I was having some battery issues with my iPhone one day, so I decided to check this place out to get it replaced since it was right next to the supermarket I regularly go to. The owner, Chinh, was SO helpful and very honest with the feedback he gave me when it came to phone maintenance. The price was very reasonable, and you can just tell from the way he explains things that he's very knowledgeable and maintains his work integrity with his customers. I had also purchased a new Surface Pro X back in August and needed to add a screen protector, so I brought it to Chinh to get it done. I was watching him put the screen protector on and from where I was sitting, I could see a bunch of lints on the laptop screen. My phone was working great until I decided to disinfect my phone with a clorox wipe. I had a phone screen protector and the screen got damaged. He said any moisture can damage the screen, even body sweat SMH .I've never had an issue with that until now. Be advice ..Don't disinfect your phone or your screen will stop working. Also the adhesive that he used was coming un done after 1 month. I couldn't get it fix. Lesson learn . Buy new phone instead. Avoid all small issues. read more

Awesome service! The owner stays true to his words. When I brought my laptop to the shop he quoted me $90 for the fan thingy. Later he called my phone and said there'll be another $20 for another minor prob. Which is fine with me. The day I came to pick up my laptop, he said the amount is $30 instead of $20. But I told him he said $20 when he called me. Seems like he's quite busy with work he does not remember well what he said to his customers. But in the end I only paid $110 as the original amount. I use to have a go-to iPhone repair shop, but it recently closed down, so I had to look for another one (not that my phone gets damaged all the time or anything, LOL). My little sister goes to this one since it's close by her school and we live nearby as well. With that being said, I can see why she comes back to this spot. She's had her phone screen replaced and another thing fixed and she even bought a phone from this store. My mom and I came in with her to purchase the phone and the guy that helped us was super informative and knowledgeable. He gave us an amazing price on an iPhone7, which my sister was able to pick up the very next day. Phone was in great condition and works great with no problems. Since I was here, I asked him about replacing my LCD on my iPhone and because it wasn't too bad, he suggested to deal with it for as long as I can because it wouldn't be worth changing it since it's only on the edge. I really appreciate someone who works with honesty and isn't going to just try to get me to spend money. Brought my MacBook Pro yesterday since it looked like I dropped it since the bottom and trackpad looked like it popped out of alignment.
