So glad I found Fullerton Photogenic's. Natalie is so nice. I placed the order at 10am and called to confirm it would be sane day. She informed me it would take a couple hours but definitely same day. The building is easy to find and plenty of parking. Natalie was there at the front desk. She gave me my order and I headed out. My daughter's managers and agent as well as the family LOVEDD them. I sent everyone a pic of them lol Overall extremely easy process to upload, order and pick up headsets. The quality is phenomenal! Every experience has been outstanding. Tony, one of the managers, has been absolutely amazing to work with. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never tries to pressure you into buying something you don't need. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me compare different options (this is my first professional camera after the Sony ZV-E10ii, so, I had a lot of questions about lenses hahaha), and made sure I got the right equipment for my needs. What really sets Mojo apart is their customer service. They treat you like a valued customer instead of just another sale. Their prices are competitive, they have an excellent selection of cameras and DJI products, and the staff genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're looking for a trustworthy camera store with knowledgeable staff and exceptional service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be bothering Tony again for future camera gear and accessories. Thank you, Tony and the entire Mojo team!

I was expecting at least some hassle or a restocking fee--but they gave me a full refund, no questions asked. What really blew me away, though, was their honesty. I ended up switching to a Fujifilm model, and the staff member let me know that another shop back east was running a $500 discount on it--and then matched that deal for me on the spot. I had no idea about the promotion, and they easily could have charged full price. I still would have been happy based on the return experience alone. Friendly staff? Check. Great customer service? Check. But that level of honesty and integrity is something you just don't see anymore. That's what sets this place apart. You really can't put a price on that kind of trust. I'll absolutely be a customer for life.
