Chinh & iCare team is my go-to for all things mobile: buy, sell, & screen & battery replacement. I trust iCare with my phones for these reasons: 1) knowledgable 2) honest with their diagnosis & Chinh takes the time to explain the problem & solution 3) best price I've been quoted He's replaced my S8 screen & battery flawlessly. The S8 battery starting degrading after 15 months so he replaced it with a factory one. Now the phone's working like new! read more

They do care! Old, unpopular iPhone with broken Lightning port, and they immediately suggested the cheaper option of wireless charging up front. ($30, vs $120 port replacement.) And between the two chargers they had, carefully explained the trade offs, made sure I understood that the more portable one is a bit fragile. Honest and upfront--I am only upset that I don't have more business for them. They certainly deserve more customers! read more

This is my go to spot for phone repairs. I've come here about maybe 8 different times now over the years. I've always been satisfied and walked out happy. Even thought I moved a little further I still come back here and there's many phone repair places where I live. I figured as many times as I've been here I should probably leave a review. read more

I was having some battery issues with my iPhone one day, so I decided to check this place out to get it replaced since it was right next to the supermarket I regularly go to. The owner, Chinh, was SO helpful and very honest with the feedback he gave me when it came to phone maintenance. The price was very reasonable, and you can just tell from the way he explains things that he's very knowledgeable and maintains his work integrity with his customers. I had also purchased a new Surface Pro X back in August and needed to add a screen protector, so I brought it to Chinh to get it done. I was watching him put the screen protector on and from where I was sitting, I could see a bunch of lints on the laptop screen. I'm very OCD when it comes to cleanliness, and THANK GOD, he got rid of all the lints without me having to point anything out. I was VERY impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend!! read more

So reliable and transparent with the services! Stopped by to get my Samsung S10 screen replaced. They took time to give me all the different options and prices that best fit my cracked screen. I was able to leave my phone there as they worked on it and came back to a new screen. High recommend getting screens fixed here. Thanks again! read more

Went to this location as it was closest to my home and I was not disappointed. They fixed my phone in a reasonable amount of time and were very helpful. I will return if I ever need services again! read more

My phone was working great until I decided to disinfect my phone with a clorox wipe. I had a phone screen protector and the screen got damaged. He said any moisture can damage the screen, even body sweat SMH .I've never had an issue with that until now. Be advice ..Don't disinfect your phone or your screen will stop working. Also the adhesive that he used was coming un done after 1 month. I couldn't get it fix. Lesson learn . Buy new phone instead. Avoid all small issues. read more

This place is great and extremely honest.

Dropped Phone? Shattered screen? iCare Digital Repair had all the repair items to get me and my Apple iPhone 7+ in and out in 1 1/2 hours. This place is good and thorough! The owner is nice and an honest Christian. Service is quick and price is reasonable. I drive all the way from Pasadena to here for my laptop repair! read more

Awesome service! The owner stays true to his words. When I brought my laptop to the shop he quoted me $90 for the fan thingy. Later he called my phone and said there'll be another $20 for another minor prob. Which is fine with me. The day I came to pick up my laptop, he said the amount is $30 instead of $20. But I told him he said $20 when he called me. Seems like he's quite busy with work he does not remember well what he said to his customers. But in the end I only paid $110 as the original amount. He kept his words! Im absolutely pleased with the experience. Thank you so much! read more

My iPhone screen was cracked and needed it repaired ASAP! The store was about to close and the gentleman working did a kind gesture to stay a little longer just to fix my phone! He did it in less than 20 minutes! He was super friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed his honest service. I would definitely recommend my friends and family here. Thank you again!! read more

Not from the area but my boss recommended me this place to get my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen and camera lens fixed! Despite being one of the current newer models I got it done super quick AND at a reasonable price. I really appreciated having different options on how to fix my phone and having it explained on how my phone was actually fixed! Highly recommend this spot and super worth the trip! read more

OMG Chinh saved my life. I spilled cuticle oil and coffee on my laptop and he both times took care of it fast. He is so honest and honestly, (covering my mouth) super cheap. I paid twice as much in Westside for the same kind of work. He's the nicest guy in the hood, I tell ya. High recommended! read more

I use to have a go-to iPhone repair shop, but it recently closed down, so I had to look for another one (not that my phone gets damaged all the time or anything, LOL). My little sister goes to this one since it's close by her school and we live nearby as well. With that being said, I can see why she comes back to this spot. She's had her phone screen replaced and another thing fixed and she even bought a phone from this store. My mom and I came in with her to purchase the phone and the guy that helped us was super informative and knowledgeable. He gave us an amazing price on an iPhone7, which my sister was able to pick up the very next day. Phone was in great condition and works great with no problems. Since I was here, I asked him about replacing my LCD on my iPhone and because it wasn't too bad, he suggested to deal with it for as long as I can because it wouldn't be worth changing it since it's only on the edge. I really appreciate someone who works with honesty and isn't going to just try to get me to spend money. Overall, would continue to do business here and will probably be back sometime soon in the future to get my screen fixed since it's starting to bother me. xD read more

I brought my daughter's iPhone XR last week for a screen and camera lens repair. Guess I am going to be a regular here when it comes to phone issues. Great prices very friendly and knowledgeable owner/employees. showed up about 10 minutes before they were to close not expecting to get my phone repaired but just wanting to make sure the price. I said I would come by tomorrow when they open but he offered to do it. Instead of telling me they were closed they stayed open an extra half hour to help me. Also would have paid quite a bit more if I had gone anywhere else. Now that i found this little hidden gem right by my house I can finally get a few electronics fixed that I had been putting off while trying to give me a straight forward price. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone I know to go there. convenient all in one spot for electronic needs and accessories. read more

Not too good to be true! Highly recommended! Was a bit skeptical at 5-star only reviews, but this little can-do shop is for real: replaced my iPhone SE's broken Lightning port in 30 minutes, and did so at a good price. More plus points: + No pressure sales attempt. + Careful diagnosis to confirm symptoms and issues I gave. + No sleazy anything. I definitely will be back--my Mom's phone needs new battery! It was a quick come and go service! Thank you very much! Will come here again for other phone needs! read more

Brought my MacBook Pro yesterday since it looked like I dropped it since the bottom and trackpad looked like it popped out of alignment. Chinh (who was very kind and helpful) analyzed the laptop and saw quickly that it was the battery exploded inside and misaligned everything. What a relief since the battery was replaceable. He helped me take out the battery and was able to let me know which battery to buy. Chinh was very professional and most of all very honest in what I needed to do. Would trust this company again to fix my stuff! read more
