After the problem came back, I contacted the company many times requesting warranty service. As shown in my text messages, I asked them to repair the TV or honor their warranty. They repeatedly promised to come, but never showed up. It has now been well over a year, and my TV is still not repaired. I still have the repair invoice and the text message history documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this issue. Before leaving this review, I gave the company many opportunities to make things right. Unfortunately, they failed to provide the warranty service they promised or offer any meaningful solution.
