So happy with my purchase from here! Leo was very helpful, attentive, and gave me great customer service while I was shopping there today! I was able to find a Canon G7X at this store after I had been trying to hunt one down for months. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes and with a brand new camera! He even helped me with picking out an SD card and a protective case. I highly recommend this store if you're looking to buy anything camera, computer, etc. related, I definitely will be back again! Thanks Leo for all your help.

Very disappointing first and last experience. I was looking for a Sony ZV-1F Vlogging Camera and came across Icon's website, where they had it listed for $389 on sale from $499--a solid deal. Nowhere on the site did it mention that this price was for a single open-box display model. That's misleading and borderline false advertising. I checked their reviews, which seemed okay, so I decided to call before heading in. Turns out, the phone number listed on their website (and on Apple Maps) was disconnected. Sketchy, but I still decided to go in rather than deal with warehouse pickup or shipping. I get to the store, ask for the camera, and the salesperson grabs it. I ask for the price, and after checking the computer for a few minutes, he tells me "$540 out the door." I show him their own website, where the exact same camera is listed for $389, and suddenly, things get weird. He talks to another employee under his breath, then comes back and tells me the $389 price was for a single open-box unit that had already been sold--something that was never stated anywhere on their website. At this point, I just wanted them to acknowledge the issue, but instead, they dodged responsibility. The second guy then tries to "work with me" and offers it for $490, then $480--acting like this was a deal. Then he actually tried to justify it by saying I was only paying $30 more than I planned to. Quick math would tell you that $389 to $480 isn't a $30 difference. Then, to top it off, he claims that selling it for $389 would mean giving up all his profits. Well, maybe don't list a product for a price you didn't want to honor. The whole situation felt unprofessional and sketchy, and it was clear they had no intention of taking accountability for their misleading pricing. After 20 years in business, you'd think they'd understand that customers value their time, money, and transparency,. Safe to say, I won't be shopping here again.

I smacked my Yuneec Typhoon H Hexicopter into the big rock on Pismo Beach at a pretty high speed,…read moreand thought I'd totaled it. The 4k camera, two motors, a motor arm, and half of a landing gear were destroyed. Well, the miracle workers at Sky Drone Link proved me wrong! I picked it up today, tested it, and it's like new. The team repaired everything (none of the parts I gathered from the sandy wreckage could be used, but that's okay). And you won't find anyone nicer. He is the kind of person you enjoy talking with, and he takes the time to explain everything. Yuneec's customer service is now, non-existent. We went to three of their advertised service addresses in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, and they all had been vacated. I feel lucky to have found Sky Drone Link and their wonderful staff for repairing my Yuneec Typhoon H. Come to them first if you've had a crash. They'll get you up and away again.

We initially went to MicroCenter Tustin to purchase a PC for my son. We were going to get the parts…read morethere and have MC build it. After meeting with Mario and pricing out the parts and build for a new PC, it was clear the PC purchase would have been over budget. Mario recommended a prebuilt PC from them called PowerSpec. He showed us the G535 and it had everything we wanted in a gaming PC but for almost $500 off the retail price if we had PC built. I asked why was it cheaper and Mario told us the PC was built before the rise in prices on the memory and GPU. We then met with James Tran who showed us the G535. I noticed they had an open box PC. James explained to us the open box was a return for resale at a cheaper price. It was $100 cheaper. We bought the PC and took it home. Unfortunately all was not well with the PC. When playing two different games, (Marvel Rivals & Ark: Survival Ascended) the PC freezes for 10 seconds and reboots to the desktop. I tried troubleshooting by playing two different Benchmarks and lowering the GPU graphics, deleting and reinstalling updated drivers and lowering video resolutions but to no avail. Every time my son would play the games the PC froze and rebooted. This lead me to believe there are hardware issues with the PC. Luckily the PC was still within their 14 day return policy for returns, exchanges and refunds. We decided we did not want to have their techs try to diagnose the problem with the PC and just return and exchange for a new one. MC's return and exchange process was very simple. You go online to their website, log into your account and file a return. You are given a QR code and just then head to MC. When we arrived (the nearest MC is Tustin which is 2 hours away), we met with James Tran again who helped us with the process. I explained to James what the issues were with the PC. He told us the option of walking over to their Tech area of the store and having their guys try and diagnose the PC. I told James we would rather just exchange it for a new one. James understood our situation and spoke with his manager who allowed us to exchange the return for a new PC at the open box price so we did not have a to pay the difference. MicroCenter staff especially their managers (forgot their names) along with Mario and James Tran were awesome. They truly satisfied our experience at their Tustin store and made our teenager son very happy. So far everything is working properly with the replacement PC. I'll do a follow up if things change. Thank you again MicroCenter!
