To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally complain about the treatment my family and I received today from two representatives, John and Fernando Vargas, while attempting to set up new service. My son had an appointment to start a new account, and the account was under his name. When my son arrived, Fernando acted unprofessionally and dismissively. He began speaking about high bills and activation fees, stating that we could be charged around $700. ( Fernando asked to see the debit card he was going to pay I hope he didn't copy the numbers because there was no need there was no point of sale) I was on the phone with my son because I handle the payments. When I stood up and requested to speak with a manager, the staff told me no manager was available. At that point, John said, "I don't want to help you because if the bill comes high, you will be giving problems." This statement was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. Employees should never speak to customers in this manner or refuse service based on assumptions about how someone will pay. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and unacceptable. . read more

I came to the store Christian the assistant manager, helped me very nice polite and informative thank you for help I suggest the store read more

John helped me with everything I needed. Fast and very good customer service, very rare to find nowadays.

The store staff is professional, understanding and caring when it comes to customer service. They offer new customers like myself and retaining customers a pleasant experience with great value deals, customized packages and detailed guidance. William Chau, the sales consultant, was helpful and patient through the whole five hour register process to make sure I am up and running with my new phone while keep the number I want to keep, yet, give me a much better deal compared to my previous provider. Definitely recommend this location to friends and family. Wide selection of products is a plus too. read more

Great customer service and even a greater deals on a upgraded iPhone Pro Max 17 and iPad

William and Anthony were so helpful and listened to all our concerns and needs when transferring our service to Verizon. They did a great job explaining all the options but not feeling like a forced sale. We appreciated their help!! read more

Came in just after the store opened, had about 10 minutes solo with the one working sales associate, Kat, before customers started trickling in slowly; each of them needing more help than just trading in a phone like myself. Kat kindly started my trade-in process and multitasked, accessing the next customers needs, while still prioritizing me. I had an issue with not remembering my Apple ID password, so while I dealt with that, she continued moving each customer along in their own process. I was impressed with how respectful she was to customers whom I thought were asking some common sense questions. She didn't belittle them for having minimal knowledge and proceeded with kindness and patience. She was very personable with every customer while I was there. I left the store satisfied with my new iPhone 17pro. Thanks again! read more

The store has no number to speak to a representative. The number sends you straight to people who have no idea what's happening in the store because they're not there. I ordered a phone to pick up. it said it would be ready to pick up within AN HOUR. which is why i decided to pick up. it's been 48hrs and i have not had any update on my order. Ive called and they just to tell me to give it another hour. So unprofessiona! and to think i was going to switch. Better staying with t-mobile. Go in store to do your purchases!!! read more

Went to see why my phone was on SOS. I was greeted by Fernando G. He was very personable and friendly. He was busy with paperwork however he put everything aside to assist me. He was very patient and helpful, trying different things to get my phone working. He was able to get it working as it should. He looked at our account and advised me that I could get a new version of the iphone that is coming out soon. He asked for my information and would contact me as to when I should come into the store. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to assist me. Can't wait for my new phone. Thank you Fernando for your great customer service! read more

How many idiots does it take to help one customer? Unfortunately at this store it takes two. Slow as hell.

There isn't as much in-house selection in terms of products here over the basics since this location is small. Recently as well, the place is understaffed and really only Leo is there consistently running around helping 4 or 5 customers at a time. He is really keeping this location afloat and is incredibly kind, but needs the support staff that Verizon does not seem to be giving him given how much traffic he gets on the day-to-day. I have seen some people help on the weekends, but even this doesn't seem to be enough. Verizon, give Leo some help! read more

Verizon - New hours due to covid - Mobile Phones Near Me - Garden Grove, California

Only 2 people and the worst part is they are extremely slow. Not efficient and take their sweet time and are slow: I honestly wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. TERRIBLE!!! Don't come here read more

I visited the Verizon store because my Sim card was acting up and finally decided to stop working. Chris was the only employee working due to it being Memorial day but he was so kind and still greeted every customer that entered the store. He communicated very well with everyone and handled multiple customers at once so gracefully! He was amazing and we had a surprisingly fun time even in this small little Verison store. read more

Great customer service. I was at my wits end dealing with geek squad and customer service line over a broken phone. I came in hoping to get some help. Ryan helped me get situated and made me feel at ease with the situation. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciated that. When I received my replacement phone without instructions manual I came in and Chris helped me activate it. Great guys, If I ever have any problems again I'll be sure to come here. Thank you guys, great work Ralph read more

This place really screwed up my experience with Verizon. If you are looking to do anything that has to do with Verizon find an ACTUAL Verizon store front. There is one on Main across the street from Mainplace Mall. These guys were helpful to an extent, if your needing help with a simple purchase your safe here. I came came here to transfer my services from Sprint to Verizon, big mistake. I've been dealing with bill issues for my first 3 bills trying to get everything straightened out because they told me one thing and did something else. Do not make the mistake I did, go to a actual Verizon store. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

I came here to pick up the phone and They said I have to show them the email that show item ready for pick up. I didn't have it so I back to my car and car customer service. After I just open the door and go out, they canceled my order and they said I have to place the new one. Highly recommend go direct to verizon store, don't go authorize store read more

Everyone at this location was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a timely fashion.

The worst service they took 2 hours they were also being rude don't recommend going there

This store deserves zero star. BEWARE OF THEIR WORKERS!! They are dishonest and would lied to you about hooking you up and how u get some of the stuff for free when reality, they charged it in your bill. I complained to store manager Ryan and nothing happen. This is one of the worst store I've ever been to. I felt tricked and lied to. Don't ever trust them! Also don't trust the worker name Fabien. He may come off as a nice caring worker but reality he is full of BS. He only want to trick u and get ur money. Watch out everyone read more

This is my go to store. Ryan is very helpful and friendly. He always answers my questions and explains everything well. He goes out of his way to make sure I'm completely satisfied every time. The rest of the staff is also helpful. Thanks for being awesome, Ryan! read more

Verizon should not be in business. They overcharge for terrible service, and their customer support is absolutely atrocious.
