This guy is a scammer, he installed a bootlegged version of windows 10 on my laptop and charged $80. Then after 2 weeks, it stopped working and the pop up message said I have no windows installed. I called him and he says something is wrong with my hard drive. I brought it to another pc repair place and they told me everything works fine with my laptop, this scammer installed a bootlegged windows version so it stopped working. Don't use his service, he will only take your money and not fix anything then says there's other problems to make more money off of you! read more

I bought a desktop computer and two monitors here last year for my business. The people here were very nice and accomodating and answered all of my questions. 18 months later, I have no issues with any of the components. The prices are great and I recall they even threw in a spare mouse and keyboard for free. Since this is a repair shop, too, you can be sure that any used equipment has been tested and repaired. The reason I'm writing this review now is I plan on going back to get more components for my second store! There's no reason to buy new, even at Black Friday prices, when these guys have such a large selection of laptops, desktops and peripherals at Goodwill-like prices. read more

Horrible horrible. I bought a laptop here last week and I been coming back and forth here. I live nowhere near garden grove and have to keep waisting my gas. My laptop is not starting and startup repair is going on 6 hours. I don't have patients for this AT ALL! Only had the laptop for a freaking week like really this is some b/s. I purchased a refurbished Mac Book from here. It had the newest operating software, came installed with Microsoft office and had all the adobe products including photoshop! The only problem was the battery. I ended up buying a new battery off amazon for $20 but other than the battery the computer runs very well and I haven't had any problems with it. These guys saved me in a real crunch and fast! My old PC crashed I thought it was the hard drive and I REALLY needed that information up and running for business. They checked it out on the spot right in front of me. Turned out it was the mother board... I asked about on any refurbished PC's that were available and could they transfer my data. Lets just say they gave me a very fair deal on a nicely refurbished Dell Latitude. We were in an emergency situation and needed a "new" used laptop computer right away. I run across an ad Comdory had for a used laptop on Craigslist. A lot of other people had ads too--some private individuals and some stores. We were worried about taking a chance on buying from a private individual in case something went wrong with it and thought it would probably be safer to buy from a store that would have some sort of warrantee. The warrantees for a used/reconditioned laptop at the stores who's ads I read or called were 30 days or 60 days. But when I called Comdory theirs was 90 days! That was a big difference and got my attention. I decided to check out Comdory on Yelp and was impressed with what I read. I especially liked the fact that they also do computer repairs so we felt more confident that their used/reconditioned computers had been inspected and put into top shape by people who were experts before being sold to the public. Comdory was not close to our home--it was a 60 mile round trip--but we felt it was the best chance to get a reliable used laptop at a price we could afford. It was more than worth the long drive. That place was wonderful--a nice selection and excellent, friendly, expert customer service. We explained what we needed a laptop to be able to do for us and we had a lot of questions. The man who took care of us was very honest with his advice and did not try to push us to get a more expensive laptop when one of their less expensive models would take care of our specific needs. We had decided to buy an Apple brand Mac, which was a different operating system than we had been used to but had decided a few years ago to switch to when the time came to get a "new" used laptop. The man at Comdory took a lot of extra time--something he did not have to do--to show us how it worked and to give us a lesson on how to use it. We LOVE our beautiful "new" laptop! It does everything we need, works great and we saved a lot of money. The man even gave us a free keyboard cover to keep it sparkling clean. We were so impressed with Comdory's honesty, expertise and low prices on very good computers that if we ever need another computer or a repair we are going to go back there even though it is so far from our home. These guys are the BEST, they cleaned all the junk that was on my screen every time I turned my computer on, re-installed window 7, everything done in a couple hours (same day) and they only charge me $40. dollars. Purchased a used laptop at a great price--I could have bought two--and though it's got old-machine issues it'll be usable for years. The guys inside were helpful and knowledgeable, though I was still a bit at their mercy. I took the machine back three days later and they replaced the just-died battery without a problem.
