I will give them a +1 star from the 1 star making it 2 stars. This other star is for answering questions when I asked about the payment and the $20 listing. It was for a downpayment a financing this camera and the real price was $1495 plus whatever high rate interest payment I'd have to do for the financing for this. Making this camera about 50% higher than the other ones available online.

He assured us that he could fulfill our vision and deliver a great final product. He was flexible with the scheduling and showed up on time. On the day of the photography we were excited to partner with him. We attempted to give him direction since we had a vision of what we wanted the photos to look like to promote our home. Sergio 'yes'ed' us on everything we asked for without much back and forth, which should have been the first red flag. We moved forward and stayed hopeful that the photos would meet our standards for running a high-end business. When receiving the photos we had mixed reactions. Some of the photos were decent and temporarily usable for our business. However, many of the photos had defects such as insufficient lighting, crooked images, and blown out editing. We continued communication with Sergio as he promised that we would be given unlimited photos for this project. When asking for a few more photos of certain areas, he didn't have more to give, and said "unlimited does not mean infinite." Almost immediately Sergio became defensive and unwilling to work together to get us the final product that we had both agreed upon. This was right after we had given him grace due to a family emergency on his end, which caused the photos to be delivered a week after we agreed. We had several email and text exchanges that honestly just left us frustrated, a bit confused, and unsatisfied. Sergio did an adequate job with some of the photos insofar as he was able to bring his tripod to all 4 corners of each room and snap a picture. However, his customer service and communication left a lot to be desired. I know the phrase 'the customer is always right' is a bit cheesy, but we would at least appreciate some respect when talking about our business. For example, he referred to our pool as a "bag of water" and refused to capture photos to highlight its unique qualities. For reference, it is a Bestway Steel Pro, one of those unique Viking pools that guests have specifically commented on enjoying. He didn't listen to any of our direction on how we wanted to capture the image--we felt he lacked the creativity and patience to capture the unbridled beauty of our home. We have since removed all his photos from our listing and website and had to hire a new photographer to redo the work. By the way, the new photos of the pool are beautiful and really make it stand out as one of the highlights of our property! We wish him well, but we would not recommend him for anyone that's looking to run a high-quality Airbnb, real estate, or any business that leans on images to promote to their product.

I bought a new computer the $799 gaming power spec. I had some issues with it, the windows didn't install right, then I had a startup repair I had to do... not what you're looking for 2 weeks into a new computer. That being said... I brought it back, I didn't have the box, they exchanged it quickly with no hassle, they even made sure I didn't have to wait in line again. When I brought back the computer for return, I accidentally included the DPI cable and HDMI cable from the monitor I had also purchased. I called their customer service line, their centralized support answered very fast, I told them what happened, and they placed me on a very brief hold to talk to one of the managers at the location I had been to. They did a great job. I got a call back same day 2 minutes before close at 5:58pm on a Sunday. (I had called customer service at 5:45pm that same day) If you want the best customer service around, and a wide selection, go to Micro Center. Thank you Jordan who helped me get a replacement, and cashier #5 on Sunday 7/26, and the manager who called me back so quickly letting me know they had my cables and I could pick them up. We initially went to MicroCenter Tustin to purchase a PC for my son. We were going to get the parts…read morethere and have MC build it. After meeting with Mario and pricing out the parts and build for a new PC, it was clear the PC purchase would have been over budget. Mario recommended a prebuilt PC from them called PowerSpec. He showed us the G535 and it had everything we wanted in a gaming PC but for almost $500 off the retail price if we had PC built. I asked why was it cheaper and Mario told us the PC was built before the rise in prices on the memory and GPU. We then met with James Tran who showed us the G535. I noticed they had an open box PC. James explained to us the open box was a return for resale at a cheaper price. It was $100 cheaper. We bought the PC and took it home. Unfortunately all was not well with the PC. When playing two different games, (Marvel Rivals & Ark: Survival Ascended) the PC freezes for 10 seconds and reboots to the desktop. I tried troubleshooting by playing two different Benchmarks and lowering the GPU graphics, deleting and reinstalling updated drivers and lowering video resolutions but to no avail. Every time my son would play the games the PC froze and rebooted. This lead me to believe there are hardware issues with the PC. Luckily the PC was still within their 14 day return policy for returns, exchanges and refunds. We decided we did not want to have their techs try to diagnose the problem with the PC and just return and exchange for a new one. MC's return and exchange process was very simple. You go online to their website, log into your account and file a return. You are given a QR code and just then head to MC. When we arrived (the nearest MC is Tustin which is 2 hours away), we met with James Tran again who helped us with the process. I explained to James what the issues were with the PC. He told us the option of walking over to their Tech area of the store and having their guys try and diagnose the PC. I told James we would rather just exchange it for a new one. James understood our situation and spoke with his manager who allowed us to exchange the return for a new PC at the open box price so we did not have a to pay the difference. MicroCenter staff especially their managers (forgot their names) along with Mario and James Tran were awesome. They truly satisfied our experience at their Tustin store and made our teenager son very happy. So far everything is working properly with the replacement PC. I'll do a follow up if things change.
