As usual, the entire process took less than 10 minutes, and they even offer a couch for customers to sit and wait. I especially love how their price remains the exact same as it has been the past couple of years. Every other place that I've called tried charging me double, which is just plain stupid. The place is still in the Bolsa Mini Mall plaza, but they've relocated to the space next to September and near the staircase. Since it was during a holiday, I didn't want to bother them too much, but I didn't receive any updates for nearly three weeks. When I finally called to check the status, the owner told me they couldn't repair it. While I understand that not every repair is possible, I would have preferred to be informed sooner so I could retrieve my laptop. Later that same day, the owner called back and said they might be able to source a donor laptop to swap parts and asked for an additional two weeks. I agreed to give them more time. However, after the promised 2 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. The owner didn't have an update and asked me to call back the next day. When I did, the owner became upset, claiming he had told me to call back at noon, which he ABSOLUTELY had not. Why does it take a day just to check the status anyways? BTW I called at 11:50 am! Are you F ing kidding me you are upset for 10 minutues (which I was not even aware of) after a month of no response? His reaction was VERY unprofessional. He then calls me for the first time at 12:00 pm to tell me they still couldn't fix the laptop. I picked up my laptop and took it to an old friend who used to do repair work. Even though he's semi-retired and farther away, he diagnosed the issue correctly and had the laptop running again within three days. This may have been an isolated experience, but I highly recommend you avoid this place. I won't be returning!

We were hoping to finally fix his camera lens that had cracked. I had messaged this business prior for pricing (see attached). We walked in and inquired. The kid with glasses sitting in the front checked the phone & gave us the price of $50+ (excluding tax) -- he said. I mentioned that I had messaged them via Yelp for pricing & they kinda gas lighted me & said they didn't respond to me. End of this story, just walk in & ask for the price in person. I don't mind paying, but I didn't like the lies. It took me a while to find the message, but I finally did after we left. Just wanted to show them I wasn't lying like them. We will take our business elsewhere.
