To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally complain about the treatment my family and I received today from two representatives, John and Fernando Vargas, while attempting to set up new service. My son had an appointment to start a new account, and the account was under his name. When my son arrived, Fernando acted unprofessionally and dismissively. He began speaking about high bills and activation fees, stating that we could be charged around $700. ( Fernando asked to see the debit card he was going to pay I hope he didn't copy the numbers because there was no need there was no point of sale) I was on the phone with my son because I handle the payments. When I stood up and requested to speak with a manager, the staff told me no manager was available. At that point, John said, "I don't want to help you because if the bill comes high, you will be giving problems." This statement was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and felt discriminatory. Employees should never speak to customers in this manner or refuse service based on assumptions about how someone will pay. The store staff is professional, understanding and caring when it comes to customer service. They offer new customers like myself and retaining customers a pleasant experience with great value deals, customized packages and detailed guidance. William Chau, the sales consultant, was helpful and patient through the whole five hour register process to make sure I am up and running with my new phone while keep the number I want to keep, yet, give me a much better deal compared to my previous provider. The store has no number to speak to a representative. The number sends you straight to people who have no idea what's happening in the store because they're not there. I ordered a phone to pick up. it said it would be ready to pick up within AN HOUR. which is why i decided to pick up. it's been 48hrs and i have not had any update on my order. Came in just after the store opened, had about 10 minutes solo with the one working sales associate, Kat, before customers started trickling in slowly; each of them needing more help than just trading in a phone like myself. Kat kindly started my trade-in process and multitasked, accessing the next customers needs, while still prioritizing me. I had an issue with not remembering my Apple ID password, so while I dealt with that, she continued moving each customer along in their own process. I was impressed with how respectful she was to customers whom I thought were asking some common sense questions. She didn't belittle them for having minimal knowledge and proceeded with kindness and patience. She was very personable with every customer while I was there. Went to see why my phone was on SOS. I was greeted by Fernando G. He was very personable and friendly. He was busy with paperwork however he put everything aside to assist me. He was very patient and helpful, trying different things to get my phone working. He was able to get it working as it should. He looked at our account and advised me that I could get a new version of the iphone that is coming out soon. He asked for my information and would contact me as to when I should come into the store. How many idiots does it take to help one customer? Unfortunately at this store it takes two. Slow as hell.

There isn't as much in-house selection in terms of products here over the basics since this location is small. Recently as well, the place is understaffed and really only Leo is there consistently running around helping 4 or 5 customers at a time. He is really keeping this location afloat and is incredibly kind, but needs the support staff that Verizon does not seem to be giving him given how much traffic he gets on the day-to-day. I have seen some people help on the weekends, but even this doesn't seem to be enough. Verizon, give Leo some help! read more

I visited the Verizon store because my Sim card was acting up and finally decided to stop working. Chris was the only employee working due to it being Memorial day but he was so kind and still greeted every customer that entered the store. I came here to pick up the phone and They said I have to show them the email that show item ready for pick up. I didn't have it so I back to my car and car customer service. This place really screwed up my experience with Verizon. If you are looking to do anything that has to do with Verizon find an ACTUAL Verizon store front. There is one on Main across the street from Mainplace Mall. These guys were helpful to an extent, if your needing help with a simple purchase your safe here. I came came here to transfer my services from Sprint to Verizon, big mistake. I've been dealing with bill issues for my first 3 bills trying to get everything straightened out because they told me one thing and did something else. I would highly recommend going to a corporate Verizon store. I wasn't aware there was a difference before coming in to this store to trade in and activate new phones here. 2 stars bc Overall service/ people there were nice while I was in the store but the whole process after our visit ultimately took multiple days and hours of being on the phone with Verizon to undo/fix their mistakes. I never write reviews but am writing this review so other ppl can learn from my experience and avoid the headache. 1. Make sure that when you send in your trade-in that they attach it& process this ( even if you return the phone on another day) with the initial order, I found out later they processed my iPhone for only $290, not $800. The Verizon employee took an hour to undo the whole thing. (Also double check you're signed up for the right plan before signing) 2. This might have been an honest mistake but they overcharged me so read over every charge before you sign/give them your card. 3. They will charge you $25 per line for setting up- ready to go service fee whether or not they do the transfer or setting up for you. I did it at home alone, and had an issue with the number port in process that ultimately took another 3 days to resolve and was still charged for $25 fee. ( this is NOT the $35 activation fee that will be on your bill from VERIZON) 4. There's a sim fee of $10; ask for the e-sim activation if your phone is iPhone 13 or later. This is free. I only found out bc my phone kept saying no sim detected every other day and the Verizon lady on the phone activated an Esim for me over the phone. 5. The phone chargers they sell aren't Apple (FYI). Just buy it on Amazon or a staples next door. Tip: If there's a rebate(promotion), you have to apply for it separately online within 30 days. Ppl were nice and some of these might have been honest mistakes or (lack of) /miscommunication but the amount of days/hours I spent going back and forth, calling, waiting, and stressing over these issues could have been definitely been avoided. I write this review so that other ppl don't have the same issues--which is why I highly recommend you to read over everything, double check before leaving the store if you choose to go here vs. an actual Verizon corporate store. read more

This store deserves zero star. BEWARE OF THEIR WORKERS!! They are dishonest and would lied to you about hooking you up and how u get some of the stuff for free when reality, they charged it in your bill. I complained to store manager Ryan and nothing happen. This is one of the worst store I've ever been to. I felt tricked and lied to. Don't ever trust them! Also don't trust the worker name Fabien.
