When I followed up, I kept getting told it would be done "soon" even though I had already been told it would be finished. After almost 2 weeks of waiting, my phone was still not repaired. When I asked for my phone back, I was told someone had to go pick it up from the other location. I waited for hours at the shop and still did not get my phone. I stayed until closing time and was told the person with my phone was not answering. The biggest problem was the lack of communication. If the repair was beyond what they could handle, I wish they would have told me from the beginning so I could have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting weeks waiting. To make things even stranger, after I left my review, I received a message offering to pay for a new phone if I removed the review. He ran a diagnostic test on my iPhone and found that one of my front camera lenses was broken (not found) AND that my battery's capacity is only at 65%. Did he tell me about this? No. I didn't find out until yesterday when I had to pay for a new battery. If Mohammad would've told me about the diagnosis my insurance would've replaced my iPhone with a newer one! But instead, he decided not to say anything. He just replaced my broken screen and sent me on my way; KNOWING that I was about to cancel my insurance. I'm so mad. Do you think they will fix it if I call?
