I stopped by this store location for a new screen protector. Adam was the only salesperson in the store I could see. He greeted us when we walked into the store. There wasn't any other customers in the store. He did a quickie job on my replacement screen protector and saw bubbles still on the screen so he lifted it and tried to fix. To no success. Then said when my phone turns on it should go away. Well I can still see them. Instead of fixing it right then and there since I was already in the store he told me I could come back and he'd replace it. Talk about lazy ! This guy needs a new job. Not going back. He didn't even thank us for coming in. Just walked away when another customer walked in to help him. read more

My wife came in with the proper insurance to replace her phone screen, only to be told by some lazy low effort worker, who couldn't be bothered to actually check and do his job, that it DID NOT cover her phone screen. I thought this was weird, because it DIRECTLY conflicts with what we were told on our initial purchase. So when we were able to reschedule and bring the phone to the AT&T store @ the Marketplace, the worker said we definitely DID have the correct insurance , but because now it was over the 60 day threshold, they couldn't replace it. Because of the reschedule we missed the 60 day insurance policy. The employees at this particular store DO NOT CARE. They do not try. They give the absolute minimal effort possible, and they can't be bothered to actually do their jobs. I have been here more than once and have always been met with customer service that seems like they have been trained by either Patrick Star or Sloth from the Goonies. I will never come here again, and I highly recommend everyone to go to: AT&T @ the TUSTIN MARKETPLACE. They are significantly more professional, and will not cost you over a $100 because of sheer ineptitude. read more

I would give this store zero stars if I could. This location is run by absolute frauds. My account was scammed with false added charges that I never authorized. When I went in to resolve the issue, the manager was incredibly unprofessional--they would not even allow me to speak or explain the situation. It was clear that the associate wasn't necessarily at fault, but rather suffered from a total lack of proper training and toxic direction from the top. The manager here needs to be fired. I had to call AT&T Corporate six different times to get this disaster resolved, and Corporate confirmed that the trail of fraud led directly back to the actions taken at this specific store. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location. This place is dishonest, the management is dismissive, and they will mess with your money without a second thought. Avoid at all costs! read more

I've been calling the store for the past 20 minutes they close at 8 PM and I've been calling since 740. No one has been answering so I decided to go to the store. I was waiting in the lobby inside the store for about 10 minutes. I had to go to the back to knock on the door to get the employee and it looked like he was just coming out of the restroom And then he was very unprofessional and looked not put together his name is Adam and he told me the registers are closed which I don't believe they close registers before closing time - the fact that I was in the store for 10 min and no one greeting me is a shame! How ridiculous and stupid is it to list that the store opens at 11:00am on a Sunday when an employee rushed in at 11:15 with no apologies and lie to our face that the system is down and they can't open the store till noon. We rushed to another AT&T store down the street and they were open and no systems issue. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to us. read more

Went in after speaking to Adam about setting up a business account. He made no mention of needing an ID to setup the business, and said we could use my business information. After we created the account it required me to scan my ID in, which was not right or explained to me properly. I provided the info and we confirmed the account number and transfer pin a few times. After leaving the store I received an email saying the transfer pin was incorrect. I wasted more time on the phone and he ended up deleting that info, which would require me to come back in to provide all the same info again twice, when he could have told the agent the information was correct and to process it. The next day I requested my information and account be deleted, and wasted hours trying to do so. I'd highly not recommend coming in or doing business with AT&T. read more

iPhone stopped reading SIM card. Took to ATT store. I was only customer. Rep said it was phone reader issue and I had to go to the Apple Store. I asked if he could just check to see if it was SIM card issue and he insisted it wasn't. So I had to drive to another city and spend over an hour at Apple store. They thoroughly tested phone and SIM and said phone was fine, but SIM card was bad and ATT rep obviously should've tested that first. Went back to ATT store and rep replaced with new SIM card and it now works fine. By refusing to do that when I first went in, even though I asked, I wasted over 2 hours and driving instead of 10-minute easy fix. I got shrugged-shoulder response when I brought that up. read more

Very bad experience with this store - in Irvine. Rep.Albert will tell you any lies only to sell service. I was planing to exchange my iPhone 11 to IPhone 12 and they was offering $700 credit. I've got that deal. Next day I was return to the store to give my iPhone 11 back to Learn that credit is now not $700 but $350. And if you decide to cancel taxes is not refundable and you owe $55 more. What is that? COMPLETE RIPP OFF. Consumer to be aware of this place and be careful. Staff is dishonest! Do not go to this store. Give your business to another location. I've been a 10+ year customer of AT&T, use them for tv, wireless, internet. These employees do not care about overall ATT customer service. I came in for a simple exchange of a phone with that I made online. Once they realized I wasn't going lead to a new phone/line sale, they didn't want to spend the time to help me. At one point, they told me I'd be better off going to target to buy a flip phone and deal with ATT customer service. They only seemed to care about customers who wanted a new phone or line. Went to the store for the iPhone promotion. We asked if we could upgrade the phone and pay the difference so it wouldn't show on our bill, and we were informed that we could. The representative then forgot to charge us the difference and was reluctant to fix it. He went to the back and then came out and said the transaction was reversed. However, this was the last phone they had that we wanted, and in the process, someone ordered the phone online so we could no longer get it. Because of this, we left without the new phone only to find he had disconnected our line and refused to help us link it back. He stated we had to call customer service. We spent an hour with customer service phone support to reconnect. Because we left without the phone, we later purchased one in full at the Apple store. When our bill came, they added 3 additional services (insurance, att&t next, and 500gb cloud service) and still charged($1099.00) us for the phone we did not receive or sign for. When going back, they refused to help and said the only way to fix was call customer service. 5-6 hours of phone calls with 3 representatives identifying the issue and seeing the stores mistake directed me back to the store as only they could handle the issue. Went back to the store called customer service in the store while both sides claimed the other had to help. During this time, the employee insisted on not being bothered and watched stranger things on the store TV. Still have this charge for the phone and had to file fraud with att&t as well as an fcc complaint. DONT GO TO THIS STORE OR GIVE THEM YOUR INFO THEY SEEM TO BE SIGNING PEOPLE UP FOR SERVICES NOT REQUESTED Keep your personal info safe!!! read more

Excellent service. Started with a phone call, the store was polite. Had the phone I wanted after calling about ten locations. Drove there and was helped by Bryan(same person on the phone I think) he was very polite. Answered all my questions because I haven't upgraded in so long, I forgot how everything works. I will gladly say that I will never come to this store and because of my experience at this "authorized retailer" I will only go to a corporate store. In October I went into the store thinking it was like any other AT&T store. I was greeted by Mathew and I let him know I was interested in upgrading to the newest Apple Watches for my gf and I only if we qualified for the current offer which was the Buy one Get one $300 off. My gf and I already had Apple Watches so we wanted to make sure we qualified for the offer and Mathew reassured us that we did. I even recall saying that if we don't qualify for the offer we are ok with our current watches. Mathew was adamant we qualified for the offer so we ordered them. A few weeks later I got a text from AT&T letting me know that I would be getting the credits for my Apple IPhone which I upgraded at Best Buy. I realized I never got a text for the watches so I went back to the AT&T store where I purchased them with Matthew. At the time Mathew was not there but was greeted by Adam. I let Adam know the situation and he advised it would take 3 billing cycles to see the credits on my bill. I told him it was weird that I got the text for the phones but not the watches and he advised that after 3 cycles if I'm not getting the discounts then they could fix it. I thanked him for the info and left. I went back in on the 2nd billing cycle only to be told the same info wait until the 3rd cycle. The 3rd billing cycle rolls around and still no credit for the watches so again I go into the store and Adam was there again. I let him know the situation and he remembered me from the last 2 encounters. He had me pull up my account to verify I wasn't getting the credits for the watches and he confirmed it was true. At this point the "we will fix it" turned into "we can't do anything about it here, you'll need to 1. Call customer service or 2. Go into a corporate store." At this point I started getting upset because the reassurance that I did qualify and or that they would fix it turned into false promises. I opted to call CS inside the store because I wanted to get the issue fixed. Adam advised to not let the CS rep know I was in the store because as he stated "they wouldn't help me if they knew I was already at an authorized retailer store" so I took his lead even though it didn't fully make sense to me. I call CS and the rep advised me that to my surprise I DIDN'T QUALIFY for the promo because all I did was upgrade my watches and not add a line. At this point I'm angry and let the CS rep know the situation and that had I known I didn't qualify since day 1 I wouldn't have purchased the new watches but since Mathew reassured me I did qualify I went off of his advice. The CS rep advised that I would need to go back to the store where I purchased the watches so that they could fix my issue because CS couldn't fix it. I let the rep know that I was actually sitting in the store and let them know that the Adam advised that they couldn't do anything on his side so I was put in a situation. The CS rep offered to speak to Adam and let him know that this was a store issue that needed to get fixed so I put the phone on speaker and walked over to Adam. The CS rep explains to him that I didn't qualify for the offer because an upgrade was made but a line wasn't added for the $300 offer. Adam then responds with "Ok and what do you want me to do about it?" My response...."I expect you to fix it because you said you would be able to fix it and now you're saying that nothing can be done on your side!" At this point I'm irate at the whole situation and by Adam's response. Why?! Because I was lied to from the beginning by both Mathew and Adam. I was lied to about qualifying for the promo and that they could fix it if there was an issue. The extreme lack of ownership, transparency and customer service was very apparent at this store. While still on the phone with the rep and in front of Adam I asked to speak to the manager at this point but Adam could only provide me with his managers business card which was only a general card with the Adam writing down the Managers name. I walked out and said I'd be back to get this fixed. Long story long ......I called back a day later and escalated my complaint to an ATT rep to ask for suggestions on what could be done since this "Authorized Retailer" wasn't taking ownership for their false information. The rep then escalated the call and helped reimburse for the whole situation. Although the CS rep was able to fix the issue for me I wanted it to be charged back to the this AT&T store off of Barranca because this store has no business in staying open. Do yourself a favor and never go into this store unless you would like to be lied to and have employees not take any ownership. read more

Unsure why she had an attitude when we were the first customers to walk into the store? Previously have had really good experiences with this store. Unfortunately the Sarvin was not only unwilling to help us out but also did not seem to know how to show us the details of our account. AT&T is THE WORST, by far in every aspect and faucet of its 'services'. This review pertains not so much to the AT&T store in question but the company as a whole so far as mobile phone subscription is concerned. Our experience in interacting with various departments within the company was downright horrible - inconsistent & conflicting info on charge amounts, incompetentence, excessive time and loop-jumping required to have a line activated, which should have been straight forward and speedy, billing issues, retail stores ridiculously understaffed with only one, yes, one personnel manning the entire store and he wore no uniform or even a batch to identify himself as an employee, no greeting and no queue registration as customers kept coming into the store, resulting in confusion on who's next in line, store personnel pointing blaming fingers at Costco AT&T kiosk workers as culprit of problems - alleging that they were not 'real' AT&T employees and therefore didn't know what they were doing (if so, why did AT&T allow them to represent the company, let alone having the AT&T logo plastered all over the kiosk?)..... The unending issues became as frustrating and upsetting as they were incredible. We finally dropped AT&T like a plague and switched to another carrier. I only wish I had done it a lot sooner. read more

Armando was awesome & very pleasant to talk to, and sounded genuinely willing to help. Long story short he wasn't able to do what I had hoped for but damned if he didn't try his best and stay polite & pleasant while he tried different options & called his managers & corporate, exhausting all means to help me. This is the best AT&T store around. Stephanie was absolutely terrific in helping me in ways I didn't know I needed help. Suggesting items that I am now loving, helping me get set up etc. She was really beyond expectations taking time with me and her expert knowledge. Another great experience was with Melanie who was also a great help. She was so patient and walked me through and took care of any problems I had had online. She was my first contact with the store and helped me find the perfect phone. Actually all staff members at the store are really top notch. I'm so grateful to both Stephanie and Melanie for getting me set up and being so patient and knowledgeable about the processes. I've tried couple other stores but this one is by far my favorite. After leaving the AT&T store at the Spectrum Center in tears because an employee was screaming at my husband. which was awful, it felt good to have someone who was kind to me and was knowledgeable. The only these little punks make a living is by swindling and stealing commission. As a former employee, I can safely tell you they do fraud. They will change your plan without permission, they will add insurance and other add-ons without your permission, and they will not be up front about your true monthly recurring bill. They will lie to you to get out of helping you with an issue. They will bullshit you if they don't think they can make money off you. They will make up an excuse if you have a deposit for service. They will never give you an honest answer, only an answer that serves them. THEY WILL TARGET YOU. IF THEY DETERMINE YOU WOULD MOST LIKELY NOT COME BACK OR COMPLAIN THAT SOMETHING WAS ADDED, THEY WILL ADD IT ON YOUR ACCOUNT. They have no respect for you as clients and about fraud on your account when you leave the store. It is called commission fraud and they will do it on your account. The manager will lie to you about waiving activation fees. He calls Activation Fees "Billing Tricks". If you come back to ask why your plan is different than agreed upon, the reps will completely gas light you and misrepresent the entire transaction. Save yourself the headache and unprofessionalism of going to this store stick to using a corporate AT&T location or online. The reps are unprofessional POS. This company is unable to address this issue even after several emails to HR and notification to upper management. Even after a so called "investigation" occurred, the offending employees are still employed. AVOID AT ALL COST. read more
