back to tell me that they did not have that screen in stock to replace it. Totally understandable. I then asked how they go about situations like this, and the gentleman cut me off and told me "my manager isn't interested in changing the screen" I just want to know why you guys are in business if you don't even want to accept customers? Absolutely trash of customer service, negative stars as ratings is completely acceptable in this case. Please go elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. read more
