I am really upset leaving this store this morning. i purchased a screen from them which they told me was under warranty. The gentleman who assisted me assured me if it malfunctioned they would replace it. Well, it started malfunctioning a few weeks in after the replacement (I got this replaced in Oct 2025). I called them and they said I can bring it in if it keeps happening, I tried to wait it out because it would happen sporadically (when i use the keyboard, it would type random letters I never pressed and I would be writing out a text and it would erase my whole text as though i hit the "undo" button). In these last few weeks it's been worse and it's even called people when I am simply trying to text them... I really needed to get it fixed because it's affecting my work. I took it in at 10am when they opened, the gentleman said he would run tests and if it continues to have issues they would fix it. Perfect, sounds reasonable to me. He told me it would be about an hour or so. I went to do a few errands and never got a callback, I left them my work line to call. After an hour and a half (11:35am), I came back and there was another gentleman who came out and told they cannot replace the screen or help me because the phone is damaged with a scratch (see attached photo of scratch, again this is not a CRACK and a small scratch). Never was I told a scratch would affect my warranty. I am so upset because not only was I not given this information, they had me out for an hour and half when they could have looked at the phone when I first brought it in or called me and told me they couldn't help me. This is seriously so misleading and upsetting. Why couldn't anyone call me and tell me before I wasted my time waiting for them to reach out to me? I am providing a photo of the scratch that voids my warranty and as anyone can see, it's not a significant crack or else, I would understand how this might affect the keyboard. I took this photo immediately after leaving the store. In addition, the scratch is at the TOP of the screen, how does this affect the keyboard located at the bottom? I am including a video I took of the phone glitching when I am texting so management can see what I am referring to. I am extremely upset and need this to get to management and I expect a full explanation please. read more

Dishonest business that doesn't respect your time. I called for a quote to replace a battery for my phone and they said they had a promo for $65. I asked to proceed but they said I had to go in in person to start a work order. So I took time out of my day to visit and they had one person working there with one customer in front of me. I waited about 20 minutes to be helped and the guy told me I had to join their service plan for $40 a month with a minimum of two months, so $145 total. Their normal price without the "promo" is $150. Could have been upfront about the cost on the phone but basically lied about the price just to waste my time. I asked around local repair shops afterward and they all quotes $50~$60. Never coming here again. read more

I never leave any bad reviews ever !! However I'm a very unhappy customer well was a customer now I should say it. I had a great experience the first time. However I dropped off one of my sons blue tablets no scratch at all when I retrieved it they said it was fixed but how would you know it was fix if you replace the charging port then turn it on to see if it works instead of returning the tablet back to me with 3 scratches on it and then when I called they acted like it was turned it that way and it wasn't my son is 3 by way if it was a older kid I can see them breaking it but not my youngest son. When I called to make a complaint they acted like it was my fault but it wasn't when my husband went to retrieve it it was even more cracked then before probably because they didn't like how I was right and they were wrong on their end. I will provide video proof of how more broken it was. I normally don't care if something happens to be in a place of establishment but don't mess with my kids is another story, also when dropping off my tablets !! They were unable to find them couldn't find me or my husband number ridiculous I called two times to find my kids tablets. Update as of now one of my kids charging ports no longer works after it was replaced. So now instead of taking my back to get fix I would just buy a new one since this experience left a sour taste in my mouth to trust any future technicians to fix any of my electronics anymore. read more

Went in to get a screen replacement that is covered under Google's Extended Warranty for a known issue where the screen turns green. https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/15009955?hl=en The employee took my phone to the back and when he returned came back with a deep scratch on it phone and said that due the scratch they could not complete the replacement. I have photos of my from that very morning in order to document the Green Screen issue with Google and there is no scratch on it. So the employee, in order to not do the repair under warranty, scratched my phone. If you go DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR DEVICE TO THE BACK ROOM!! Their customer service is polite, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. When it comes to honoring manufacturer warranties especially Samsung warranties they're completely unhelpful. Instead of assisting with valid warranty claims, they immediately try to upsell you on out-of-pocket repair costs or push insurance plans through their own company. While waiting, I witnessed two different customers arguing with employees about poor repair work and lack of follow-through. That was a huge red flag for me. Overall, I would not recommend going to this business for any warranty-related service. This place is a joke. They find the smallest thing to tell you that the warranty won't cover the problem. I was there for 10 min and they had the same speach for 2 other customers. Then they immediately give you a quote for out of pocket. Which usually cost half the price of your phone. You think they are after your best interest. It is more like they make money with our without warranty. Pretty big scam best to just wait for an upgrade or buy a cheap phone until then or better yet buy a refurbished phone Amazon or eBay until you can get a brand new one. Be warned they even have sign posted that parts are not guaranteed original and may void manufacturers warranty. read more

We took my husband's Samsung Z flip phone to this place to get the screen fixed. They fixed it once for $400 (when we were giving the money) and told us that within the year if it happens again, it would be covered under their warranty. After a couple of months. The screen stopped working again, and we took it to them thinking it is under warranty and they will be able to fix it especially when they had the part to begin with. We took our phone to them and they said that they are unable to fix it because of the outside scratches on the phone and they did not honor their warranty. They did not fix our phone. We had to transfer data from our broken phone to a new phone, but we were unable to do that and I lost a lot of business and a lot of clients information because of their in flexibility of not fixing our phone. They attempted to give me two older looking chargers thinking I would be okay with this. Then the tall guy began to get upset at me for requesting my item back instead of just taking one of the old chargers. DO NOT TAKE ANY DEVICE THERE FOR REPAIR: I was sold ASURION for my new computer because after transferring from my old computer my new one two much space was used and may have some junk the background. I made an appointment for the next day (Tuesday) T 10am, I arrived on time and as I was struggling to get my computer in the door when two people walked in before me and so I was left standing around while they helped walk ins before me with an appointment, so making an appointment with them means nothing. They said that the service was not covered I showed him the paper stating it was covered by Asurion, He took my information and said it would be ready in two days, and they would call me. On Thursday I went there since they said it would be ready. NOT READY! Said it would be ready in two hours, since it was raining heavy, I did not return on Thursday. I called on Friday (now 4 days) and after a long hold on the phone (they were having trouble locating it) I was told it would be taken care of when it came up in the queue. But, I was welcome to come and pick it up because they had no idea when it would come up in the Queue. All in all DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. read more

Beyond impressed by the service here! I came in to repair my broken screen and they replaced it in literally 10 minutes. The only thing I had to make sure to do for my iphone was disable find my from settings before coming in to the store. In the directions it says it needs to be off for at least an hour but it still worked when I turned it off 30 minutes before coming into the store. I also didn't need to pay a dime because my phone was covered by Asurion with verizon so it was really fast, easy, and great service! 10 minutes... that's crazy! Thank you! read more

Took my PC to get a dead port fixed. The guy that helped me was way too pushy with their monthly deal and when I refused he had a pretty bad attitude for the rest of our interaction. I told him what was wrong and he still charged me a diagnostic fee and told me that I'd get a call in a couple of days. It took almost 2 weeks and 2 follow up call from me before I went back to just take my PC back from them. When I asked for a refund for the diagnostic fee he flat out said no because he "diagnosed it" and told me exactly what I told him the first time, that it is a dead port. I've been coming here for years and now I'm never coming back since they seem to be scamming people that don't buy the monthly membership thing. read more

I took my Pixel to this shop to have the screen replaced because half of the screen was not picking up touch. After I picked it up and took it home I removed the "opaque" protective sticker that they left on the screen and found a dead black spot and a horizontal line running across the screen from it. I was told to take the phone back have it fixed again because they have a 1 year hassle free warranty on their repairs. They flat out refused to replace the broken screen, claiming that the issue with the screen was not covered in their warranty and they claimed that I was the one that caused the damage. I explained that I expected the screen to be replaced per their warranty on their website, but the rep said that the site was not accurate because they are a franchise?!?! All I did was take the phone home and remove the protective sticker and found the dead black spot of the screen and the horizontal line running through the screen. I did not have a new screen protector at the time, so that is why I left their protective sticker on it to take it home. I explain to the rep that the only thing I did was remove the sticker and found the new screen to be defective. When I asked to see the details of the warranty, which were not explained when I picked up the phone, they said that they don't have the policy in writing to prove to me that the issue was not covered by their warranty. The rep made me and my wife feel like we were trying to scam them, which is ridiculous because I was the one that ended up paying for a broken screen! They also said if you want to repair the screen you need to pay it again. DO NOT take your Pixel to this shop!!! This place is a scam!! This is a franchised store so they don't follow what their official website say. Just ship it straight to Google, it will be cheaper anyways. read more

The worst customer service and computer repair I have ever experienced. Over four weeks they had our computer. The only way I could talk to them was if I made the call. Never did then communicate With me until the last day when the supervisor left a message saying the repair failed. He was the third repair tech to take on the job. I had missed that call but returned it within minutes. I asked that he call again. It's now 4 days later I have not received another call. They did upgrade the iOS but I don't know what level it was repaired to or even if it was done correctly. Evidently not the level that was there previously. None of my programs will boot up and run. Also Time Machine does not work correctly so I can't download that saved data. Even programs I have tried to reinstall will not install. I have a lot of important saved data on memory sticks but the programs that need the data will not install. I would certainly not recommend have this company do any computer repairs. read more

I've had my Macbook Pro screen repaired at this location at least 3 times, spending over $700. There were times I admitted I physically damaged the screen on accident. But after it stopped working for me recently, I took it to the store to get it repaired under warranty. This is because I noticed the bottom lip of the screen was coming off, even though the screen itself was undamaged (I've never had this issue on my original OEM screen or any laptop for that matter). The manager informed me that they could not repair it under warranty due to physical damage, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS NONE ON THE SCREEN. I'm currently working with the ubreakifix general customer service line to get this issue resolved, but truly this has been the worst experience and customer service I've ever received at this store. I don't typically care to review places for bad service, but I truly feel this location has wronged me and is just trying to take as much money from me as possible, even though the products they use for the repair seem as subpar as the repair itself. Stay far, far away from this location, or maybe ubreakifix as a whole, AS THEY WILL NEVER HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND WANT TO KEEP TAKING YOUR MONEY! read more

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I took my MacBook to get fixed through asurion, I was told it would take a week but it resulted to them having my computer for 3 weeks. When it was returned to me, they returned it with a whole new screen NOT Apple, the issue with this is that they did not inform me that they would use third party parts, if I knew this I would have told them not to fix it. Who knows what else they stole from it. Apart from that, the screen and the back casing was coming apart. It was not even the same color as the original. I'm not sure if they took other parts from my computer. I have called multiple times and there has been NO answer. I have contacted my insurance company and have put a complaint against this store to return my laptop to original condition. TLDR; if you have a "water resistant" phone and do underwater shots and videos, do not fix your phone here. If you own a Samsung phone, go through Samsung to fix your phone. These guys will not honor any water damage. After the water damage with ubreakifix (spent $300!!!) , I sent my phone to Samsung (still under 1 year warranty) and they gave me no hassle at all and offered a FULL REFUND for what I paid for the phone ($1379). Take your Samsung phones to Samsung people, it's free shipping both ways! Don't deal with these places, authorized or not. We were helped by an individual named Gus. My S23 Ultra's front cracked screen was fixed by them and they would not honor their warranty because of water damage. I understand this is Asurion's' policy and not his, but it was not very "smart" of him to tell us that "it's not very smart" for us to use our phone under water. He kept telling me that my phone is not water proof (fine, it's water resistant) but he refused to acknowledge that the phone has an IP68 rating which means you can use the phone under water (up to 1.5m for 30 minutes per Samsung). The thing that irked me most was how he tried to make us feel dumb for using the phone well within guidelines of what the phone is capable of. I'm not scuba diving with my phone, just a couple of inches under water for shots and videos. You are an authorized center and are using OEM parts, there's no reason why you cannot re-seal the phone properly. Samsung previously fixed my phone and I was able to use the phone under water without issues and there was no water damage. When I cracked the front screen a second time, I was recommended by a Samsung rep to take my phone here for repair since the turn around time would be quicker. So I went with ubreakifix because they are a Samsung authorized center and they use OEM parts. They charged me $300 but I was fine with that if they are using original parts and the turn around time is faster. Boy was I wrong. A few weeks ago I used my phone to take photos and videos under water and my phone immediately went blank and the display would not work properly. I brought the phone back and Gus really tried to make us feel dumb. I've been using Samsung phone's under water for a few generations now in the last 8 or so years, this is not 2015 bro. You kept correcting me that the phone was not water proof but you would not acknowledge it is water resistant. Keep the $300 but you will not have my business any more. read more
