Remembering there's another T-Mobile store nearby, I decided to drop by to see if the employees are nicer at this location in Santa Ana. Immediately as I step in, Luis asked me if I was here for the hat. Two of the four phrases were displayed. He was so nice and did not oddly gate-keep the hats like the gentleman at the Costa Mesa store. As I was leaving, I noticed on Luis' name tag that he was the retail store manager which didn't surprise me. Demonstrating great customer care/service is a sign of true leadership and professionalism.

A few other places had quoted me over $400, and OC Phone Repair already gave me a better price at $350. What really impressed me was that Miguel was the only person who suggested trying to replace the screen cables first instead of immediately replacing the entire display. Luckily, that ended up fixing the problem, and I only paid $141. I was pretty stressed about the whole situation because I use my iPad for literally everything and wasn't even sure a full screen replacement would fix it. Miguel got it working perfectly again, and they even resealed it better than it was before. Miguel is honest, fair, and does great work. He could have easily just charged me for the more expensive repair, but instead he tried the cheaper option first and saved me a lot of money. Very pleased with the quality of work, the turnaround, and the price. Definitely recommend OC Phone Repair.
