I was treated horribly. The attendant was clearly upset that he had to assist me. All I needed was a new Sim card for my IPad. Sprint over the phone already told me I could get one because my name was one of the names on the account. Maybe the first worker had it wrong but this employee looked up my info and said take a seat. He just sat there and didn't do anything. He looked over at his colleague in the store like he wanted to ask her a question on what to do. But she was busy with a client and taking forever. So finally after the employee realized the other employee was not going to finish anytime soon, he just said I'm not on the account. Only the primary on the account can order a new Sim card. I said ok can I please have my dad put in the order via factime or the phone and the worker said no. That he has to physically call. I don't know. This all seems really suspicious. Had an awful experience trying to buy an iPhone here a few months ago. The manager was this bald headed guy with glasses. I can't remember his name, but I know he's Cambodian based off his name tag of what language he knows how to speak. You could tell he had extremely lost his patience by the time it was our turn. He had been helping the family before us and they were taking their precious time; I understand how that could be annoying but you don't take it out on the next customer you're trying to help. He was incredibly cold with us and would barely make eye contact with me when I asked if there were any deals going on and how much it would cost if I were to add another line. I'm on a phone plan with my mom and it's a great deal at $60 for two lines, unlimited data and texting. My mom was in need of a new phone too so I needed to know if they had any deals going on if I were to buy two phones with them but the manager was the one that told me there weren't any, apart from maybe adding another line. He did the math to help me figure out if it would be worth it versus the one we have now, but he had such an unfriendly disposition it was off putting. It felt like we were a complete waste of him time and we hadn't been helped more than three minutes yet. I told him I needed to call my mom and discuss what she wanted to do since there weren't any worthwhile deals. So I kindly stepped away so the next person could get helped. When I came back, we got the same manager but again me being kind, I thought there was another family in front of the line so I pointed at them. And the manager just didn't say anything, didn't smile, all he did was shake his head no and gestured for us to come to his counter. In the end, I told him I'd just like to buy the iPhone 13 and for some reason he couldn't help us with the transaction, he ended up having this nicer lady come help us (sorry can't remember her name). She was hispanic with long, wavy brown hair, waaaay friendlier. But what pissed me off the most was that in the middle of her trying to help us, the manager had interrupted her and asked if she could help this other customer who'd come after us, order a phone case for them. I didn't understand what was so important that it couldn't wait. Especially given the fact that he should have known we had already been there two hours and still haven't left with a new phone yet. You would think the prospect of a customer buying a new phone was more important than the purchase of a phone case. So we awkwardly stood there while she helped the guy with his transaction, and just couldn't believe the audacity of this customer service lacking manager. She had apologized to us several times but it's not like she could do anything. I had a way better experience at Best Buy. Was literally in and out of the door within 20 minutes. And as an added bonus, the phone was way cheaper there. I ended up canceling my order with T-Mobile. Just not worth any of that wasted time and energy. read more

My IPhone 6S took its last breath last night and since I am not the type of person who needs the latest and greatest Apple product, my original plan was to replace the battery, however, batteries can only be purchased from an Apple Store. Due to Covid, almost all Apple stores in the Irvine, Tustin, Costa Mesa and Newport area are temporarily closed. I can't go without a phone so I headed to T-Mobile. I had a great experience with the staff. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Their customers however, were kind of sh**** to them. They are only able to allow a few people in at a time, so you may have to wait outside until they're finished with current customers. Also, if they have a product on display or for use as a demo, they cannot sell it to you, but will order another one, so don't get all high and mighty acting like they don't want your sale. I can't speak for tablets or other products but they had almost every IPhone in stock with the exception of the 12 Pro. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rafael is the worst! He brought me over to be helped while still helping another customer. We would be mid conversation and as soon as the other customer would ask a question he would stop MID conversation with me and completely ignore me for the other customer. My card was not going through as payment so I asked if I could pay cash, he told me I could so I left to pull out money, came back and he told another employee "I fucked up" .. couldn't even tell me, the other employee had to tell me for him. She said she could fix it then proceeded to tell me "yeah no, we can't take cash." Then they wanted to still take the money out of my card even though they said it wasn't taking my card to begin with. They laughed as I was walking out. This is an overdue review for this TMobile location. I am a loyal customer to T-Mobile. I'm upgrading my phone every year since I have JOD and every time when I get the new phone, I'm supposed to return the old phone to any Nearest T-Mobile location. I came to this location last yr because it's close to my house. They denied to take my phone and tell me that I have to go back to the store that give me all the stuffs. I told them I'm ordering my new phone from calling T-Mobile not from any store. They just said I should mail the phone out and T-Mobile could send me the shipping label. So i went to other location on 17th street and they took in with no problems. As of this year, I just talked to the rep over the phone last week and preorder my iPhone 11 and I asked I should be able to return my XS phone at any locations right? And she said yes. Today, I called this location and make sure it does take it and still the stupid manager said no. They are just so lazy and not wanna treat customers that hasn't been to or buy things from their store. Will not recommend this store to anyone. I've have never had a bad experience at this location, I've always been helped by Victoria and Stephanie. They have always been amazing and have always helped solve any problems with my devices. Lately when I've have been to the store; I've noticed that Stephanie is no longer at this location and Michael has been the one to "help" me. Everytime I've been there he always tries to seem like he's being helpful but he isn't. He has an attitude and seems like he's never in a good mood. So my girlfriend and I went in on Thursday night May 23, Michael started to help us and we were trying to explain the promotion we saw. He started giving us an attitude and didnt seem like he wanted to make a sale. Well he started helping us getting the phone, I was going to trade in a note 8 which I got replaced through warranty at that location . So when he was checking the phone he noticed a scratch on the screen and said he couldn't do it. We explained that when we got the phone replaced Stephanie said don't worry about that scratch they're refurbished phones. I bought my case and screen protector at the store the moment I got my note 8 replaced. Well Michael made us come back on Friday 5/24 and he said that he needed to get it approved with the district manager and since Victoria was going to be there we would figure it out. We came back M LFriday Michael greeted me and got Victoria then he went in the back room and took 10-15 minutes and comes out and says there's nothing we can do about it. I asked for the district managers name and his phone number and Michael says "I can't give you the number". He was being arrogant . He tried to act as if he was going above and beyond to help us but he wasn't. Victoria was being very helpful but couldn't do anything because she didnt have authorization . We told him if nothing got resolved we were going to take it higher than district manager. Well we left the store upset, 10-15 min later the district manager called us and said he was going to help us solve it. District manager had me go back to the store and said Michael was going to take care of it. I went back and Michael said you need to call customer care, I called customer care and said I needed to go to a store that there was nothing they could do. I went back to the store once AGAIN and Michael said there was nothing he could do AGAIN. I called the district manager Matt, he said meet me at the tmobile on Bristol and mcarthur on Saturday 5/25 @ 10am. I got to the store, Gabriel which is the store manager at the Bristol and mcarthur location said "I dont know why the other manager didnt want to accept the phone, there is nothing wrong with it. Its normal wear and tear. He should've just taken it and done the deal." It only took and hour or less to get my new phone with Gabriel. I had the worst experience with Michael at the Tustin location. He doesn't have any people skills, he doesn't seem to have any management skills and hes very arrogant and stubborn. Victoria deserves to be manager or assistant manager, she is always friendly and always trys to go above and beyond for her customers. We dont ever want to deal with Michael, so we might not ever go back to that location because of him. read more

I went in around 11am on a Sunday, March 28th; I could've done this online but I went in to have a sales person be more in detail with what I needed help with that day. Unfortunately right when I went in and asked what I needed help with the ladies just looked at each other with a disturbing face on not wanting to help me. I was explaining to the sales person that I wanted to upgrade a phone and also buy off a phone that I already had with them and she looked so confused and her customer service was so poor. Every time I asked her a question she stayed quite or she wouldn't give me an accurate response. If I'm going in to buy a phone I expect her sell me the phone and give me an estimate of the phone cost and my monthly bill. Show me what options I have! She didn't care to help me at all.
