If you've ever had an annoyingly expensive electronic device get busted, you would know that repairs are often comparative to the overall cost of a new device. Not anymore! I brought my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 in, because true to Samsung-fire-hazardous form, it's battery started and needed to be replaced. I had called around and received several quotes, all between $150-180. Uhh... What? So I brought it to Deana since she was the closest to me and she quoted me for less than HALF, including parts and labor. She even gave me a heads up about turnaround time possibly being longer, since she was having issues finding a replacement battery. Anyway, long story short she finished sooner than I expected and I got my tablet back, all shiny and (almost) new! What a great service! read more

I have a 6-year-old iPad Pro that I had rarely used, in which the battery swelled and popped the cover off in a couple of spots over a year ago. I went to one store that wanted $300 to replace the battery and the cover if it cracked during repair, and the guy said, and I quote, "They pretty much always crack"...yikes. Next! Went to a nearby Apple Store where I had to check in and wait...and wait. Those places are ALWAYS busy...and that's why they own the world...hah! The guy who finally assisted me was very nice, only to say they don't fix this problem, but I could get a brand new, never used version of the same iPad Pro (it too would be 6 years old)...for $500. Uh, no. Next! Then I went to Beyond iPhone Repair in Stanton near my home. No line, no waiting. Deana clearly talked me through my options which included replacing the battery and, obviously, paying for a new cover if it was cracked during repair. The BIG difference was that she felt TOTALLY confident she could get the cover off without cracking it. I mean, she REALLY portrayed confidence. And, if the cover did happen to crack, we agreed not to proceed, no charge. I loved her positive attitude so much that I decided to move forward with her and two days later she called and said that it was fixed, all for just the price of a new battery. Phew! I am now inclined to use my iPad A LOT more...and I do. I hope I never have to, but I will not hesitate to take an appropriate product to Deana for repair. iPhone 11 screen cracks, 15 mins in and out! So good! I even came in on a busy day on the weekend and was treated well and so speedily!

The prices are fair. My son's IPhone repair was done in a timely manner (30 minutes or less). Most importantly though, is that my son reported to me that the owner was really polite and patient with him, so I commend her for her excellent customer service. She treated my son respectfully and with such kindness. My only suggestion is to notify customers prior to the work being complete, that if there's a difference in price depending on whether you utilize cash or card. I like writing reviews to help small businesses that are very deserving of recommendations. This is one of those businesses. I was at Spectrum across the street. My phone wasn't working properly. I couldn't input or delete characters while I was texting a message to someone. Some of the app icons would not work while I was pressing to activate them. Anyhow, Spectrum offered to replace the phone for a minimum of $300 for a newer IPhone SE. I wasn't really interested in replacing the phone since the rest of the features were working okay. so the gentleman at the Spectrum desk referred me to this business. I walked in and had the owner look at it. Nice lady. She said that my phone was not responding to my finger touches due to a problem with the screen. She offered to replace the screen and thereby fix the problem for $75 plus tax. I said okay, let's do it. She said it would take about 20-30 minutes. She fixed it in 15 minutes flat and put a screen protector on it for no additional charge. She carefully worked the protector on to the screen to avoid any bubble issues. So yes, it just kept rebooting, i missed a step or was missing a file but anyway... Found this shop and gave them a try. Not many places work on apple computers. But yes, they were able to save my Mac mini ! ! I also had my wife's iphone screen replaced in less than 10 minutes. I had called 3 other places for screen repairs and this was the cheapest.
