Don't go to this place. Very unprofessional. The guy working on my phone was arguing with his wife the whole time I was there. I was there for a battery replacement. They ended up breaking my Face ID on my phone. I left the building not being able to use my Face ID. They blame me stating there was a water in the phone . So not true . My phone was 100% working . Not even a scratch . They refund me my money but left with Face ID not working . The only reason why it would not work anymore is because they damage it . Don't go here. Go somewhere. I got my screen replaced by them and the screen was suppose to be under warranty for 90 days, 3 days in I noticed a light green line on my screen I was going to inform them but it disappeared so I left it alone. 2 weeks later a bright green line appears. Took it back to be told that it wasn't under warranty because the screen still works. At first I thought they were good but now I don't know. I have also noticed I can't hear much out of my phone speaker for calls it's very low at max audio so have to resort to using speaker. read more

Don't normally write reviews unless there is something exceptional (Good or Bad) about an experience, and this experience qualifies... Now that it has been more than 6 months... I have two 1st Gen iPhone SEs with identical applications, accessories and updates installed. As the phones are quite old by todays standards, the battery went dead on one, and within 2 weeks started dying on the other. The first phone I took to Apple... having to setup an appointment, waiting for nearly 4 hours window shopping in a mall, and then having to restore the phone when I got home because the Apple Store wiped the phone to test it after the repair... needless to say, I was not really impressed with the Apple Experience!!! After getting the first phone back from Apple, the second phone started having issues intermittently turning off, and taking several reboots to get to the home screen. I called MyPhoneHero to tell them what the phone was doing, and told them about the recent change in the now working phone (I was anticipating being told the battery was not available.). I just wanted a new battery, and if it does not work I would probably just buy a new phone... He was very patient listening to my defensive attitude and then assured me that they could replace the battery. I was relieved, and then felt guilty for being so defensive. Walked-in to the small, but welcoming store, and demoed the phone since it was stuck in it's reboot cycle when pressing the home button. Again, reiterated I just wanted the battery replaced, and would be more than happy to pay for the repair (especially since it was $10 cheaper than apple and was less than a meal at a local diner.) , he mentioned that it might not fix the problem, and that the battery case may be causing the internal battery to overheat. We removed the case, and it did boot, but the battery health was less than 50%, so I still wanted the battery replace. We left the phone with the tech and told him we would go get something to eat and come back (he stated it would be less than an hour). On return the phone functioned perfectly... Turned it off, then on, and it booted fine. Did it a second time just to be sure... No problem. AND all my apps were still there! He showed me the old battery and it was literally melted... amazed the phone even lit the screen before, happily paid them and continued my day. It has been close to 8 months, and the battery health is still at 100% and have had zero issues! I can not recommend MyPhoneHero enough. The entire experience has been way beyond my expectations, and I will bring all my mobile devices to them. I have had multiple mobile devices repaired in the past, and have used OEM, and several mobile repair shops previously on several devices. MyPhoneHero is a stellar example on how customer service and business in general should operate. If you need a mobile device repaired, look no further, and feel confident in your decision! My Iphone X is a couple of years old now, and the battery was only lasting a few hours. I read online about repairs by Apple and also by independent shops like this, and I came across this shop with it's great reputation and wonderful reviews. So I drove over and walked in. The place is very clean and Covid-19 safe... all the workers are behind plexiglass. The man greeted me nicely, checked out my phone, and agreed it needed a battery. He gave me a price of $59 total for parts and labor, and a very reasonable 30 minute timeframe. I left the phone with him and went across the street to do a little grocery shopping. I was back in about 30 minutes, and yes... the phone was done. I paid my bill and off I went. Now a couple of days has passed. My phone is once again in perfect shape... I charge it overnight, it lasts all day, and I have about 80% battery at the end of a long day... just like when it was new. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and it was dead empty, which was nice since no line. I didn't catch their names but a young Asian girl and tall bearded man with glasses helped me immediately. My Nexus 6p needed a new battery and they did it in two hours for $45. Includes a 6 month warranty and has been working like new for a week now. My phone came out with a few scratches since it's hard to open up and reach the battery, but no biggie. Great service and I'll totally come again for future phone repairs. This review is long overdue as I have been here twice already (first time to fix a phone for a family member, second to have my own iPhone fixed), but this place is absolutely amazing! The first time I went to fix a shattered screen, they had it ready in 30 minutes. The second time I came in to have the whole screen fixed for water damage to the OLED and they assured me it would be ready in an hour and it was, which is a much better alternative than what Apple Support was going to have me do. I didn't get his name (but i'm going to assume it's Chris based off the other reviews) but he explained everything that was wrong with my phone very clearly and even gave me a quote for if I want to replace my battery in the near future. Overall, service was quick, the individuals who work there are very kind and informative, and the pricing is definitely suitable for the work needed to be done.
