I bought a Samsung TV, but 14 months later, the screen stopped working. It is truly a shame that such a large retail chain is completely unable to assist in resolving this issue or offer any alternative solutions especially since the TV was not cheap. It is very disappointing; I do not recommend shopping at this store.

Nothing like conversing with the Best Buy Chatbot. Let me know that I missed my appointment, when actually I didn't. Scheduled my appointment by phone, went there only to find out that the geek squad doesn't attend to iPhone speaker repairs. They let me know that the other locations still have the needed materials, but not at this store location anymore. I also found out that my Best Buy total membership, apparently has auto renew, with a not low fee in my opinion. I didn't even know I had this and paid for it. Thankfully, the geek squad showed me how to navigate through the Best Buy page because that's the only way to cancel it! The employees were very nice at the geek squad, and at the front end. But when you go toward the back of the store with the higher priced larger ticket items, In my opinion, those are the older sales people who have been working there for quite a while, and are not as courteous. - if you ask them where the restrooms are at, they look at your hands to make sure you don't have any items and then let you know where the restroom are to prevent vandalism.

Been on the hunt for a new TV for a few months now.. Harris literally answered every question from OLED, QLED c3/c3 neo 4k, size and other qualities that had me stumped at Costco, Walmart, and online shopping! We chose the 77" LG OLED C3 version tv because the quality, the blacks and vibrant colors that the display provides... in fact we actually bought the last one and had to pick it up from Tustin. I was so excited because this was a patient and educated decision that cost over $2400. Harris provided the best customer service and his knowledge is ridiculous! I picked up my tv today and plugged it in to be so bummed that I got a defective tv!! There are lines in the pixels in the display so I need to call Best Buy tomorrow and exhaust my options.. I will keep everyone posted, I'm just glad my membership provides 60 days rather than 14 days!! Like this post if you want to know my updates and I'll be sure to post

Don't ever come here for a pre order. They can do it, they just won't. Worst customer service experience. Trash employees
