Bought their aftermarket screen for my iPad and while it worked, it was glitchy (some parts were dead), never worked the same as new. I was promised it would function like new despite not being original Apple screen. Beware, buy Apple screen. read more

Wow, everything went great today. I brought my phone in because it was having trouble charging and he found a broken piece of a cable inside the charging port and removed it for me in about five minutes. I also had a screen protector placed on it. And then he asked me if I could hear out of the phone very good and I said no and he cleaned the speaker earpiece for me and it's like a brand new phone. I went in to get my MacBooks screen repaired and replaced which was to the workers credit. The issue is I was introduced to a whole new issue my MacBook won't turn off when I close it so imagine yourself watching Netflix, you close the computer, for some reason you can still see the light of the screen through the cracks and hear every word of the media that is playing. I have a Samsung S21+ and for months, when using the phone as an actual telephone, people had been telling me it sounded like I was under water, muffled or they just couldn't hear at all. I initially went to Fix IT Now because it's so conveniently located near my house and Anar has done a great job before at fixing my son's Nintendo Switch. I took my iPhone 13 Pro in because the battery needed to be replaced (it was expanding like a balloon on the sides of the phone) and the back of the phone needed to be repaired (all cracked). Verizon told me it could not be fixed but of course, they wanted me to purchase a new phone. Anar told me he could fix it but the next day when I went to pick it up, he told me it was the mother board that needed to be repaired because even with a new battery it was not working. Long story short, I had to wait a week to get my phone back. It was the longest week ever but he was able to fix it and it almost feels like I have a brand new phone now! I will say communication is a little rough with Anar but make sure you have a set price and have a set day that it will be ready to be picked up. The days kept getting changed on me so that was a little frustrating. I almost thought it was going to be hopeless to repair but he came through! Also, we didn't know that we were going to have to pay in cash. We could have paid with credit card but it was going to be an extra $50. I was very disappointed with my experience with Fix-It Now. I brought my Apple watch in for a new battery. When I picked up my watch the next day I asked specifically if the watch was still water proof as it was from the factory. I was told yes that the seals were replaced. I went on vacation and wore my watch in a pool as I did last summer and within 15 minutes my display went dark and the watch no longer functioned. Upon my return from vacation, I went back to Fix It Now and told him what happened. He told me that the watch was not water proof only water resistant. We went round and round debating water proof vs. water resistant until I finally got frustrated and told him my only recourse was to give him a bad review.
