Went on a Friday to fix my wife's phone. Battery was severely bloated. The guy at One Click ( sorry forgot your name) took a look at it confirmed my suspicion. Changed battery and assembled phone ,had it back in our hands in an hour. Thanks, highly recommend. read more

I have my iPhone screen replaced here and they do a good job and while I wait which is a plus as I can't live without my iPhone. Highly recommend this place! read more

I would definitely go again for any future repairs. They are very kind, upfront and trustworthy.

This place has been amazing. They've handled 3 repairs in my fam in the last month and they're fast, accurate, and they're even less expensive than the other shops around Fullerton. You should just walk in. Do it. read more

I had a battery replaced here a few months ago but recently got a new phone and needed a screen protector. The new layout inside is very clean and professional. The owner is trustworthy, his rates are good, and the final product is top notch! You'll pay twice as much going to Apple or your carrier and you won't get better quality or service. Highly recommend this place for phone repairs! read more

These guys were the only ones close by and available on a Saturday afternoon for me to walk in. Service was fast and friendly! Will definitely come back here in case of anymore mishaps! read more

Cheap phone replacements, parts are not genuine. First screen didn't work and they replaced it. Second screen also didn't work but they didn't want to replace it again. Waste of money. read more

Waste of money! They fix with such cheap material. Screen will crack if you apply any pressure to it. He locked my phone so I could not check all functions before picking up l, and he pressured me to pick it up on that day while locked. I paid and picked it up because he told me to trust him ( he also started intimidated me). When I finally unlocked the phone, front camera didn't work. I'm sure he locked entering wrong password repeatedly so I won't find it out. He is dishonest and it's bad business! And don't believe his reply! read more

Checked on Yelp to see if there were screen protectors installers by my job in Fullerton, came across this company. Very responsive and even offered to come to me for the install! From the one I messaged, got a quote, he was here, installed and paid (very reasonable) all within 30 minutes! Service is 5 stars! I could not be happier with this experience, I strongly recommend! read more

Got my phone repaired a couple weeks ago. Needed someone quick because I was flying out that day. Contacted them via Yelp and they responded immediately. Made it to my house within an hour. They were honest about the service needed and threw in a discounted new battery as well. Phone has been working great since. Expect to pay a bit more because they show up to your house, but it is definitely worth it to not have to go somewhere, leave your phone there, and go pick it up again later. Will use them if I need service again. read more

Although there was some confusion, they treated me well. Fast and efficient!! I would recommend to other people.

This is now my go-to place for phone/tablet repairs. And it's just not because they come to you but it is also because y do a great job and at very competitive prices. And our quick. This is perfect for the days I WFH as I do not need to take time off during the day to run out and drop it somewhere or try to take it in after work. I have now had two phones repaired here and a tablet I highly highly recommend that if you are in need of a phone or tablet repair and don't want to go /don't have time, to go to box store, give this place a try read more

My microphone was broken and Juan was kind enough to fix it. He even suggested that I replace my phones battery and that was little extra cost to my microphone repair. Juan suggested that I don't get a new charging port as I told him I will be getting the new iPhone in 3 months - he was very honest and did not push me for my money. Instead, he just helped me in every way possible. 10/10 service, don't hesitate to contact Juan to fix your phone. It's a mobile repair service so you barely even need to get out of your house. read more

Juan is the man. His word is his bond. I had two phones that needed repair and Juan came out to service the phones. I noticed a blurry spot on one screen that was replaced and had some dust on the inside of the other phone and was hesitant Juan would come back to repair them. I actually noticed the two issues on two separate occasions and even though Juan doesn't service my area anymore, he still came out (on two occasions) to remedy the issues and refused to accept any tip for his time. Great guy. Reliable. Does what he says. Can't go wrong with him. Hands down! read more

Juan has fixed a few of my phones and I have yet to have an issue with them! He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

I rarely write reviews but this time I made an exception. I highly recommend this mobile phone repair! Let me tell you how it went... Arriving early was already a plus for me. As soon as I walked out to meet him, he greeted me. Very friendly and professional. I handed off 2 phones (XsMax, Xs) with broken screens. He assessed them and made sure all buttons were functioning. I thought it would take a while before both phones were fixed so I headed back inside while he worked on the phones in his car, CURBSIDE. He called me back within 20mins to tell me the phones were fixed. I thought, Wow! That was fast! Their prices for screen repair were the lowest I could find and for them to come to me was extremely convenient! Will be my go-to for phone repairs from now on... read more

I finally bought myself the phone that I've always been dreaming of. I have three kids and each one of the children took their time destroying the front and back glass on my new phone. I was able to reach out to Juan at one click phone repairs and he gave me a good price fix my phone overall, because there was many things wrong with it, and it needed to be cleaned in many different ways but he also followed up with me to make sure that everything was working properly and your service comes with a lifetime warranty. Did I mention that it's Mobile and you don't have to leave your house... I literally could not ask for a better way to make myself not feel like a Jenkee piece of crap for carrying around a cracked phone. I am beyond impressed read more

We used them to fix a cracked screen and they were super responsive. They left the phone as good as new, and even provided a case to prevent it from cracking again. We were able to make an appointment super easy and they were available almost next day. We would definitely use them again! read more

Used the service before and honestly it was good until this second time around i was very disappointed. The front screen was not working and causing my phone to operate poorly and having a bunch of issues. I contacted them and they did agree to check it out but unfortunately the screen cracked and they said i would have to pay again. To begin with the screen is super thin, a light touch and you can see the LCD pixels. Prior to their service my phone was fine now my calls go to FaceTime and battery is always draining. Do not seek their services. read more

The price was very reasonable, considering they came to where I live and had my cracked screen fixed within 30 min. No dropping my phone off and playing the guessing game on when it would be fixed. They simply knocked on my door and handed me my fresh phone once it was done! Thank you so much! Highly recommended! read more
