I've been to many many different cellular stores, and by far, David was an exceptional employee who provided the best customer service and results for myself and my mother in law. David kindly helped me find a current promotional deal at Verizon for trading in Iphone 7 for $460.... Where can you get $460 for selling iphone 7?! No where~ Unfortunately I wasn't able to reset the iphone 7 because the phone wasn't mine and I completely didn't have access to resetting the Apple ID and password. Luckily, David gave me some suggestions and advised me to contact the Apple contact support, and after doing that, i was able to completely erase the old iphone and reset it! After resetting the iphone 7, i dropped off the phone to David, and he processed the trade in process for me and shortly after a week, I received a confirmation email from Verizon that they received our old iphone 7 and they are processing the trade in value as $460! Yessss! this old iphone 7 is worth $460?! Thanks Verizon :) I'm glad I was able to search and find David at this Sunset Cellular. They are Korean based small business, and majority of the customers are Koreans who do not speak English. So if you have parents or family members who are Koreans and needs help regarding any Verizon mobile services concerns, I highly recommend Sunset Cellular. Also for heads up for the owner at Sunset Cellular! I hope you are paying Mr. David well. He is an exceptional employee! I honestly thought he was the owner since he had such knowledge and provided exceptional customer service :) Thank you David for all your awesome help and I'm happy to be getting $460 trade in credit for that old iphone 7! :)

It's Korean owned but they all speak English fluently so no need to worry about language barriers. They have the newest versions of iPhones and Samsung phones. They also sell chargers, cases and screen protectors. They're located in a small plaza in between stores. If you're unfamiliar with the area it can be easy to miss.. so look for Hanmi Bank cause it's behind it.

So I call today about a week after my phone is suppose to be ready and ask if I need to schedule a time to come in TODAY and at first the man on the phone told me yeah we go on lunch from 1-2 so come in anytime after 2 cause we're not busy and don't have appointments today so I said okay and then in the same call within minutes he's like actually you can't come in til after 4, cause looks like we're busy and booked like what you just said y'all weren't busy!!!! That doesn't make any sense. So anyways I'm not getting my phone from this store anymore. Then when I called back two weeks later and asked about a time to come in and price I was told it was anywhere from 100-150 which didn't make any sense. But the person I talked too didn't know either he said he'd have to "do the math" when you would think the agreed upon price estimate would be in the system somehow! And I even called today about coming in to get my phone and the above is what happened. So I'm over it. I am just going to go somewhere else. Do not ever ever ever go to this decrepit store!!!

As usual, the entire process took less than 10 minutes, and they even offer a couch for customers to sit and wait. I especially love how their price remains the exact same as it has been the past couple of years. Every other place that I've called tried charging me double, which is just plain stupid. The place is still in the Bolsa Mini Mall plaza, but they've relocated to the space next to September and near the staircase. I took it to this authorized Google repair location expecting to discuss my warranty options. Instead, the staff repeatedly told me they could not repair it "per Google's guidelines." I kept asking clarifying questions, because it wasn't much of an explanation. Why wouldn't a swollen battery be not not covered, I never received a clear explanation beyond that same repeated statement. What made the experience especially frustrating was being told immediately afterward that they could repair the phone out-of-pocket for around $500. This left me wondering: if the phone is physically repairable, why is it ineligible for a warranty repair? Whether there is a legitimate policy reason or not, no one explained it to me. I also asked for documentation, such as a diagnosis, notes, or any paperwork I could review later to discuss with Google directly. The staff refused to provide anything unless I opened a paid repair ticket. Since a $500 repair was not economically reasonable, I declined. I left with no documentation, no clear explanation of the diagnosis, and no guidance on my next steps. My disappointment is not that they could not perform the warranty repair if Google's policies genuinely prevented it. It is that I never received a clear explanation and left feeling dismissed rather than helped.
