Again, look at the evidence and the response. They don't take accountability for cracking the frame, let alone how they never told us about the bent in the frame. ONLY wants to respond to 1 out of the 3 issues. I will see them in Claims Court. UPDATE: The manager finally called me after 2 days, and was rude and unhelpful as well. I will be taking them to small claims court and have everything recorded, and all the evidence I need. DO NOT TAKE UR ITEMS HERE DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR SANITY SAVE YOUR DAMN TIME!!! Bought my iPad Pro 12.9 5th generation in for water damage and a faulty charging port. They fixed the water damage, no problem, and switched out the charging port and let me know that the face recognition in the camera wasn't working (okay, no big deal). The next day, the screen started to glitch and not work, so I brought it in, and that's when he said: "oh the screen also has water damage". Was kinda skeptical as to why he didn't mention that when fixing the Ipad but again, I paid for the screen replacement. Its now a month later and not only is the ENTIRE screen lifting from the titanium base and he says its going to continue to happen because the base is bent (never did he mention that when fixing my Ipad, so now Im thinking he bent it) but he also CRACKED the base where the charging port was replaced (slipped up and admitted to using a cheap part) so even if he does fix the screen. I'll have issues later on about water and dust getting inside the base (check other reviews because this happened to another customer) So now I'm sitting and waiting to talk to this man's boss, who had me call 4 DIFFERENT numbers, he's calling 4 DIFFERENT numbers, including the number you find on Google, trying to get ahold of his boss, and NOTHING. Oh, and he likes to use the excuse that he doesn't know English well and how God is gonna judge me cause he's not a bad person, but he is a SCAM ARTIST.

Sprint over the phone already told me I could get one because my name was one of the names on the account. Maybe the first worker had it wrong but this employee looked up my info and said take a seat. He just sat there and didn't do anything. He looked over at his colleague in the store like he wanted to ask her a question on what to do. But she was busy with a client and taking forever. So finally after the employee realized the other employee was not going to finish anytime soon, he just said I'm not on the account. Only the primary on the account can order a new Sim card. I said ok can I please have my dad put in the order via factime or the phone and the worker said no. That he has to physically call. I don't know. This all seems really suspicious. I can't remember his name, but I know he's Cambodian based off his name tag of what language he knows how to speak. You could tell he had extremely lost his patience by the time it was our turn. He had been helping the family before us and they were taking their precious time; I understand how that could be annoying but you don't take it out on the next customer you're trying to help. He was incredibly cold with us and would barely make eye contact with me when I asked if there were any deals going on and how much it would cost if I were to add another line. I'm on a phone plan with my mom and it's a great deal at $60 for two lines, unlimited data and texting. My mom was in need of a new phone too so I needed to know if they had any deals going on if I were to buy two phones with them but the manager was the one that told me there weren't any, apart from maybe adding another line. He did the math to help me figure out if it would be worth it versus the one we have now, but he had such an unfriendly disposition it was off putting. It felt like we were a complete waste of him time and we hadn't been helped more than three minutes yet. I told him I needed to call my mom and discuss what she wanted to do since there weren't any worthwhile deals. So I kindly stepped away so the next person could get helped. When I came back, we got the same manager but again me being kind, I thought there was another family in front of the line so I pointed at them. And the manager just didn't say anything, didn't smile, all he did was shake his head no and gestured for us to come to his counter. In the end, I told him I'd just like to buy the iPhone 13 and for some reason he couldn't help us with the transaction, he ended up having this nicer lady come help us (sorry can't remember her name). She was hispanic with long, wavy brown hair, waaaay friendlier. But what pissed me off the most was that in the middle of her trying to help us, the manager had interrupted her and asked if she could help this other customer who'd come after us, order a phone case for them. I didn't understand what was so important that it couldn't wait. Especially given the fact that he should have known we had already been there two hours and still haven't left with a new phone yet. You would think the prospect of a customer buying a new phone was more important than the purchase of a phone case. So we awkwardly stood there while she helped the guy with his transaction, and just couldn't believe the audacity of this customer service lacking manager. She had apologized to us several times but it's not like she could do anything. I had a way better experience at Best Buy. Was literally in and out of the door within 20 minutes. And as an added bonus, the phone was way cheaper there. I ended up canceling my order with T-Mobile. Just not worth any of that wasted time and energy.

I originally brought it in knowing it was an older computer, but I was very clear that it contained years of irreplaceable photos that I wanted to recover. I was advised by their team to purchase a replacement screen on eBay, which I did, and they installed it. After the repair, I was unable to access the laptop because I forgot my password. Apple support advised me that resetting the computer would erase all data, including my photos. Because of that, I brought the laptop back to this shop specifically to extract the photos, and I was told this was something they could do. Since then, communication has been terrible. I have called multiple times asking for updates. Each time, I'm told the person helping me will call me back and they never do. No updates, no explanations, no follow-through. At this point, I just want to know: what is the hold up? Keeping a customer's computer for months with no communication is unacceptable. I'm hoping this review finally prompts someone to reach out and help resolve this situation, because my attempts to do so directly have gone nowhere.

    Updated review, 12/20/2025. I decided to end my 15 year relationship with Verizon (due to…read moreexorbitant cost) and take a chance with Spectrum. I made an appointment for 4:30 PM but dropped in at 1:30 because I had time. Before I can even type my name on the check-in tablet, THREE agents approached me asking me what I need help with. THREE! The agent who helped me was Suzy. She was knowledgeable, a good listener and she gave me the confidence that she will be able to take care of my change over. She brought over the store manager, Tony, to finish the transaction when she had to take her lunch. "Please don't hesitate to come back if there's any issue. Thank you for your business." as she left. The switch over got completed smoothly including the back up of the phones. Sure enough, I had a minor issue with a phone so I stopped by on 12/27/25. Again, before I can even finish typing my name, the store's assistant manager , Julian, was already in front of me asking me what I needed help with. Suzy was there so we sat down on the store's couch and chatted about Christmas and family while she fixed my phone's issue. Done. 12/29/25, I came back to finalize some financial details with Tony and it was then that I found out the big change of "culture" at this store compare to my horrible experience in 2022. Tony told me that he became the store manager a year ago and proceeded to turn it around with the new hires. He instilled a culture of customers first and it shows. I could've gotten my issues worked out with tech support and billings but I chose to visit the store and have a "human" relationship. It worked. If you are in the market for internet, mobile or TV service or decide to do business with Spectrum and are close enough to this store, I recommend that you pay them a visit and decide for yourself.
