Found this place when I was looking to purchase my Ricoh GR III HDF. They were the only ones around that had the last one. Service was nice and prompt. Not sure if this is how it always is but the doors are locked and they only open it for when you enter and exit, probably due to location. I actually did not mind that. When you're handling expensive tech, it does get a little anxiety inducing depending on your surroundings. While there we chit chatted a bit about different cameras and lens filters. At some point maybe a month of two after, I lost my receipt and needed a copy. Gave them a call and they emailed it to me with no issues and received it shortly after the phone call. Overall, don't overlook this place when looking to purchase. read more

I stopped by Mojo Camera in Anaheim to pick up the DJI Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo, and I was blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone was. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. You can tell these guys actually know their stuff when it comes to cameras and drones. They walked me through the Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo, made sure I understood everything that came with it, and made the whole buying process easy and stress-free. It's rare to find a shop with this level of genuine, knowledgeable customer service these days. These guys are the real deal. If you're in the market for camera or drone gear, do yourself a favor and check out Mojo Camera in Anaheim. Highly recommend! read more

I can't recommend Mojo Cameras & Computers enough. I've purchased multiple high-end products from them over the past several months, including my Panasonic DJI Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo, DJI Avata 360, and most recently the Panasonic S5ii. Every experience has been outstanding. Tony, one of the managers, has been absolutely amazing to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never tries to pressure you into buying something you don't need. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me compare different options (this is my first professional camera after the Sony ZV-E10ii, so, I had a lot of questions about lenses hahaha), and made sure I got the right equipment for my needs. What really sets Mojo apart is their customer service. They treat you like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Their prices are competitive, they have an excellent selection of cameras and DJI products, and the staff genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're looking for a trustworthy camera store with knowledgeable staff and exceptional service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be bothering Tony again for future camera gear and accessories. Thank you, Tony and the entire Mojo team! read more

My husband and I have done business with Mojo Cameras for awhile now and have always had a good experience, which is why today's visit was so disappointing. And unfortunately, after what happened today, I don't see us returning. I went in alone to sell two items: a Sigma 105mm F1.4 DG HSM lens for Nikon in excellent condition, currently selling for around $1,200, and an Atomos Ninja V 5" 4K60 HDR Monitor Recorder in good condition, worth around $300. I fully understand that a camera store needs to buy used equipment below retail value to make a profit. I wasn't expecting retail pricing, but I was expecting a reasonable offer. Another camera store had already inspected the lens in about 10 minutes and offered $800 for it alone. The only reason I didn't sell it there was because we'd done business with Mojo Cameras before and wanted to give them the opportunity to earn our business again. I was told the inspection would take around 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting well beyond that for someone in the back to look at my items. When the employee finally came back, he started discussing the monitor and said they could offer $400. I asked if that was for the monitor alone, and he said it was for both items combined. Both. For $400. That's $400 for two pieces of equipment when another store was willing to pay $800 for the lens alone. When I told the employee about the other offer, his response was, "I would take that." So I told him, "That's exactly what I'm going to do." I understand that stores have to make money on used equipment, and I have no issue with that. But there's a difference between making a reasonable offer and making an offer so far below another legitimate quote that it feels like my time was completely wasted. What makes this even more disappointing is that we came to Mojo Cameras because of our previous positive experiences. That trust is what brought us back, and unfortunately, this experience changed that. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. If you're looking to sell your camera equipment, I'd strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before accepting an offer. read more

I'm a bit disappointed with this. I saw their adds on OfferUP and other sites about the products. I was interested in a camera and they had it listed for $20. Wowza! thats too good to be true for a camera that is valued at $1200. I messaged them to see if I can get it, they tried together me togo to Anaheim to look at it. I will give them a +1 star from the 1 star making it 2 stars. This other star is for answering questions when I asked about the payment and the $20 listing. It was for a downpayment a financing this camera and the real price was $1495 plus whatever high rate interest payment I'd have to do for the financing for this. Making this camera about 50% higher than the other ones available online. read more

I was helped by Kevin. Kevin made the process quick and simple. He ran my credit prior to me making the drive & let me know what I was approved for. Originally I wanted the g7x but was okay with anything similar. He recommended me another camera which was the sx740 & I've been loving this camera & the price difference was huge! Upon arrival, the store was clean & the atmosphere was very welcoming by all staff. A lot of parking and right by the freeway exit. 0% interest if you pay in full by 3 months. What a great deal. Thank you to everyone at mojos camera! read more

Thanks Mike for the response. I think the issue is that your response is a lie. You see, I went and checked the item multiple times, for multiple days after and it was still for sale. In fact, it still is. The difference is, the price is a lot higher. Had you been honest about the mistake you guys made on your end, I'd have removed the review. Unfortunately, you were not honest and made up something that was clearly a lie. It's better to just be honest. The product was not sold out and is still in stock. So yeah, nice try. I did get my refund back though. No thanks to you guys. read more

Mojo Cameras & Computers - A little communication would certainly help but apparently they don't know how. Says a lot about a business. - Photography Stores & Services Near Me - Anaheim, California

[RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT]: The camera was indeed BOUGHT used from a more respectable camera store than this one, I probably used it for a mere couple hours and all the warranty documents were handed to HER the day I got this insulting offer. Point of the matter is that you made assumptions based off whatever targeted discrimination you had against me and I took my business elsewhere. (Btw I had called for an inquiry of this specific model camera a couple months ago and the USED camera they had was listed at around $1,400). I would also like to add that the owner only replied when he got a notification that my review was being shown as the featured listing when people search this store, just so you get the general idea of how this business operates. Pleasure not doing business with you! ___________________________________________________ If you don't want your intelligence insulted please go to a more honest and ethical camera store. As I was walking around waiting 30 minutes for my "appraisal" I heard some of the worst deals and product knowledge of my life... (background, I've grown up tweaking and building PCs for most of my life, got into the whole streaming era/gaming and what not, have a boyfriend who's into photography and is an audiophile as well) and the way they rip off their customers should be illegal. They probably pissed off quite a few people because they kept getting ghost called every five minutes with no one on the line while I was there. This place should probably be your last resort unless you have poor credit history or no other option, this might be the equivalent of letting your gf go to the mechanic and getting her oil changed on her own. Please take someone with you who knows their stuff cause you'll end up paying for things you don't even need under the guise of a "deal". Back to my personal experience, this guy was telling me all he could offer was $550 and it took every ounce of will to not burst out laughing. He also said that the camera I was selling (g7x mark ii) is selling for $800 new... News flash you can't get this new.. they no longer manufacture these. This camera is more sought out than their newer version (mark iii) thanks to Tik tok. Every camera store is selling them used for $1,300 and he was on the phone with my bf telling him to not worry about what he'd sell it for. Which would apparently be $800. Anyways I had only called my bf to giggle at the audacity, I asked for my phone back since this grown man had started yelling and I don't do business with unprofessional people. Since he's flustered over being caught in a lie. He smashes the camera box onto the desk in the process of trying to hand it back, the camera box that doesn't have my camera in a protective case.. and his oddly dented head is now red with rage. Before I parted ways, I told him thanks for wasting my time.. which he did. He initially asked me how much I wanted for it. I said at least $850, he started complaining about "water marks" I told him that he's mistaken. Those are just marks of when I recently cleaned it with an electronic wipe and they didn't fully dry.. and reminded him that nobody is selling these cameras new anymore as they're no longer being manufactured. As well as the fact that camera stores are selling them USED for no less than $1,300 Anyways just finished selling it to my bf friend for $900 and the only thing I wish I could do was get back my time that was wasted and asked for a name so I didn't have to post a picture of him. Sell on offer up!!! Don't sell to these shady businesses with over emotional grown men. read more

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I don't normally leave reviews but this store is scammy, dishonest, and has truly terrible customer service. Also all of their equipment can be found at other stores for much cheaper (just do a google search, they mark up everything!). I spent $4000 on equipment here, and the manager upsold me SD cards that are not compatible with the equipment I bought. When I asked, he assured me they are the best SD cards on the market and will absolutely work (of course this was not at all true). Of course, a day later upon learning that the SD cards are too slow and incompatible (despite their high price) I tried to return them (untouched, still in packaging). When I returned to the store, I had to wait for 45 minutes just to speak with the manager, because apparently he is the only one that can "choose" to accept returns. When I spoke with him he was extremely rude and continued to lie to me about the quality of the SD cards. He then told me that they do not accept any returns. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else to buy camera equipment. These guys are as bad and dishonest as it gets. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Mojo Cameras & Computers in Anaheim. Mike hooked me up with a VERY difficult to find (literally anywhere in the world-most are backordered and out of stock) Ricoh GR4 and FedEx'd it to me the next day. He smartly sent it to a pickup location very close to my house since I wouldn't be home to sign for it. Top notch service with a smile, highly recommended! read more

The two screen shots I posted were 30 minutes apart. $1849.99 before I walked in, $1899.99 after I purchased and fell for their argument that the lower price was for a pre-owned lens. Somehow the website magically changed. Also this is not an authorized Canon dealer, so no Canon warranty. Only the Mojo warranty. Which they verbally said was a year, but the paperwork says is 90 days. All sales are final. Read the terms before you sign, which I did not do. Usually grey market means better pricing. That's not the case here. Should have gotten a clue from the multiple Mercedes parked outside when I drove up. read more

This review is simply for their potential purchasing of my camera equipment and lenses. I brought in a very old camera that needed to be charged for them to look at the lenses and price the items I brought. He said it would take an hour or so, and then later said it would take an additional hour. I waited like 2.5 hours and then he gave me an offer of $550 for the entire box of items, which I rejected. I understand most of these lenses and the camera were old, but cmon. Give me a heads up up front if you're just going to lowball me like that. The Sony lens in the box sold for $220 the next week. That week, I sold one of the other Canon lenses for $500 on eBay. The rest are on sale on eBay and FB marketplace totaling about $2.5k for everything. Lesson learned: If you have old camera lenses or equipment, expect a lot less selling to a retail store than you might get if you sell items individually online. read more

There are three main reason that made me have issues with Mojo cameras. 1. I called ahead of time to inquire about a camera and walked in with intent to purchase, but after confirming that they had the model I wanted and making an appointment, they did not have the model that I intended to buy. I wouldn't mind if I randomly walked in and they did not have the model, but they specifically said that the model I asked about was in stock and that I could demo. 2. They frequently advertise their products on Facebook marketplace, when it's meant for every day sellers rather than stores, but this one is the most minor. 3. They list the down payment prices on other marketplaces that are meant for regular sellers rather than stores, giving a misleading impression of the price and taking away opportunities from people who the platforms were made for. read more

They're not that helpful and they tried to push me to buy a camera, by saying "nowhere else has fuji cameras" right now. I was only looking for the interchangeable Fujis, not X100V, so that statement was not true. I was only browsing for the day, and felt putoff to not even come back here. They were upselling the Fuji X100V btw - they had it in stock when I stopped by in November, except upcharging for $2300 (normal retail is $1300). YIKES They only sell new camera stuff, if anyone's wondering. No secondhand. They do have a lot of options though, so if you wanted to come feel cameras/ask questions, this or Samy's is a good spot.
