When I came to pick up my laptop, I was suddenly told it was $478. I called the person I originally spoke to over the phone on speaker and they said it was actually $345. I know I heard $245 but at that point I decided to just go with the $345. Then the person at the store told me it wasn't actually $475 because they weren't going to charge me for labor. Once I got off the phone and continued talking to the store employee, he said that with taxes it came out to $475. So I'm confused... if labor was never included, how did we go from $345 to $475? I told him that we literally just heard the person on the phone say $345 and then he tells me, "We can do $400." Excuse me?? What do you mean you can do $400 when I was just told the price was $345? I asked for a breakdown of the price and the receipt itself said $315. He then said we could "settle" at $375. At that point, I honestly just wanted to leave so unfortunately I paid it. As far as the actual repair goes, they did fix what I needed, so hopefully that doesn't change. But the pricing situation was ridiculous. There were way too many different prices being thrown around, and it felt like they were just making up numbers and seeing what I would agree to. Will NOT be coming back, and I definitely won't be recommending this business.

When I went my concern was the screen, I picked it up late at night when the store was closing so I did not see the dents. I was about to activate the phone days later and I noticed the dents on the edges. That is the reason it was not reported ASAP. Also, the screen is not properly installed. As mentioned, I know how to replace screens and I have got screens replaced from other business and I have never seen this type of work. If you notice that screen is popping out. This is my experience and I will stand by it.

About a month later the screen was cracked again, even after using a newer more protective case and screen protector. He gave a discount to replace it again and in less than 2 weeks, it was broken on the inside of the screen, with a brown line down the side but no cracks. He told me "no other customers have issues" and only offered me a discount again to get yet another cheap-quality screen. I am not going to get another flimsy screen and continue to pay over and over for a poor-quality product. My mistake for not going to a more reputable screen repair place from the beginning.
