John is a LIFESAVER. I only say this because he has literally helped me out with my MacBook Pro twice in the past year. Last year, I cracked my laptop screen and couldn't find a single person in Orange County that had a fair price AND the screen in stock (its from 2015 so its quite old). Others expected me to wait 3-5 business days to get it looked at, and THEN they would fix it within the next few weeks. My laptop is my life and I have been so incredibly thankful for John for helping me out last year and today. My laptop randomly shut down and he had it all ready for me in TWO days, during the weekend nonetheless!!! I do SO much work on my laptop and I really needed it cheap and quick, and John delivered beyond expectations. Thank you SO much for helping me out. I couldn't recommend anyone more!!! read more

I got a ransomware virus on my computer. Virus would not let me log-in to the computer. Girl in the front advised to reset the computer for $40.00. Luckily, I just paid 140$ for keyboard. And my laptop works great until now. read more

I came back to Fixi after my great experience the first time. This time my iPhone 7 screen shattered and I got it replaced. It was easy peazy, took only about an hour and everything was good as new. It was only about $65 or so which is way better than the $150 that apple charges. Only think I would caveat is that the touch screen is now not as sensitive as the original one so I have to press harder on the screen but this is normal given that it's an after market replacement screen. read more

Too my phone here about months ago. Screen cracked since. Took it to a place in Brea. The repair guy said 6 screws were missing, whoever fixed the phone before didn't take the time to put the screw back. Also, screws were missing from other components. This leads me to believe my phone was tampered with. I wasn't going to leave this review but my battery has gone bad and the Apple Store says they won't replace my battery, or touch my phone at all for that matter, because of the missing screws. read more

I had a great experience stopping by this store. This store has a wide selection of cellphone cases and accessories. The interior design is very modern. This store is located in a Vietnamese-populated business area, in the same area as the popular boba shop called tebo tebo lounge. They focus on services mainly for computers and phones. They service pc, Mac, iPhone , iPad. Great store, great experience, and excellent customer service! read more

This is definitely my go-to place whenever I need any phone accessories from glass screen protectors to phone cases. Especially because Vu is very friendly and professional. I brought my friend who's iPhone 5 screen was completely cracked because a car ran over it and he was able to fix it in an hour. Overall I have been very satisfied with the quality of the products and the customer service I received here. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their things fixed in a timely manner! read more

Who's a klutz? I am! I yelped these guys, and made no hesitation to come here. I cracked my iPhone 5 screen cuz that's what a klutz does, and was told over the phone that it's $55 to replace. Awesome sauce!!! When I got there, which was a tad difficult to find from inside the parking lot, the place was clean and modern. The place is facing the street, behind the Tebo Tebo tea place. While you wait, you can get some boba or popcorn chicken! Excellent customer service, and they take Visa/MC however do know that it's $4 more to use a card instead of cash. After calling, they'll automatically send you a text with the location and info on where to find them - even more awesome sauce! They fixed the screen in under 20 minutes, and now my phone looks brand new! Highly recommended!! So, if you just dropped your phone like it's hot, do not hesitate to check this place out :) read more

Had some software issues with my computer. It turned out I had to get it reformatted but also I wanted to save my files at the same time. This place was amazing! Their turn around time is fast! This place is pretty quick and does a quality job. I got a great deal with my cracked iphone. They were able to fix it in like 30mins! Id def recommend this location over other Westminster locations read more

I came in with my macbook air that wasn't turning on and the lady at the front was very helpful. Repairs were reasonably priced. There was a $20 charge to open up my laptop to see what is wrong and if they had to do further repairs, then that $20 is waived. In the end, they replaced the motherboard for $290. When I took my laptop to the Apple store, they said that it would cost over $400 to ship somewhere to get it fixed if they found something wrong with my laptop. I thought that was completely outrageous and was so glad that I found this store. They were quite good with keeping me updated with the repairs. So far, my laptop is working fine and there is also a 60 day warranty I believe. read more

I needed a new battery for my iPhone 5. The battery replacement was only $25 and they replaced it in 5 minutes. The cute girl working today asked me if I really liked the service to leave a review on yelp. I could of bought a new battery and tools required to do it myself from the Internet for the same price but it's just really convenient. read more

I had a great experience coming here to fix my iPhone 6 Plus screen. It was cracked to all hell, but they fixed it up for $60 (Cheap!) and now it looks and feels great. Got a battery replacement on a 5s for $30. Afterwards, touch id doesn't work and they can't find a fix for it. The guy says he doesn't know if it was working before but it isn't our fault he didn't check before doing anything. The other girl always checks everything. Practically broke the phone and am waiting for them to find a solution. UPDATE: They messaged me and had the audacity to ask us to change my review. Phone is still bugged from when they fixed it. They still wouldn't offer to check it out and fix it for free because THEY broke it, not us. read more

I paid the highest price to fix my phone and the touch sensitivity was still glitchy. What's the point of paying a lot for something if it's still going to be crappy? I used to like this place but they couldn't do anything to fix the issue without having me to pay, AGAIN. read more

I went in there yesterday to ask them if they can help me out. The casing of my bluetooth speaker was coming off and I didn't have the right screwdriver to have off the front face casing and position rubberize cover back into place. After spending days trying to repair my laptop, I finally gave in and look for help. I was searching for a reasonably priced repair shop and found Fixi. Told them the assume problem and they gave me a very reasonable price (I did my comparison). I dropped it off for a day and came back to a working laptop. Unfortunately, I did encounter other issues and had to come back. Left it for another day and everything has been working fine. Overall, I had a good experience here. I save some headaches and money. Oh yea, very friendly people. read more

Lowering my review to 4 stars just because the quality of the 3rd party iPhone screen is bad. I would not recommend have your iPhone repaired for broken screen here (other repairs might be ok). They use third party glass only and although they provide 60 day warranty, the issues were a lot and you're going to get tired of going back and forth. The price was half of what it cost me to replace with the real glass so the temptation got to me, but the screen is one thing you don't want to cheap out on. Issues we encountered includes lines fading out at the top, blanking out every now and then and touch occasionally not registering. Unfortunately, the person who had her phone repaired lives in Hawaii so there was no way to come back for the warranty. Anyway, I encourage the owners to start allowing a repair option for the original screen as well. It's not something to cheap out on. Now, the service itself is 5 star but the material is a 1 star. Unless it's an old phone I encourage everyone to pay for an original replacement. Other repairs is probably okay though, did a rear camera glass replacement and been more than happy with that. For those who read my previous review and are curious, my laptop was diagnosed (FOR FREE despite saying upfront it could cost $25) and turned out they could not repair it. Multiple other places also told me the same. Overall, service is top notch but if you want a iPhone screen repair, be aware that it might not function as well as your original screen. read more

Found this place thru yelp, called them got a quote for $55.00, went into the store, paid a total of $60.00 for my screen. Told me they would fix it in 30 minutes, it was fixed within 15 minutes. I'm satisfied, and will def come back if my phone does break again. Great job! read more

I first came here to fix my cracked iphone5s screen. They fixed it no problem, but then when I was home I tried listening to music through my ear buds but it wouldnt work. I tested to see if it was my music so I played it out loud on the speaker and it worked. So the headphone jack was broken. Idk how it broke, because before it worked until I brought it to the store. I brought it to them couple days later explaining what happened and they refused to refund me or to fix it for free. They're excuse was that "they never touched the headphone jack area when replacing the cracked screen." Still trying to negotiate they didn't want to give me the free fix. So I ended up paying extra just to fix that. Couple months pass and I happened to drop my phone and crack my screen again. Went there to fix it and they replaced it no problem. Then I notice something is wrong with my phone the next day. My call sound doesn't work, I have to use speaker every time someone calls me. Also, my vibrate doesn't work (it used to work). I wanted to come back to fix it, but honestly it wasn't worth the risk...AGAIN. I ended up just dealing with the errors on my phone. read more

UPDATED ****This is in response to Danny L. of Fixi Repairs' comment***** I expected quality, regardless of whether or not it was Apple brand or "off-market" Any reasonable customer would expect that. I get that by going to a "third party" I shouldn't expect Apple service but I do expect you to be upfront. As i STATED IN MY REVIEW I didn't know anything about iphones. But I expected you to be UPFRONT WITH CUSTOMERS from the get go. Obviously apple charges twice as much because of the simple fact that it is Apple and you "third party" are not Apple. Most customers come in not knowing the difference between this part or that part. It is your job as a service provider to inform your customer! Also, I was not in your store for more than 15 minutes (30 min as you say is a definite exaggeration) and i decided to just keep the screen because i thought i could deal with the quality of it because it had already been replaced I did not want to deal with wasting another hr at your store waiting for it to be replaced and then paying the $10 fee (that i had no idea about). I did not say i was "completely dissatisfied" i said i would have had a good experience had you guys been upfront, period. AGAIN you are being unprofessional and are trying to waste even more of my time by telling me to come in for my old screen and a refund when that is what you should have done IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN I WAS IN YOUR STORE! Not this days later after you see my bad review bullshit. So please for future customers, not this customer because I am definitely not coming back ever, actually be upfront with your customers and forewarn them about the quality, brand, and fees before taking their phones for a quick buck. BAM. read more

My husband instantly started searching for a place that could fix an iPhone 6 front screen and came up with this place.
