I would not recommend shopping at Best Buy--it felt like a complete waste of time. On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, I was told a laptop was available in-store, but it wasn't. Then I was told if I ordered it, it would arrive on April 10. When I returned on the 10th, I was told the truck with the laptops hadn't been opened yet and to come back at 8:30 PM. At 8:30, I was told to return again at 8:45 PM. When I came back at 8:45, I was informed that my laptop wasn't even on the truck. I ended up getting a refund, but the entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. There was even a security guard standing next to the associate while I was expressing my concerns, even though I remained calm and left without any issues. Overall, don't waste your time here--communication and customer service were very disappointing. read more

We purchased an new tv, got it delivered and unfortunately it had a crack. The customer service was extremely excellent, could not have asked for more of an understanding response. They apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled delivery of the new tv and take away the damaged one. I was worried that there would be some complications but It was extremely convenient and EXCELLENT customer service. Happy to be repeat customers to support this store. My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer from this location and the dryer was delivered and installed a few days later. The following morning we smelled gas in the laundry room and called PG&E's emergency number. My wife, my children and I were ordered to evacuate and stay out of the house until the technician could arrive. Once the technician arrived he promptly repaired it and informed us that the leak was a result of IMPROPER INSTALLATION of the dryer. I reached out to Best Buy Support by phone requesting at the very least that they reimburse me the installation fee and also extend the warranty. I was told that I would be contacted within 48 hours from a manager. A manager never called. I then emailed Best Buy support and provided all of the information including a photo of the report from PG&E clearly showing improper installation as the cause of the leak. Still, no one reached out. I decided to email the sales associate who sold me the dryer who was very helpful and reached out to corporate for me who finally gave me a call. They left me a voicemail with a number to call them back. I called them back and left a voicemail. It has been two weeks now and no call back. This was a confirmed safety hazard that put my family in danger. I am very disappointed to say the least at how Best Buy has handled this situation. read more

We went in twice (we gave it a second shot) & both times, we waited at least 20 mins before we got up & left the first time, & the second time, we waited that long for help. They just stand around talking to each other. When we finally got helped, it was a bald guy & he looked like he was so annoyed that I said "yes" to needing help after just standing there for so long. This is a long one. Came in to pick up 2- 65 inch TVs for raffles at work. They had 1 on the floor so I picked it up to take to the register. 3 guys, in a meeting or just hanging out at the front of the store, staring at everyone in line. With only 1 person at the register, people were tired of waiting and some decided to leave. Ok, benefit of the doubt, those guys were not cashiers so they couldn't help. I'm in line and get close enough to one of the 3 to ask, do you happen to have another one of these TVs? Guy says yes, head to the back and there's a guy that can help in the TV section. I step out of line and head to the back. I walked around and saw no one back there. Went to the front to get back in line to pay for the 1 TV and same guy says, I saw him over with a customer, he will head back shortly. I left the line again, and head to the back. I waited for a couple minutes with no help and just decided to leave. Frustrated from the service and no help from the line, I left my cart and walked out. Same employee tried to stop me and says, hang on, i'll help you out. At this point its too late. I Just needed 2 tvs, and this guy sent me back twice, saw me in line twice and didn't try to help until I walked out. As I was waking out, a guy walking out along side me says , and they wonder why they're losing sales... I ended up at a competitor and picked up what I needed. We do a lot of giveaways and have used Best Buy many of times in the past but I dont think we will be using them anymore. read more

Trading in an almost obsolete Macbook Air at this location took an old dog's age. I waited in the trade in line. When I got to the front, the staff member said I needed to login to the laptop. Then she prompted me to factory reset the laptop & erase it. I asked why the Best Buy staff could not do it. The staff member said I needed to do the reset so she could help the next customer. What was the point of waiting in the line? I walked to a vacant laptop area and began doing the factory reset on a computer Best Buy was probably going to give me very little money for anyway. (By the time I sat down, I noticed the trade in line I was asked to get out of was totally empty. Another meaningless step in the whole charade of convenience on display at most Best Buys.) A random Geek Squad member helped me slightly with the reset, but he said he would not do the reset for me. I assume completely helping people or doing one's job fully is not a welcome practice at a mediocre big box store that sells tech support & computer consults. I got the reset going, and the PC screen said the reset would take an hour and a half. So I put my head down on the counter and took a 90 minute nap. A couple bored Best Buy greeters approached me while I was trying to sleep to see if anything was wrong. I pointed to the factory reset screen each time. I got some fake hip reply each time like: "It be like that sometime." Language like that would be funny if Best Buy's main business practice was not wasting the time of its customers and staff. The Geek Squad guy could not help all the way. Meanwhile, 2-3 guys in Blue shirts have to check in on me because they cannot identify anything better to do in the store. I woke up from my nap. The Mac reset & erase screen read: Less than a minute remaining. I walked back into the trade in line & traded the laptop in. The reset was not fully done because the "less than a minute" screen was still up. For whatever reason, the guy ringing me up said he'd finish the reset & any needed wiping of the laptop. I was given a Best Buy gift card with a $25 dollar balance. I picked up an iTunes card. I walked to a cash wrap & said I wanted $25 worth of iTunes. The Best Buy staff told me that it was kind of "unfortunate" a Best Buy gift card cannot be used to buy another gift card. Upon hearing this information, I became so globally annoyed with being in the store that I walked over to the candy area and soda refrigerator. I picked up $25 of Smart Water, powerade, and Reese's Pieces. The Best Buy staff allowed me to buy this heap of relatively unhealthy crap. Then I exited in extremely hasty haste. read more

Not being the most savvy techie I thought I could just plug in the HDMI cable from the TV into the port where my previous monitor had been attached. Nopw. It did not fit. I went to this Best Buy location and did my best to explain the issue to the employee working in that department, Forrest was his name, and he was able assist me in finding the correct cable for the job. He was very informative and responsive to take care of us as a customer and phone! He made our visit great. Obviously, i saved her name and posted his name if for any reason you gave to deal with Geek Squad ask for him. He is very patient and he'll answer your question one by one! Also not everywhere you can fix the phone broken screen and best buy is one of the trusted vendor that you can go! Value wise we are talking about apple so you already know it will be about $400. It is expensive, of course it is so its everywhere! As long as i got my 5 star service this place is 5/5. Very clean, neat and well organized store! Was a little confused as to why there were In-N-Out signs in the Best Buy parking lot, but there is one nearby and I can only imagine during the lunch rush the drive-thru line extends that far. The In-N-Out was a little hidden, which was kinda why I initially couldn't see it. I doubt this would affect Best Buy customers when it comes to parking since the lot is huge, but do keep this in mind if you need to drive around the Double-Double Animal-style chaos. Went with a friend since we were window shopping and he was interested in the cameras. We mostly split up. I browsed the appliances and computers while he interacted with sales associates. Did text my mom about washing machines since she was thinking of getting hers replaced. She wants to save money and water, but also specifically wants a top-loading washing machine after having some trouble with front-loading ones. The trouble might be user error since she claims leaving wet clothes in front loaders cause mildew to form and she'd have to wash them again, wasting money. I've washed my clothes at her house before and didn't notice, but then again I don't leave them in the wash for long. I have heard the mildew issue is a common problem from some online reviews, but I digress. We were approached by multiple people, so it was nice being acknowledged. I didn't need a thorough explanation for the washing machines since it was just for my mom. Friend said an employee named Soral actually owns cameras and was able to talk to him about camera lenses. I walked in toward the end of their interaction and could tell my friend was appreciative of the help. Haven't been to this branch in a long long time and I could've sworn it looked different the last time I was here? Was there a remodel? I could be mistaken, but regardless the store looks really really good! They also had clean restrooms and a drinking fountain if you get thirsty looking at all the tech lol. Ordered iPad as a gift for curbside pick up. Waited 25 min no one came out so I walked in the store. There was no customer waiting and I see my name on the giant screen and indicated I had waited 26 min. Two girls came and said oh sorry. Went to this Best Buy and though it took a minute to find someone to help, when I did find Maddie (hoped I spelled her name correctly), she was awesome and super helpful. I told her what I was looking for (started with a monitor). She listened to my general use and recommended an AOC curved monitor that had great resolution and good price point value compared to the Samsung I was looking at. I then mentioned I was thinking of getting a desktop for work stuff. I mentioned I favored Lenovo or Dell brands. She showed me several options for towers for both brands. I ended up choosing the Lenovo. No high pressure sales pitch from Maddie. She did bring some promotional options up with the bundling I was doing.
