They were incredibly patient with me as I asked a lot of questions while booking an appointment. The website itself was very user friendly and made it easy to book an appointment quickly without any hassle or confusion. The day of my appointment, they sent me a notice ahead of time so that I wouldn't forget about it or be caught off guard when they arrived at their scheduled time slot. When the technician did arrive he was professional and courteous which put me at ease right away knowing that everything would go smoothly from there on out! He answered all my questions in detail making sure I fully understood what he was explaining before moving onto something else; this level of thoroughness is rare these days but much appreciated! Juan saved the day! After a drop onto tile, the middle section of my iphone xs stopped responding to touch. This left me completely locked out because I couldn't enter my passcode. I took it to Apple who ran their diagnostics and told me my phone was beyond repair; there was no way to recover my data, or transfer the contents of my old phone to a new beyond what was on my last itunes backup like a year ago. Imagine how devastated I was! I told Apple I would buy a new phone but I at least wanted them to TRY to replace the screen. Afterall, I had nothing to lose. Apple "geniuses" refused to even attempt repairs. I left the store, came home and started messaging here on Yelp where I found Juan. He messaged me back within minutes, and within an hour he met me and had my phone fixed! Good as new! Quicker than Postmates! I was ready to shell out another $1500+ at Apple and OneClick fixed for a small fraction of that! And in a fraction of the time it took to wait at Apple and go through their corporate spiels and b.s. Juan came out to fix our sons iPhone. We went from a broken screen, shattered back glass and almost all hope lost of saving this phone to a brand new everything! It took about 3 hours (we were at home) from start to finish. Juan took the phone and brought it back looking like it just came from Apple. We opted for the front and back pro screen protectors on his phone and my husbands; this is literally the absolute best thing you can put on your device. This mobile repair service is better than anything you can get in a mall kiosk, trust and believe. There isn't any waiting around because the tech sends you text updates to let you know when: they're on their way, when they've arrived and when your device is ready. The cost is about the same as any other place but with even better customer service and amazing techs. Unfortunately, our son is a slob with his phone so he will end up breaking his phone again. Not sure what the bad review was talking about, but Juan was very quick, professional, and his price was excellent for the labor, quality and service that was provided!! I can't say enough how awesome Juan was. He arrived at my house within 15 minutes, and also arrived ahead of the appointment time... very quick! Upon fixing my phone he discovered that the previous time my phone was fixed they forgot to remove a film that would have further damaged my phone. He also found that a cable for my face id was broken previously which was the reason my id wasn't working. I always wondered how it happened. The phone was put together and fixed within 10 minutes. He also attempted to fix my face is cable that was broke if he had a spare which he didn't have to do also quoting that it would not cost me anything. Bless this man and his work. Dropped phone in water the night before a Disneyland trip.. thought the trip was ruined as we needed the phone to enter the park.. but with a little research found this company. Very very fast at responding.. sent a message around 6 am the next morning and he was able to come fix the phone at 6:45 that same morning! He came even before business hours-- they open at 7! I really enjoyed this service. I have never heard of curbside phone Screen Repairs, but I'm glad I tried it. He fixed up my phone super fast and left it looking great the only thing I guess I didn't like was that they don't sell cases for phones. But that's not a deal breaker by any means.
