My laptop had problems turning on. Battery andadaptor and power jack work. Had the battery and charging light on. But the 'on' light won't turn on. Took it to them since I believed technicians could solve this. They looked at this and said that power jack was broken. I blindly believed them because they were technicians. Had them replace the jack (don't even know if they even replace it because the laptop had no probs with the audio jack. I picked up my CPU because they said it was fixed. Didn't turn on when I got home. I concluded that the prob was the power button . it wakes up from sleep when I press a button on the keyboard. But the power button would turn it on. I would need the press really hard. And this is unusual. I used to need Timorese lightly. My uncle has the exact same model and I have no problem turning this on with tapping the button. my bother crashed my laptop,i went to best buy for repair ,they asked $375 to repair my laptop,actually my laptop is not worth to spend that much,i told them that is tooooo much,i went home searching for a computer stores i found such a nice store in anaheim katella & brookhurst i went there a guy his name is mo explained what is the issue,he said have a sit i will let you know how much is gonna cost you to fix ,or will recommend you what you have to do ,after 30 minutes he shocked me 145 to get fix and will be ready after 3 hours,i could not believe that ,but let is see what is gonna happen,he gave me the receipt ,i went home after two hours one from eworld called me to let me know ur laptop is ready,i hurry up to see my laptop ,woooow my laptop is ready ...working excellent and very clean for $145 instead of $375 and in the same day,i thank them very much and god bless great guys honest .......highly recommended read more

Do you have computer problems? No? You're lying because we all have them. When those bastardly little nuisances pop up, this is this place to go. I fairly know my way around computers but there is much more that I don't know about them. They were extremely knowledgeable and presented the info to me in a way that I could understand, breaking down all the techie talk. They were patient and friendly. I went to a couple other places that seemed like they were talking down to me because I wasn't following everything they were talking about. Here it isn't like that. Craig was a pretty cool dude. Dodger fan and all haha. It's rare to see that in Anaheim. On top of all that, they have discounts for students and the cost ended up being really low. Highly recommended! read more

This place is AMAZING! Honestly, Eworld Computers has the best customer service out there and the prices are very reasonable. I was badly in need of a laptop one day; so I went to the usual places but I just couldn't find what I wanted and the prices were a but high for my tastes. I finally found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. The minute I walked in, the owner welcomed me and listened while I told him what I was looking for. He showed me about 15 laptops and when I chose one I was surprised at the reasonable price he gave me. Awesome place I was in and out got my phones financed and everything . I was a new customer so I got a free screen protector and the guy who attended me was so sweet even gave me a free case :) I walked out happy !!! I purchased a laptop for my mom a couple of months ago. The computer had some issues and eventually broke down. My mother was very upset. When i took the computer to Fry's they told me the damage would cost me $350.00 to fix. A friend suggested that i go to E-world to see about repairing my laptop. When i went they gave me a estimated of $175.00 , and my computer would be ready in the same day. I didn't believe them until i received a call saying my laptop was ready for pickup.
