Been driving by this shop almost daily and finally popped in to see if they would replace my old MacBook Pro battery. Apple wanted almost $300 parts and labor and I would have to be without it for 2 weeks as they ship it off somewhere anyway. Incompetence at its finest. I brought in a phone that had speaker issues and within an hour of getting my phone back the phone completely shut down and would not start up again. Gave them another shot and it took them over a week just for them to tell me that the phone wont work. They would not compensate me for the phone that they broke but instead tried to give me a damaged older generation phone. The manager was completely unprofessional and tried all he can not to take any responsibility for the situation. Do not leave your property with these people. Avoid at all cost! read more

This 'used' to be the place I would go to get my screen replaced. But I think the person running it changed.. and their service has gotten much worse. Their quality of screens went down and the price went way up. $140 for a non-Apple screen. After a month, the screen started having issues (line across the screen). I came back to see if they would help me out, but they started using a lame tactic of blaming me for the issue. Please, just go across the street to AR Mart and get your screen replaced there. I have a 160 gig Ipod classic I use to play music in my 2012 vehicle. My car has a 30 pin ipod connector and allows full control of the device through the car's controls. To my horror it died after 7 years. I bought a 30 pin to lightning adapter and hooked up my iphone thinking that'll work just fine but since the phone didn't exist when my car was built it was very glitchy. Tracks not matching the song, tracks out of order, not remembering where I left off, etc. This repair shop is inside "ROBOT4LESS" which sells all things Mazinger Z. You can read my review for that separately. My friend has not only bought several robots but has also repaired many Apple products here. I brought in my Ipod and they looked it like when I was a teenager looking at an 8-track. It was some antique they heard of in stories told by their parents. Worried they couldn't help me they alleviated my worry by telling me they'd try their best to repair it. $45 later and my Ipod classic is working like I just unwrapped it out of the factory box. Now I can listen to my massive collection of 80+ gigs of MP3's while you youngsters connect to your cars via bluetooth while streaming from Spotify. The quality of the work they do in the time they finish is insane! I came by to get my iphone x screen and macbook battery replaced. I was able to pick up the phone in a couple hours but devices such as macs would probably take a couple days to fix depending on the issue. They're pretty good with answering phone calls too, so you can check in often for the status of your devices. One thing though is that my phone screen started trippin out a week after it was fixed. I brought it in again to let them know and they replaced it with no charge because of their 30 day warranty after purchase. Im usually suspect about phone repair shops because I don't like getting finessed but I'm glad I found this spot. read more

I couldn't thank the guys at Repair Apple enough. I have an iPod Classic, 6th generation; and although they're still click-wheeling around here and there, my worry is that one day, probably sooner than later, they'll be antiquated, fallen by the wayside, never to be heard from again...like me. I worry about that. Because I love that old guy. It holds up to 20,000 songs, for chrissakes! And then the inevitable happened. Due to the unavailability of parts and to waning consumer interest, on September 9, 2014, the iPod Classic was discontinued, Apple, without celebrated pageantry and without a deserved moment of silence, finally laid it down to rest... And, of course, within three months, the price for iPod Classics on eBay quadrupled. Mine, however, alive and kicking for 12 years, no longer accepted a charge, it's battery depleted. So, as always, Yelp to the rescue! I found Repair Apple, brought my iPod on down, gave it to the young men behind that counter, and hoped for the best. The next day, they'd called, letting me know that, yes, it was the battery that needed replacing, and they could certainly help with that. I was thrilled! Within a couple days, I returned to Repair Apple and picked my Classic up! (Almost) just like new!! And that's good enough for me. I was in need of a new phone. I got iPhone 13, but my phone carrier wouldn't take my broken iPhone X in as a trade-in. So, I decided I'd get it fixed and give it to my kiddo. I did a Google search and found this place. I called them and the man said it would take about an hour or so to repair and it cost less than half than what Apple is charging! So needless to say, I had them repair it the next day. The phone looks great and functions as normal. My wife sought out quotes all over Yelp when my phone was smashed and they got back to us promptly. $60 for a lower quality screen or $80 for a better one; I opted for the latter. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he finished in less than an hour and even gave me a free glass protector on top. Quick, friendly, professional. I shattered my screen and was hoping to repair it within the hour but considering COVID19, I was sure I'd have to live with a super cracked screen for a while. I called and was instructed to text the provided number. Within an hour, I received a text and call back to coordinate a time to fix my screen. They were super cautious (an odd benefit to mention during COVID19) and wore masks and gloves to repair. I was expecting a 30-40 minute wait and was pleasantly surprised with a 15-minute turnaround. Highly don't recommend this place. I went in to change my iPhone 11 screen and as soon as I got my phone back I noticed low charge enemy though it was full charged when I dropped it off. It would not charge properly and not hold charge. Also, the screen has its own mind and phone started calling people even though he was locked in my pocket. I went to Brea Mall to have it looked at a phone repair stand and they opened it up and noticed automatically that the batteries were tampered with and I was told that I need new batteries even though my phone was pretty new. The repair guy told me that somebody had changed my batteries. Apple repair swapped smy batteries with used ones and did a crappy job on my phone. read more

Service can be dodgy at times due to a younger staff with an easily divided attention but at the same time they all have a great hearts and do what they can to help you out.
