Back story: I was apprehensive after going to a bunch of other places for my own phone. Jeff is honest, he is the only repair place that had opened and tried things before a quick repair to my own phone. I called ahead of time to get a quote for my cracked screen. I spoke to the jeff who was super friendly and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. The price was 59 plus tax which was way more cheeper then other shops i had called. The girl at the desk was friendly and took a look at my phone she went through the list to see exactly what was wrong with it. My screen was so bad that i could feel the shards of broken glass when i touched my phone . She told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so i came back at that time and it was ready!! She also wanted to make sure everything worked good before I left so she asked me to take a picture and make a phone call. Everything worked normal again and I didn't feel rushed. I was recommended to One Stop Cellular by a good friend who said Jeff is the best in the OC area for phone repairs. I was having issues with my iPhone XR charging port with the battery not charging or the battery reverse charging (i.e. going from 80% to 75% while plugged in). Apple Genius Bar wanted to hold my phone for a few days because they were backlogged. Jeff took care of the issues in less than 15 minutes. Pretty reasonable with pricing and a straight up good and honest dude. You're probably better off taking your phone issues here rather than Apple, Samsung, etc. and you'll likely pay less overall. If you're ever having phone issues that need to be fixed come to this store location in Brea or the other one in La Habra. read more

I broke the back glass of my iPhone 12pro I was considering doing the warranty claim. It was $266.00!!! I went in to get it looked at free of charge. I got to say I got it fixed on the spot. My experience was smooth. It's quick reasonable and they even cleaned the speaker that I was having trouble hearing. Turns out it just needed to be cleaned. They could have told me I need to get it replaced make more money however they didn't. Honesty is something else you can expect here. I was ready to spend money on that part of my repair as well.
