Quick, easy, and reasonably priced screen replacement on my iPhone. Looks like they work on mostly computers, but were able to help me out. Much appreciated! read more

The flashlight & camera crapped out on my Iphone 14, so I dropped by HB Laptops to get a quote. I found out Rex from Fryed Phones was no longer around, so Jack helped me out. Jack is so honest he told me it would take a day or so for the parts to come in, and asked me to return on Mon. He didn't want me to be w/o my phone unnecessarily. I returned on Mon, and Jack repaired my phone 1 hr ahead of schedule. He also offered me a cash discount. I thought the price for service rendered was very fair. I'm glad that an honest businessman like Jack is in our neighborhood. I would rather support a small biz like HB Laptops vs going to Apple Genius Bar, and giving more money to Apple. read more

Jack is very honest, quick and really knows about computers. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need and his prices are reasonable

I had an issue with my laptop not charging. Best Buy told me the battery was dead and that I'd need to buy a whole new computer--there was "no way" to get it working again. Then I went to HB Laptops. Instead of pushing a sale, they focused on helping me. Right away, they figured out the problem and offered a different type of charger that got my laptop up and running. When I tried to pay them extra, they simply said, "We just want to make sure you can get your work done." Businesses like this are rare. We need more of them. I highly recommend HB Laptops. read more

I contacted them about trouble I have been having with my laptop years past since they had done any work for me. Jack quickly offered to help me even though a lot of time has passed since I last used his services. I am having health struggles and Jack went even further, by adding his offer, to deliver it to my home when he is done. This man cares about what he is doing! I personally carry those same ethics in life, to be kind to others and put others first. So I am compelled to share this, with anyone considering hiring them to work on their computer device. In short, I am amazed at his willingness to help with problems that I have on my laptop. I can't believe that in our time, a man, a business was willing to provide customer service like that.... He has earned this 5 star review. Thank you! read more

Jack scores another five-star review for one-day turn around on my laptop repair! Don't let the low key store front deter you...it's first class all around. Thanks again, Jack. read more

Fixed my computer in 20 min as I waited. The price was great and they were very polite.

Jack is an expert when it comes to computer repair. I've been using him occasionally for the past 10 years or so, and he's the one that I know I can count on when I can't figure out or repair an issue with one of my computers. He's extremely friendly, and more than honest and fair with pricing. My friends and family all know me as being able to fix computers, etc., but Jack is the one who I go to when it's beyond me. Really can't recommend him enough. read more

A hearty thank you to Jack and everyone at HB Laptops! Our son's Dell bricked after a Microsoft update. Jack loaned him a hard drive so he could continue his online classes while he retrieved the data from what turned out to be a bad hard drive. In just a few days, my kiddo is back in business and the computer is running better than ever and at a very reasonable price. Jack absolutely goes above and beyond for his clients and we can't thank him enough. read more

I downloaded yelp just to give this shop the shittiest review POSSIBLE. I brought my phone in multiple days ago to get fixed. The person at the front desk refused to give me a straight answer about my phone for days, and 3 days later when it was time to pick it up she said it was not able to be fixed and that to transfer data it would be $100. I was never once told before that the phone was unfixable. I even got a message this morning that I attatched down below saying that everything but the face ID would be working. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, only come here if you need your charger port cleaned...... AVOID read more

Brought my exceptionally slow desktop computer in for an upgrade from the original mechanical hard drive to an SSD drive. Dealt with Jack, the owner, who was very polite and knowledgeable. He said he would have it done by the end of the day and he did, at what I consider a very reasonable price. Even changed the backup battery since it is an eight-year-old computer. Tested it out when I got home, and it is performing better than when it was new. This is a small shop with personalized service from an owner who is a delight to do business with. I highly recommend him. read more

HB Laptops does amazing computer repair work, they helped me with a new display for an iPhone 10, a Macbook battery that died and apple couldn't repair and now fixing the logic board in my Macbook. My Macbook died and I hadn't backed the data up since before the pandemic. The Apple Computer tech said that a chip failed in the logic board, and it could not be repaired. I was sick that all of my data was dead to me. Apparently Jack likes the Grand Challenges, he was able to pinpoint the chip failure and sodder in a new chip - just amazing. The computer is now operational and I back up my personal data regularly. Thank You Jack and HB Laptops for fixing my computer and most of all, saving my data!! read more
